The party was now almost an hour long. It was time to begin the festivities. A small stage, seperate from the main one, was pulled out in the former dinning room. Here, of course, is where the music contest will begin. Denkou and Sosei, the official overseers of the contest, have begun handing out Ocarina's to willing participants. They now finished the points on the stage. It was time to start the show. Who will go up first???

OOC: Okay, this is how this works.
1st: of course, this is an IC competition. Your character does not need a musical talent to compete, though that may help in the end.

2nd: To show the music you will perform, just use the ^, v, >, <,b] and A keys.

Rule 1: You may only compete once.

Rule 2: The music you perform must not also form a melody on ocarina of time. I, the first judge shall of course check this on my own copy of the game. If I can get a second judge, who has all of the songs, that would be nice. For those who do not have Ocarina of time, http://www.zeldawiki.org/Category:Songs has a list of songs, so you'll be able to see what you can't perform!

Rule 3: The tune can be as long as you like, but no shorter than four notes. Of course, the length of the song will help out in the judging.

The score will be as follows: Orriginality, sound, and both will be out of 5.
