Standing around a newly constructed arena in the center of the Town Square stand several carpenters and Hylian Knights, most notable of which is Captain Collonius. A large billboard is the current focus of attention as a Scribe dutifully writes out the tournament info for all to see.

As the Grand Celebration is meant to cheer on and offer our support for the brave adventurers traversing and protecting our fair land of Hyrule, what better way to see our heroes in action than watching and cheering them on in a tournament? Come and see warriors battling amongst each other for prizes, glory, and honor, or perhaps you yourself feel inclined to join the tournament as well and pit your own skills against those who have battled wizards, demons, and more! Either way, a grand time is guaranteed for all!

"Heh, Orpheous, eh? this'll give me the perfect oportunity for revenge! and it'll be easy, seeing as apparently they don't allow inkweavng in the tournament. come to think 'bout it, I need to ask the guards what I can and can't use in the tourny." Kasei said, then read the rest of the sign, seeing as his eyes darted to his fight. He noticed some interesting pairings, some of witch the victor was obvious. "Alpha VS Saber? There is a definite difference in skill in that pairing, same goe with Azador Vs Rose, she doesn't stand a chance! What else may be interesting, hmmm? Blank VS Tayro will be a close match, I haven't really seen Blank in action, so I think Tayro will come out victorious. Sovelis Vs link isn't even worth watching, we all know that, even though their both weaklings, sovelis will win, mainly 'couse of his abilities.Don't know much 'bout either Pyralin or Xokorn, but Pyre sound like he'd give it his all, so there's a chance he'd be the victor." Kasei said, then his eyes darted to the one pair he missed, Dogura VS Worru. "Holly crap, thats just slaughter, worru doesn't stand a chance, he'll be pummeled, then killed!" Kasei said in shock. He definitly didn't want to see worru die, even though he hated him right now. After he voiced these oponions, he went of to the guards to ask what he wouldn't be allowed to do, then headed for the stadium for the fight beteen Alpha and Saber.

OOC: sorry, guys, those are just my opinions, and I was serious, sovelis, alpha, dogura, pyrr, kasei and tayro will all most likely win the first round...and I wasn't kidding when I said dogura would slaughter worru...well, off to ask RG what isn't allowed...

This post was just to tell my views on how this tournament will go in the first round, I'm not saying that i'm compitent that i'm right, but I made my guess using logic. some contestants are strong, others arent...its just the way of the world...

and I DARE HNS to reply sayin that this is just my opinion and I have no right to post it, or any other bull like that! I'de then have real rewason to get pissed!

~Pyre had approached to check out the status of the tournament before his own match. There, he saw round 8. The victor (no not KP) would be his next opponent if he won in the first round. He knew little about the two contestants, and decided he would have to do some studing once his first round ended, but for now, he would enjoy his first match.~

Saber stares at the piece of paper with the second round bracket and sighs. I know that things have been hectic lately, he thought, But I really wonder when we're going to start the next round...He saw Alpha's name and stopped. He reflected back on his match--It was the first time he had ever been hit by magic--EVER. He hadn't known what to expect going into the match, and it showed--His was the most pathetic performance of the day, undoubtedly. I wish I had another shot... He lamented in his mind, wistfully looking down at his arms and eyeing several bruises--Burlo had been helping him with resistance training lately, and beingn blasted by spell after spell and hurled against walls by the effects tended to take a toll on you after a while...Or after the first time...He slowly brushed his hair out of his eye, only for it to fall back in place again, and turned away from the paper, walking back out into the bustling crowd.

OOC: By the way, I'm not criticizing you RG, this is actually development for something I have planned, I'm gonna do it a bit later.
