Nitara's Appearance

This picture AMAZINGLY almost exactly how I pictured her, except her tail must be bushier... More like a fox's and less like a cat's.


Nitara's hair hangs only down to the bottom of her chin and flays out in a pixi like manner. It almost glows with its bright white color. Her eyes are usually a bright red color, eyes in which contain a wild fire that seems to burn without ever dimming. Her eyes are catlike and underlying are her prominent cheekbones. Her mouth hosts full lips but it still has a sly look about it, while she has a small upturned nose. Her eyes always contain a look of amusement within them, like she is always silently enjoying a joke with herself.

Sometimes her eyes change with her emotions, due to her psychic powers being channeled through her eyes. She never makes direct eye contact with a person for very long, which the reason being I will explain in a later topic. I will post results here...

She is very small, only four foot eight. Dispite her small figure it is very well filled out. Adorned with what seems to be perfectly sculpted curves. She has thin limbs and although they are so thin they are filled with lean, strong muscles. She is very powerful, although sometimes she looks quite fragile in appearance. (But, other times, she does not look fragile at all... Like when she is angry...)

Her voice is beautiful like birdsong and her laugh as lilting as a meadowlarks' call. She houses the features of a white fox, and she is just as clever and sly as the creature with who she shares featurres. She steps gracefully, with more elegance than any human's clumsly legs could muster, and with amazing lithe and agileness. (No offense attended to all my fellow humans, I know that I just offended myself)

Nitara's History (Birthplace/Hometown)

Nitara was born in an unknown country in Northern Hyrule that is called Rahnawyn. This country seems to consist of an extremely large island shrouded in mist. The only known entrance is hidden toward the Northern coast of the Tantari Desert. Her mother was inflicted with a disease and died when she was young and her father had died just before she was born in a battle against a rival village. She grew up on the streets of the city of Rayne with her best friend Nariko.

(Nariko is a gypsy that had been given to an orphanage in another town by her mother, Zyanthlea, who did not think that she would be able to care for her daughter. Nariko later escaped from the orphanage at the age of six, and traveled to Rayne because she heard of the great stone buildings that were the largest in Rahnawyn, and her own curiousity got the better of her. This is where she met Nitara, alone on the streets, her mother had just passed away. She managed to make enough money for them to live if Nitara sang, and she danced, as entertainment in the streets of Rayne.)

Eventually Nariko and Nitara heard of the land of Hyrule that lay just outside their own country, and Nitara figured that it would be a more promising land. Where they could get along without having to sing for the rich folks strolling along the streets, and earn tips for performing at bars. Nitara was tired of singing for people who didn't deserve to be entertained by them, singing for people who did not respect the entertainment they provided. She was fed up with them tossing coins just to get them to be quiet. So she decided to travel to Hyrule.

Nariko had different ideas. She wished to travel to another village on the other side of the island and find her father, hoping that she would locate her mother there as well and that her mother would take her back into her care willingly. Nitara left alone, though quite disappointed that she had to leave without her very best friend, but leave she did.

When she arrived she found the Tantari Desert, and instantly loved the land that she had set foot on. She took one glance back and then walked forward and into the new desert, starting her journey. A journey with no particular goal, and she felt free.

Well, this is her normal color, so not much to say about this one.

This color means that she is sad. Usually comes in spurts and short flashes, hard to notice.

Confused. When she is puzzled or altogether confused about her situation or something going on around her. This color may be accomponied by a cocking of her head or odd frown. Usually doesn't last long, longer period of time shown than dark blue. (sad)

A display of compassion, usually reflects sympathy or empathy. Doesn't appear very often, but around some close friends this color appears. Can be shown for long periods of time, but only if she feels very sad for the person. Dark blue may also be shown before or after Deep Purple.

This color is when she's really, really excited. Completely thrilled and/or hyper.

This color reflect extreme curiousity. A common color, seeing as she is a bit nosy. This color may also represent her interest in a certain topic, as in something someone is telling her that peaks her curiousity.

This color is very rare indeed. But not the rarest. This is when she is embarassed, such as if she was blushing. Except the color goes to her eyes as well.

Nitara's eyes change this color when she is tired. They begin to grow a very dark shade of brown when she is extremely weary. She doesn't think anyone knows that though, so passes it off as just a "technical difficulty", but it is quite invoulantary.They also turn this color when she is hurt, emotionally or physically. If it is physical she tries to hide it, she doesn't like people to know if she is hurt and dreads any sign of weakness.

When she is furious or enraged. Her eyes begin to grow black, to blend in with her pupil, usually only leaving a small line of color around the outside edge of the pupil itself.

This odd, but very compelling shade of green is the color that existed in her eyes throughout her childhood. She is constantly afraid that they will revert back to this color for an unknown reason, it seems as if she hides a secret behind the red that now inhabits her irises.

This color has only come into her eyes once before in the past and she is frightened of it herself. It gives her terrifying powers but it can mean death to her... That one time almost killed her, she hopes it never happens again. But lately she has felt it threatening to come...
