The Story Of Darmini
It all began when he was born many, many years ago. His father was Link the Goron( son of the famous Darunia) named after Link, the Hero of Time. His mother, no one knows who she is, except for his father, and he is already dead.
When Darmini turned 32 and his father died, he found a note in his fathers chamber. It said " I made a sword for you, but I had to hide it before they came for me. You must find it. It is the only way to..." Then it cut off. Darmini wondered, the only way to what? At this time he had no idea about his evil brother, but he was about to find out...
Darmini was walking along, when he bumped in to someone. He said "Watch where your going!" Then the other goron said " It is you who should be watching where you are going, my brother!" "My brother?", Darmini said "I don't have a brother." "Oh yes you do!", said the other goron" you will encounter me again." "Wait, what is your name?", Darmini said. "You will learn in time", said the other goron.
Darmini was walking out of the forest, when he saw that mysterious goron again. He said "Alright, you are going to tell me what your name is right now!" "Very well.", the mystery goron said " My name is Darkel" "Darkel...I've heard that name somwhere before.", said Darmini. " Yes. Our father said that name, my name, when he thought I was dead.", Darkel said. "Now I remember!", Darmini said "You're my evil twin brother!" " How long did it take you to figure that out, genius?", Darkel asked " By all that is good,", Darmini said "I shall smite you!" " Why?", Darkel asked. "You killed our father!", proclaimed Darmini. "Why yes I did!", Darkel stated"But I must be going now, ta ta!" And before Darmini could kill his evil brother, and right the wrong done to his father, Darkel disappeared.
Darmini walked into the plains and saw Darkel. Then he said to him" Draw your sword, Darkel!" Darkel said,"Okay but it's your funeral!" He drew his sword. It was black all over, made with black metal, and a twisted black blade. Then Darmini drew his sword in fear, for that was an ancient blade of great power. They began to fight. As they fought, they asked each other questions(not really) "How did you get that blade?", Darmini asked. "It was a gift from Ganondorf himself.", Darkel answered. "Where have you stashed the power medallion?", Darmini asked. "It is with me, you idiot!", Darkel said "Alright, enough of this! Time for you to die!" He called upon the power of his sword, which was many powers, but he choose speed in combat. "Now you will die!", said Darkel. With his lightning-fast speed, Darmini could not block. Darkel nearly cut off his arms, made a slit in his neck, and cracked his head open. Then Darmini passed out.
Later people find Darmini lying there, and heal him. He wakes up, and thanks them, and they tell him it was nothing. Then, Darmini tells them, "We are all in big trouble. He has the Power Medallion, and the Sword of Darkness. If I don't get the Power Medallion back soon, he could rule all of Hyrule!". One of the people who healed Darmini (Alpha) asks him what the Power Medallion is. Darmini tells him, "The Power Medallion is an ancient medallion that grants its holder great power, but only a goron can even lift, and it would take a very well trained goron to be able to use it. It was forged by the original gorons of Hyrule, to govern all six of the sages medallions. It was given to Princess Zelda, but after the battle between Ganon and Link, the Power Medallion was lost forever. Until now." Then, a Deku said, "So only gorons have the power to wield the power medallion, yet it was given originally to Princess Zelda, eh?"
After that, (Alpha) said, "Well, we definately need to find some way to get it away from him. Are there any weaknesses we can exploit? We need all the information you can give us." Then Darmini replied to him, "Right after my father died, I found a note in his chamber. It told me about a sword he made for me, but he had hidden it before the people who killed him came for him. I guess, before he got the chance to write down what the sword was for, and where he hid it he was killed, because the note cut off. I suspect the sword is the only way to deafet Darkel." Right after he told them that, he left to go find Darkel.
Darmini is hopping along the tops of the trees, when someone pulls him down. But, no one was there. So Darmini starts walking when Darkel pops out. "Do you want to fight, or just run away like the little girl you are?", Darkel asked. "I'll fight", said Darmini, "And this time I will beat you!" "I don't know about that. Now just cut the c***, and let's fight!", Darkel told him. They fought and fought, until Darkel used his speed power again(check Goron Showdown in the Plains), therefore causing Darmini serious injuries. Then, after Darkel had finished injuring him, he cracked him on the head, and Darmini was knocked out.
Later, people find him lying there(again).
Darmini entered the desert looking for Darkel. "Where are you?", he said. "Come out and face me, you coward!" 'Hehehe. Look who wants to be destroyed again! This time, I will not be so leniant. You will DIE!", says a mysterious voice. Then Darkel appears out of thin air. "What's the matter? You don't recognize your own brother? Or maybe your just frozen with fear!" (All this time Darmini hasn't moved) "Enough of this! Let us finish this!", Says Darmini. And so begins the third battle, even fiercer than the last two combined. "I will ask you one more time, where is the power medallion?" "Do you really think I will tell you? If you do, then you are an idiot." Darmini swings his sword at Darkel's legs, but Darkel jumps in the nick of time, slits darminis throat, and stabs him in the heart. But he does not know that Darmini has a fairy! Darkel runs of to Ganondorf, dropping a golden medallion.
Knowing that Darkel would kick his butt, Darmini found, and caught a fairy. And, true to their reputation, the fairy brung back Darmini when he fell. When he opened his eyes, the first thing he saw, was a bright golden disc. He picked it up, and inspected it more closely, and , it turned out to be the almighty Power Medallion! Now he may have a chance of defeating Darkel.
Darmini looks around and sees an Imprint of the Power Medallion on the stone wall. "This must be it, The Hidden Sanctuary." He placed the Power Medallion in the Imprint, and the stone wall opened to reveal a cave. Darmini entered. He went through a long, twisty tunnel, but at the end was a sword. This was not just any sword. It was the sword his father left him. The ultimate sword. The Sword of Power. It had the power of earth, fire, wind, darkness, light, water, lightning, and much more. Next to the sword, he found a note from his father. It read "This is my last gift to you. Use it well." Darmini drew the sword from it's stone pedastel, and swore to
strike down Darkel with this blade, and avenge his father.
Darmini entered the area and started cutting the grass to get some rupees sao he could buy more bombs. Then he heard a a loud, evil laugh echoed from the canyon side, followed by a voice that said "Now nothing can stop me!". "Who's there?" "You should know." Replied the voice. Someone jumped off of the canyon. Darmini asked "Who are You? Come into the light." The voice said "If you insist." He came into the light, and lo and behold, there was Darkel. "I have been looking for you my brother." Darkel said, "You have something of mine." You mean the Power Medallion." Darmini said, "Over the past months you made sure that I didn' get my hands on it. Now I know why. Because if I got my hands on it, it would be your downfall." "You finally understand your destiny, my brother. Too bad you
NEVER FUFILL IT!Tonight is the night that you will die, my brother." "Ithink not." said Darmini
IC: "Draw your sword, Brother!" said Darkel. Darmini drew his sword, and Darkel's eyes widened with fear. "What's the matter Darkel, when whe were first talking you sounded all brave, but now you're quivering like jello!" Now you die!" Darmini tries to stab Darkel in the heart, but Darkel counters. "I see you have been training, My brother. You are still no match for me." "You say that to a person who has escaped you alive 3 times? I'd say I am a match for you" "Enough talk. The viewers are getting a little restless." "There are people out there?" "Yes" "Good enough for me." It was like a clash of the titans. An epic battle. One that will never be forgotten. And Darkel dies a very ironic death. "My father, I have now avenged thee.", Darmini said. A spirit appeared before him, saying "Darmini, you hhave done well, But something tells me it is not over yet. But usually that something is wrong."
