Rose had not been there when her sister Veran was killed. She found it hard to believe that she had repented as she laid down on the ground dying. And the ghost of Baris had been there. She would have given anything to have been there. She had learned afterward that Baris had taken her to the inn she had woken up in.
And not too long after she had awaken, the Gerudo Firerova had burst in and asked for her help, calling her a Shifter. She was led to Parapa Desert, where they found a cave and lifted a spell off of Icerova, Firerova's older sister. From there, they had learned what Veran's half said warning meant. Beware the Draconic General. But who was the Draconic General?
Rose stared blankly in the distance, not really keeping the watch she had said she would keep. She was absent-mindedly poking the embers of the fire from earlier. "Rose, give it up," a voice said, startling her.
Rose turned around and saw Icerova stretching in the dim light of the moon and stars; Firerova was sleeping nearby. "Give what up?" she asked. "If someone is after me, I'm going to find out who and why."
"I didn't mean that. I meant give up trying to keep watch. You're too thoughtful for it. I'll take over for you; you try to go to sleep."
"I can't sleep."
"Either way, just don't worry about keeping watch."
"Fine." Rose went to her bedroll and laid down, still thinking about what Veran had said, Baris, and who the Draconic General could be.
Meanwhile, Icerova noticed something in the distance. She prepared a ball of ice and got ready to shout a warning to the others in the camp.
OOC: Okay, that's someone's cue to come in. Unless you're Dogura, go on the assumption you do not know Rose. FoG is an alternative storyline for me, and nothing in there effects what happens here.

The samurai had been walking. Where wasnt clear, however he had made up his mind that he needed a long walk. The grassy plain was about to come to an end. He had known this from experience of walking this path time and again, and it was frowing worn. The moonlight washed him with it's glow, and he was going home, that is until he spotted something peculiar.
There was something glowing white straight to his left. It sparkled, and reflected the moons bright light. He turned in that Direction, and sank into the shadows. Traveling by way of darkness, he made his way unseen around the side, and got closer. All of a sudden he bursts out of the shadows right in her face with a big grin.
"Icerova!" He shouted knowing very well that Rose, and Fireova werent far. He smiled and stood up, walking around the small area they had made for themselves. Rose was turned over, obviously trying to catch some shut-eye. He awaited either a welcome, or a big ice-ball in his face.

The Hylian almost did get a face full of ice. Icerova was quick enough to recognize Dogura; she melted the ice as her hand got closer to him. However, he wasn't so lucky as not to receive the heel of her hand ramming into his nose. "Damn it, you fool," Icerova hisses. "Don't come up to me like that."
Firerova had instantly jumped up and formed a ball of fire, but once she saw Dogura, she put it out. She muttered something in Gerudic, and it wasn't very nice. Rose, however, just turned to her other side, dragon wings already sprouting from her back. She too sees Dogura and relaxes. "Did you really have to shout?" she asked sourly. "Some of us were trying to sleep."
Icerova turned toward Rose. "I highly doubt you were trying to sleep," she replied.
"Well, I was," Firerova said, her voice even more sour than Rose's. She was looking at Dogura with a murderous look in her eyes.

Dogura leapt back, waving his hands in the air as if to surrender. He had been depressed for quite some time now, and seeing the sight of friends cheered him up, even if they did want to kill him at the moment. "Ladies, calm down! I didnt know anyone was sleeping!" He lied, knowing full well that Rose was going to trace his mind. He purpously thought the words "im telling the truth Rose", only to throw her off.
He sat down, washed in the bright flames that had erupted from Fireova. A cool wind blew, and Dogura smiled. "I love night time. So much so, that I sleep during the day sometimes." he pulled a bottle of Sake out of his pack, and took a few swigs before corking it, and stuffing it back with his belongings.
"So what are you doing here?" He asked innocently.

OOC: Um, I should probably clear this up. Firerova does not have fire for her hair, and Icerova does not have ice for her hair. However, I may make it so that when they fight, their hair turns into the element they use.
IC:
"We're trying to find clues about this Draconic General," Rose replied.
"Are you really that stupid?" Firerova asked. "You were there when I was telling Rose about him."

Dogura half smiled. "Watch your tongue. I was one of few who decided to help you out." He calmed down, and calmly spoke. "Of course, i meant what are you doing all the way over here in North forest?"

Firerova opened her mouth, possibly to say something nasty, but Icerova shot her a look, and she closed it. The blue-haired Gerudo turned back to Dogura. "North Forest is as good as any place to start looking," she said. "We may find something. We may not. We're just walking around Hyrule, hoping to see some sign of him."

Blank was not feeling well.
Having been thrown out of the Ornery Cuccoo Tavern hours ago - and quite violently at that; he would make sure to never poke the bartender's wife again - he found himself wandering the countryside, flask in hand. Such activity was his true calling - although constantly trekking across the upper regions of the kingdom only seemed to increase the pain in his feet. Such was the life of the nomad, wandering from here to there, causing or mending conflicts in passing.
And yet on such a night he did not feel up to the task of solving the problems of others (or causing!). He found himself lost in the great forest, and due to his intoxicated demeanor, he was indeed frightened. He began to shout inaudible marching songs as he plunged through the woodland, occasionally scratching his face off low-hanging branches. He would surely feel that in a few hours.
Much to his surprise, the trees turned to open field in the blink of an eye. Was he dreaming? Or had he charged straight into Hryule Field? And why was that lake getting closer by the second?
With a mighty splash, Blank came to his senses. Five feet under the surface of this part of the lake, he kicked his feet off the crust and floated towards the night sky. His head bobbed over the rippling waves that his body weight had created, a stupified expression implanted on it. He quickly felt the chill of the near-freezing water - it had pulled him from his state of drunkeness.
Blank sat alone on the bank of the lake, staring up at the stars, and occasionally glancing at North Castle. In his boredom he skipped a few thin rocks out across the water, but he promptly stopped himself after an old Zora screeched at him from the deeps. Embarassed, cold and slightly ill-feeling, the Hylian sat perfectly still for a good hour or two. Finally dried, he stood and wandered away from the temporary "encampment."
That night was full of surprises, because not far from where he had been sitting he spotted Dogura, and three unknown women. That samuraii... quite the ladies man... he thought to himself. This called for investigation. The nomad approached.
"Evening, Dogura and co. What brings you four to this remote place?" he inquired, trying to seem polite but remaining in a casual state of affairs. "Hmm... haven't seen you three around before... And that must mean that you're new around here! I'm Blank."

OOC: Oh, you have no idea. Read the posts, they're all pissed me.
IC: Dogura instantly placed the face with the voice. Blank's half encased in shadow, half illuminated by the moon, stood in the center of the camp. It was as if the woods had just spat him out. "Its early rather than late." Dogura said, making his a bit lower than before. Blank had snuck up without them even noticing, and he was usually the one tripping over anything in sight. An enemy would have no problem sneaking up and attacking.
He was beginning to realize why the women were despising him about now. "Blank, are you alright? You seem a little.... off." But then again, the nomad always seemed a tad off. He smiled at Rose, who was should be fully awake. "Rose, be polite, we have company." He stood up, and offered Blank a Buiscuit. He always had food in his pack, no matter where he was.

Rose finally stood up, stretching her wings as she did so. "I have no cause to be rude," she said as she folded her wings back. "Hi, Blank. I'm Rose Hillmound, and this is Icerova and Firerova." She gestures to the two Gerudos. "And I'm hardly new around here. You probably just haven't seen me until now."
"Same here," Firerova said. "And never mind what we're doing out here."
"He seems to be friends with Dogura," Icerova said. "I don't think it'll hurt to tell him what's going on."
"And you trust him?" Firerova's voice was laden with acid.
Icerova's voice became cold (excuse the pun). "Since when has someone I placed trust in betrayed us?"
"Never," Firerova muttered.
"Excuse me, I didn't hear you."
"Never," Firerova said, nearly shouting it.
Icerova turned toward Dogura and Blank. "Well, then, Blank, I suppose you want to know what's going on?"

Dogura nodded. "Blank was the first man I met when i arrived here in hyrule. He showed me the ropes, and helped me when nobody did. Im sure we can put our full trust in this man. However, if there are spoils involved, he wont be cheap." Dogura chuckled remembering the dissapointed look on Blank's face when all they received for their goron adventure was a small ceremony, and a statue. "Prepare for a long winded explaination." He muttered to blank. He say in the grass and chewed on a busquit.

Blank cringed when remembering his own arrival in Hyrule. Not that his first "adventure" hadn't been a good one, but certainly not nearly as rewarding as others. To him, a statue served no purpose. There was no doubt that if he were to look for it on this day, it would have either been removed by the drunken oaf of a mayor, or marked beyond recognition by vandals.
The nomad felt the sweat beading down his forehead as Firerova spoke; it was obvious the Gerudo was already far from fond of him. He was glad that Icerova had silenced her twin before anything unfortunate could have gone down. Glad that he had been acknowledged by the woman, but embarassed that he had not seen her before, he nodded silently, but eventually spoke his mind.
"Yes... I wouldn't mind knowing. I... I would actually love for you to tell me..."

“Spoils?” Icerova said, almost laughing. “You think we’re going to get paid for this? We’re not social creatures. I doubt people know we exist. I doubt anyone even knows about the Draconic General, despite his almost legendary sounding name. And because I like using the word ‘doubt,’ I doubt we’ll come across any treasure. The only good that will come out of this is ridding this world of another evil.”
“So if you come with us, then it’s because you care about the people of Hyrule,” Rose finished. She then tells Blank about Veran, what she has heard about her death, and how they have lifted a curse off of Icerova. When she is finished talking, the sun is beginning to rise. “Well, then, shall we get going?”

Blank had knelt into a relaxed crouching position for the duration of the explanation, warming his hands and trying desperately to grasp the story. His unblinking eyes were home to flitting pupils, his cranium beating as his mind processed the new information. He had never heard of this Veran; Rose's explanation was undoubtedly the first time the name had reached his ears.
"Well, I do care about Hyrule... and its people, I guess. If this Draconic General is a real threat, then I guess it's up to me to help you guys out." His stomach growled; was he hungry, or was he queasy from his earlier alcoholic carelessness? A weak smile formed on his lips, and he sank back, laying on the grass and letting the breeze carry him into slumber, hiccuping all the while, without so much as a "Well, good night," or an "I think I'm going to be sick..."

The hylian sat perched in tree nearby, looking down at the group. He didn't suspect that he remain hidden much longer, for the people seemed seasoned, but they also didn't seem like chaotic creatures, but good people. He had been walking through the North woods on the long trek to Ruto town, to investigate into the mysterious assasin guild that he had been hearing about so much. Something to with sheikah, and other such shadowy folk.
He had heard voices, and had immediatly moved into the shadows. Hyrule was not always a safe place, and it seemed that it was demostrating this more and more often. The protected town life that he once lead seem so far removed from these nights in the woods. Even as he observed the group though, he couldn't make much sense out of what they were saying. Something about a general and evils untold. He didn't know much about the three and the twins either. He pondered the wisdom of inquiring of the group, and quickly decided against it. Rash decisions like that would probably just leave him dead, and that was the last thing he wanted. It seemed prudent to wait, and find out more from what he could gleam of their conversation.
