.... >.>... Where have I heard those words before... Hm... Oh, yeah. When talking to Alpha, KP, at school when my mark is a 50 and am unwilling to go home... Those words I hear nearly as often as I hear my name :P.

But lo! I have come today to present to you the most joyful announcement yet!
http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/ni ... rows_2.mid (Music alter)
I HAVE COMPLETED ALL 27 PAGES OF QUESTIONS! Completed. I am now once again on schedule. Now you'd better not take that for granted, because I pulled an all-nighter yesterday, and I need to go to work. Thank you.

Oh! And, I, the writer's Overflow, am about to reveal to you something even some of your favourite authors do not know about story writing! I tell you it freely now.
Have you ever wondered why King Arthur was such a famous story? And Lord of the Rings? Because there is such symbolism in it that it demands our surrender. How even if Camelot is burned to the ground it lives on forever in peoples' hearts, what it means to be fearless for better and worse. "Lancelot... Something has occurred to me. If you are indeed fearless, you fear nothing. If you fear nothing you love nothing. Then what joy is there in your life?" --King Arthur. Ponderful, eh? The stories you read for entertainment can be good, but they are not the ones people will want to read over and over again. They need to means something - something that unexpectedly reaches out and touch their very hearts and souls. And against all odds of victory, in The Lord of the Rings, "Is there any hope Gandalf, for Frodo and Sam?" --Pippin. "... There never was much hope. Just a fool's hope." -- Gandalf They know they stand no chance and expect to die, but that does not slow them. If you give up hope you give up everything you ever love. If you hold to it forever, you will either succeed or fail with knowledge that you did your part, and didn't sit in a hole waiting. The stories that really matter are the ones that seem dark and terrible. And sometimes you don't want to know the end. But there are things the heroes hope for and hold onto, to alter the fate of all lives. Those are the ones that really matter to people. ^_^. I know my stuff.

So. Tonight I'll study my FAQ document, which has just finished printing out of the printer beside me :). Wow. Not thick, but not thin either. Just the way I like it. So, wondering about my next stage? It'll go like this...

1. I'll read them for however long I believe I must, and continue to write out the order of events, around the ones I've already had.
2. Read the ordered stuff over, re-arrange it so connected events will be fitting together, so it's not like Nogare has to set out and fight in a battle, and then in the next chapter be back peacefully talking to Harkinian. It will be very fluent, and people will feel the very humanity of every character. And each will have a symbolistic and important purpose. At least, most. I'll try to get as many as I can to. I'm still trying to think up something for the Prince of the Deku, the son of the one who Sovelis poked >.>. And yes, I remember that. It will be put into the story, being one of the causes of one of the big events >.>...
3. Anyway, after I organize all that, I add stuff I forgot about from my notes, and repeat the process
4. But then I think it will be about May. Then, I'll start the rough copy of the first book.

Since I see a majority of people voting for a trilogy, I'll probably only gett he first book out by December, after I've read it over and stuff. Yes, I am devoting a lot of effort to this.

And actually, I'm starting to get a good idea 8). When writing my good copy, I should contact Nintendo, and ask if they'd be interested in letting this piece of work be published
(http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/ni ... leyBML.mid)
8). I'll let a very important Zelda writer like Shigeru Miyamoto or someone to read it over, and if they like it, and doesn't harm their own plans for the series. Then, if I have permission, I'll change the names of characters and make them unrelated to Inheritance, Lord of the Rings, Dragon Lance, and such. I've realized the plotline for that isn't very deep and I could easily get rid of it. Then again, just keep in mind that if I am not allowed to publish it, for reasons like it's too big or has too many things explained that they want to in their own way, I won't bother changing the names. I'm good with it either way, but my preference is clear.

^_^

Hope that sounds good to you guys. This is my most excited update on my part for a while. I may not have much to say for a few weeks since it would involve spoilers. So just know that, if I don't post, I am doing all of the numbered things above. I'm really excited about this, guys. Keep posted. Tell all of your friends that would probably care about this. Please! I need as big an audience as can be mustered. ^_^ Thank you, come again.

Hi. Did you miss me?

Well, I'm impressed with myself. I wanted to just write this up because I was tempted. I am really excited about telling everyone, so I'll just post for the week right now.

Alright! So! In my schedule I wrote up a while back in I think September, I was planning for February to be a month for choosing which main events would happen, March would be for making the names of the Chapters, and if i needed more time I wanted it all done at least by May, in case I missed a few storylines. Well, I sat down last Saturday to think of a way to do it. Then I came up with it a great idea, and then I couldn't quit typing, writing by pencil with my AoC binder on my lap, and sharpening my pencil. So I've gotten all of the main parts of the storyline in the order that would be best, which I believed to be the hardest part of the entire project, in two day's time - which I planned to take a month. And it's early February. I'm ahead of schedule for almost a month! Looking over previous notes stashed away in my desk and deep inside My Documents on the CPU, I am adding various things which will come up in the storyline, adding them to the list. That's my objective for today (since I'm sick and I can't go to school. Despise the coldness of Canada!! >_<). I'm on my third time around listening to various soundtracks in Windows Media Player, currently Hans Zimmer's Pirates At World's End; I Don't Think Now Is the Best Time. It has inspired a pretty crazy part of the story, which I am extremely proud of - but it's in book 3 . Anyway, I'm excited also because back only in January the whole way of how I was going to do this was clear as a foggy day. Now it's as clear as a cloudless afternoon ^_^. I see what I need to do, and how I'm going to do it. I'm aiming currently to get the first book out by December of 2008.

And speaking of the first book, for those who care, highlight the quote below to discover the name. For those who don't want to know it, because it might be a 'spoiler', then don't bother. But I'm sure a lot of people want to see the name as badly as I want to say it ^_^. So, here it is:
The Legend of Zelda, The Age of Chaos Book 1; The Rise of the Exiles
:D. Cool, eh?

So, I just was eager to say that. Just so I can inform you that it the story's progress is on a roll 8). Now, as Harry Gregson-Williams music begins, I sumbit this, and continue my work. Keep up your own storylines! Good luck to you! And wish me luck! If you did before, then i got it ^_^. Just keep giving it :P.
-Jim

EDIT: PS: Oh! And I forgot to mention something; there is going to be a newbie coming around sooner or later known as Wheezy93. He's my buddy; Sworn Brothers! Treat him like he's me! He's one of my best friends, but he's more to me a brother than my brother in blood is! Help him out when he comes around. Thanks. And when you see him say that Jim will miss him like hell!

Hi everybody :P
Image

Actually, I was hardly intending to update this week, but I thought I'd might as well anyway...

Okay, this week, I've been reading the best fan fictions there are out there (yes, that boosts him up a bit ----> Image :P. Well, I've read pieces of Eloze, a bit more of the Singletons' series, onto the second part of the Next Saga (overall book 5), and my face, no kidding, went like this -> OoO... I don't look down upon my ability, saying it will be much less, but trying to match that is like trying to match a brick to Saturn. But I could put this chemical into this one, to make a likeliness... >_< I don't know, I'm just practicing my metaphors. I'm sure it will be a favourite. But it's not like it's just ANOTHER fan fiction among tens of thousands of others related to LoZ. I am now aware of what standards I've set for myself, so now I'm excitedly continuing on with improvements.

Oh, and heh , remember how I said Book 1 was all planned out? Well, heh, I lied. It was, but i found different things to put in additionally. NOW it's all planned out. I stayed up really late trying to finish up the planning. And I AM DONE BOOK 1 planning!!! Enough to not interfere with the rough copy's beginning, anyway...

You see, many of you may have noticed me PM-ing you in question regarding whether or not you want to be in my fan fiction, and the part you want to play. Alpha's got the first generation of HA2 to take care of that. Now I get the second generation (those who joined after my quitting are officially the third .) :). I've got Saber in it, a majority of Kasei's characters, including Tatsu, also there's Sovelis (I think I asked him... >.>...), Nitara, Guardian of Fire (I've got Cathy in it, we're not sure about Kayla as of now), Orpheous, Michael, Azador, and... *checks sheet*... that's about it. I'd like some more, like Leth, Worru (I pretty much need Worru in it, because of his relation to Kasei), and perhaps others who would like to be in it. And you're all EVIL !!! Well, not Saber. But the rest are all bad. At least, on the bad side because of their choices or misunderstandings. So yeah, that's that ^_^.

So! I've pretty much got my schedule down pat, as far as writing goes; write by day, plan next books by night. If there's no access to the computer, then I occupy myself with other things which I can do, like music, video games, and reading ^_^. Oh, and homework .

Keep up to date! And by God, answer the poll!! Thanks. :)
-Jim

PS: Oh! And guys, in my English Class, I had to do a project about the Golden Compass. I hated the book, but I decided to write a story for my project. Yes, it is bloody and violent, but it will at least be my first fan fiction. It should be up by next week, since it's due on Monday. And if you liked the story, or at least have a passion for the characters, then I don't think you'll like it; some main characters die, as do daemon animals. So please, if you have pity for those guys (though they are no more innocent than their masters), then don't read it. I rate it M for blood and gore, intense violence, and frightening scenes . And no, as far as it being related to Age of Chaos goes, I'll use it to see what was good and what was bad, based on what I thought of it and my reviews. ^_^ Thanks.

Hello ladies, gentlemen, and robots (Kasei, this confusions really starting to freak me out... >.>)! I come in this dark time with tidings and counsel.

Okay, let's start from my last update until today. Alpha has my everlasting praise for showing me Dark Link's website, where find I found the Writer's Workshop. I see what is needed in my story - Dark Link is up there being my idol now along with Tolkien, Paolini, and Alpha. I'm really glad! ^_^. So if you talk to Dark Link (author of ELOZE in case you didn't know), then please, tell her that she has helped to change someone's life ^_^. No kidding, the Writer's Workshop has everything I need to know about being an author even when I've graduated and gone beyond Into the West (Yes, another Lord of the Rings phrase. Bear with me when they show up).

Next, I've put in a bit more, going into a lot of New Hyrule history, regarding Midoro and Kasuto, as well as the deepest and darkest depth of our hero, Nogare. Yes, he is the main character - not a villain. If you were wondering, yes, it was inspired by music. Beethoven, Howard Shore, Hans Zimmer - all those big-cheese guys have some big influence on your soul :). The idea of Nogare's deepest secrets struck me like a back-handed slap to the face, with sudden realization. With that I hurry all the more to get this done to continue Age of Chaos (after my Homework, of course >.>).

I have been reading Lord of the Rings for a new reason now - to find out what makes his writing so great. I've got my mind around a fair fraction of it, and I hope to continue so. And I'll get to Harry Potter when I care for it, though I know it's the most read non-religious book series. I have mustered fans everywhere, and I have kept track - I have 50 waiting for Age of Chaos now, be them from here, other Zelda sites, Runescape, Planet Tolkien, school (yes, I've even mustered two of my teachers :P), and so many more... it's really exciting (Now I have to keep my word about putting it up by December, though, but that's no problem).

My favourite word now is Masterpiece. I read/watch/play something, and if all of its aspects are to its greatest, I call it one thing - a masterpiece. Twilight Princess, Lord of the Rings, ELOZE, Golden Journey, Beowulf, Ocarina of Time, Star Craft, Spider-man, Hero - the list can go on. But these things I read/play/watch, see what is good, great, and brilliant. Some things, though, are disasters, but they teach me how not to make a movie, as Dark Link and that one guy whose name I don't remember who invented the incandescent light bulb said. ^_^ I'm really proud of myself.

As for the Sinister Hero fan fiction... >.>... I suppose I could put up what I have... my teacher said she didn't want a huge book, so I gave her the first two chapters, which were really what she was after for the project. So if you want, I could put what I have thus far up. I don't want to, though. But I hate to keep on letting you down over and over again! So, I'll finish it as soon and as quickly as possible, for you guys to read ^_^, but not so fast that it's terrible. I'd like you guys to email or PM to me some feedback about it, if you ever read it. And I understand now why I hated the book - it's extremely offensive to Christians >_<. It really runs us down, so please, bear with the story - it isn't offensive to myself, but we still have the whole business with the daemons and such.

Coming up after The Sinister Hero will be a story which I haven't thought of a title for... it's about Legend of Zelda, but it's considerably shorter than Age of Chaos. I just have a theory about Snowpeak Ruins, and I want to make an interesting story about it. Then, I'm expecting there to be a story about The Lord of the Rings after that, a short story, about a Rohirrim in the aftermath of the War of the Ring, and how the war affected his life and scarred it. So there will be a new one every few months, I'm hoping, but always there's a big one that comes out every larger amount of time, this case Age of Chaos.

So, keep up to date with this please, ^_^. Much obliged.
-Jim

EDIT: :').... My friends... your prayers have been answered...
http://www.peacecorpswriters.org/pages/ ... 100da.html
And no, don't expect it to be out in 100 days; it'll be out when it's out ^_^'. But I wouldn't mind it being.

*Bog and Doug Machenize theme song* (and if you don't know who they are, google them >_<). Hello, welcome to the Great White North, eh? The topic for today, is, like, back bacon, eh? "No ya hoser! It's AoC!" "Hey, take off, eh?!"

Sorry. Just another immature introduction. Canadian pride >.>...

Okay, first thing's first. This week I put the rough copy on hold, to brainstorm if I could put a little more adventure and a little less warefare into book 1. I found a few places to put it, but my planning has gone too deep to change now. It's so deep that if I decide to introduce a character at this point, the story would be a disaster. But I am still keeping in mind, as I always have been, how I said there was a chance it could change your life. A lot of it will be very meaningful to you all, I'm sure. Not giving away any more of that; just don't expect it to be like, "Nogare! We're under attack!" then, next chapter, "They've come again! Now they're taking over Ruto and Rauru at the same time!" No. It'll be better than that.

But I've got to go to class. I'm not done here, so I'll edit this in a bit. Bye.
-Jim

EDIT: All right, I've returned! Two more big news things and I'm off.

First off, in two week's time I will lose the computer for a week due to renovations. So I will work as hard as I can right away. So please keep that in mind, in case you're demanding where my update is then (heck, I really wonder how many people read this... 3 maybe? 4 if I'm lucky? Just tell everyone, okay? I don't want to be talking to a blank page here.

Last off, I want to describe myself >.>... A bit of a life-story, but I just thought it would be worth posting... I came to HA2 while browsing the internet, the day I discovered TDC, since the other website I would linger around was Zelda Legends. I would only come to the main page to research curiosities, and all the rest of the time I'd come here. I'd spend day on end here, using up the summer breaks and time away from friends. Basically I'm a very confused child, as I'm sure we all are... I, like probably all of us, am a big fan of being a Legend of Zelda archaeologist, so to speak. I would write notes, wonder about something, discover something, base other theories on that, uncover that secret, work on the next one... I've been doing that since my very young years, and sort of still am, though now it's branched out not only to the Legend of Zelda, but now to The Lord of the Rings, RuneScape, Pirates of the Caribbean, and I'm sure more will come over time. Now actual history strikes my fancy, which is very good, to attach me to reality a bit. Then it came to pass that in order to be what I have been aiming for for my life, I have gotten rid of a few unnecessities, one of which was Hyrule Adventure, though it was a hard choice, because... well, I've told this story various times . Along with these, I am a confused person; I am hardly able to socialize, have a few good and loyal friends but the rest are afraid of me (If you want to be strong, everyone, be sure people like you first; they'll take your strength the wrong way, along with the martial arts you take...). My future seems clouded on a sunny day; I know what I want to be; I have all the things clear in my mind, the sort of things I want to do; the arts. I try to see my way ahead, but the thicket of the future is thick, and although I have the machete to cut my way through, I have no idea what's on the other side... I am very confused about myself. Thanks to HA2, I have revealed within myself what I want to do. That just leaves me with the how. I'll find my way. The thing about me is, though, that I am in a sense weak. I boast, I'm greedy, and when someone laughs my instincts say it's towards me. Not directing this to anyone, but I PM someone and don't receive a reply I sort of blame myself, since I might have said something wrong and offensive. I've done that a lot in my past; I've always kept to myself, dark-spirited (I don't remember the last time I ever started a conversation, and I'm grateful when someone starts one with me; I answer all they have to say, and I feel less hateful for myself, and with it, self-pity, and with that, weakness). I'm always the one who phones my friends, because they have nothing to say to me; I mostly just invite them so we can watch a movie, and do little to do with actually interacting. I've only ever held good conversations with my girl-friend, which itself is wavering like a leaf in a tree in autumn. Instead of talking to someone else, I hide my face in my books, more eager to find out who the last Numenorian King of the Second Age was as oppose to talking with my friends and ask them how things are. And yeah, here I am, feeling bad for myself, and talking about it so people understand me better when I speak. So, just make of that what you will. I am who I am, I suppose. I want to find a link to the song from Shadow the Hedgehog, but I won't bother; I have training to do. I always have a feeling I'm in danger (perhaps more instinct, who knows >.>)

Oh, and one last thing. If I suddenly disappear, without a trace, chances are I'm either homeless, I lost my memory, or I'm dead. Otherwise I will always be around, or at least able to be spoken to (I, along with likely all of you, may never forgive Blank for what he did. I wouldn't do that). And in perhaps the 2200s, look for either the screenwriter or the director of a film called Eragon ^_^.

Until next time!

Yo!

Ok, some big/small news, for better or worse >.>...

I have had a few discovered curiosities about various Legend of Zelda things, and I like to write about them. I've been planning to write a few, since they're as clear as day in my mind. The one I've been most eager to write is the Snowpeak Ruins. But that one requires a bit more planning than another one.

And that one is coming out very soon.

I wanted to write it and get it out of my worries, so I sat down yesterday and just wrote it from start to finish. It's only a short story. It's about the tragic tale of what really happened to Navi after the Ocarina of Time, and in the background the vain in Link's search for her in Majora's Mask. At present it has been emailed to Alpha for editing, and advise. I will edit it thus, then email it to webmasters all over the community; North Castle, TDC, and so on.

As far as the Sinister Hero goes, I have found how offending the Golden Compass was to me by the time I finished it - if you're Christian, spit on the bastard Pullman's grave >_<. Every symbolic thing it is meant to run down Christianity. I handed in what I did, then dropped it to do other things for now. I like the story itself, but... I guess it's Christian pride and defense >_>. I'm probably gonna finish it, but not now. I want to have a break from it, so I have nothing to do with it until at least well over a month or two.

NOW! I know I know, you think I've got my eye off the ball, but not no, I am doing well with Age of Chaos. Very... chaotic, I must say :P. I've got into a bit of who Nogare is, and a bit of mystery regarding him. I think i revealed too much of him in HA2, but you'll never know 8). There have been a few changing storyline parts, since I found the Gerudo were a bit useless. I write a big portion of a chapter per day, but I'd imagine the editing part will be time-consuming. It's tough :P.

So, I'm glad you guys keep reading this every week or so >.>... I spend extra time for this, so you guys can see how it's coming.

Oh! And something else, which is sort of expected, probably not too interesting for you guys, but anyway; I've got a glossary on the back of the third book, in case you don't know what's what and who's who.

So! That's that. Read the short story when it comes out; it's called Time's Dominion. Until next week, or perhaps if you email me or PM me, etc etc.
-Jim

PS: OH! And as of four days ago, it was my second anniversary of starting to write about the adventures of Nogare :P. Bravo!

Happy Good Friday and Easter!

Ok, I a good many chapters into my rough draft. I'm far enough to think I can take a short break. As of now, I'm... diminished in my purpose, i guess. I know what I need to do, but doing it is the hard part. Really, it's about priorities. I have a chance of skipping a grade here - I'm pretty close to doing it. But my marks have decreased since I got really into AoC, so unless I get back to it I might stay the same grade (and believe me, if I were to given this opportunity, I would do it). If you're worried poopless here, know that I am 3 months ahead of schedule with the book - just as long as the school year's time. Then I have summer to accomplish everything else, and then September to perhaps start to edit, and then December rolls around and you've all got my book to read ^_^.

Until next week!

Okay, attention one and all! This is urgent.

I need to know which people want their NPCs in the story. Thank you. That will be all.

And if I scared you about me abandoning the story from last update, please keep in mind that I still write it during the night, no matter what else is happening during the day (just a bit more slowly... Like, in case I'm tired and I just sleep, no Age of Chaos, etc etc. But I do nevertheless write it ^_^).

So please, I know the rules. PM me with the info. D O N O T P O S T H E R E ! ! ! ! The rules don't apply to me regarding posting as often as this out of character because I'm not cheating my way to a high level and using the TPs I gain for In character stuff, savvy? I don't want anyone cheating by posting here. I regret every time I did that in my times here. And yes, I miss being here!

But now, I would like to say something about what I mean by the generations of HA2... By that, the times of arrival come, starting with Narrator in the First Generation, savvy? With him, the first bundle of HA2-ers came around, including Marin, Alpha, Royal Guard, Arthur Dent, The Lovers, etc, until about Christmas of 2005, around when Blank joined. Then the end of that generation happened, and the Second Generation began, with Blank, then Zelda Veteran, then Me, Master Link, Dream Illusionist, and following in two months Kasei, etc. This generation was far less productive than the last, but Hyrule Adventures went deeper inn their storylines than before. Apparently, many of the people still playing were considered spammers then by those who have quit - somewhat dark times, and I stayed for the entire ride, unfortunately >_>... But then, a few other favorites quit, and around the time of June 2007, the Third Generation began ^_^, after my abscence. You dig? I dunno, I'm still obsessing with timelines, so.... Ya, that's me. So! A toast to all HA2 loyalists! To your health!

If that was a waste of time, I apologize ^_^. Just thought, since this was my posting spot and all, you'd like to see my look at it.

"To all who live here, I wove but a thrust of fellowship given freely. As this age ends, my work is finished. The work of others... is about to begin." -- Gandalf, Lord of the Rings, the Return of the King

Okay, ttyl.

Hi everybody.

Well, anyway. I'm here today to tell you that because I noted I needed additions to the story since some of you were in it. But now the whole problem has passed as of three days ago :). Now I may continue the rough copy narrative.

I've caught up my life with a number of phone calls, the reading of a book (THE 7 habits of highly effective teens), and using it to get a hold on life once again. So yeah, Age of Chaos is commencing! I might take a few breaks here and there in case I get a headache (we all know it happens, when you keep trying to force yourself to write), but the release date is ever ringing in my mind, like a church bell.

As for my website I brought up a while ago... >.>... If it's not out by the end of the Canadian school year, it's not coming at all (I'm making it through my school). As of late, Darth Vader here (I really wonder if anyone but me and Alpha remember that old prank of Shadowlink13's) is on the speed he was expecting; a little ahead of schedule, just to be safe.

I'm estimating, but I'm not going to guaranteed; the rough copy of book 1 will be done by maybe September, and then the rest will be editing.

And I want to have a bit of info on Nogare's wikipedia page (and no, I'm not the type to spoil to the public, as I hope everyone knows...)

Nothing in particular to bring up this week, since everything is going according to my brilliant plan... But I have one question that I would like to confirm, and I am greatly annoyed that I can't add new questions to the topic's poll. I will likely start a new topic next to this in a bit, but I will ask you here for you to ponder, savvy?

Okay, I need to know (though at this stage it is too late to change it dramatically) how many battles per book there should be to make the reader (you or any other FF reader), still interested, without groaning, "Oh great, another one?" Yes, in a small number of cases I want that, but even so, what do you think? And when I say battle, I don't mean person vs person, I mean army vs army...

Book 1:
a) between 1 and 3
b) between 2 and 5
c) between 5 and 10
d) as many as possible
e) as many as necessary

Book 2:
a) 1-3
b) 2-5
c) 5-10
d) 8-15
e) As many as possible
f) as many as necessary

Book 3:
a) 5-10
b) 8-15
c) As many as possible
d) as many as necessary

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ignore the last part of the last post ^_^. I reread it, and wasn't thinking, really. High school can do that to ya. (>.>...)
Alpha, Draug, HNS, and Sovelis, all in unison: Jim, you have NO IDEA!!
Sorry . I probably don't. Just having a stressful life, ya see. Everyone's in stress but you up here where you need a dogsled to reach another city, and when they see you all snug in your big coat in your igloo bedroom, they can sort of envy it, since their work has brought them stress, and everyone shares >_>...

Well, I will go, now. So, see you all later! PONDER THE POST!!!

Okay, five minutes to make an update. Hasten >_<.

1. I got brawl, and was playing it a lot this weak (and when not, doing homework and brainstorming characters for Age of Chaos). Two thoughts came up; Nogare and Kasei battles will be like SSB brawl a lot (intense especially because Nogare can almost match Kasei and Kasei can pown Chuck Norris a hundred times over :P), and also I realize the Age of Chaos music theme that I wrote is WAY too similar (and yes, I started writing the theme before I saw the trailers). So that might slow me down :P.

Also!! I am getting behind on the whole Legend of Zelda game. So P L E A S E, someone who has indeed played The Legend of Zelda the Phantom Hourglass, and beaten it, tell me all the details of the game that you can; the main story especially, emphasizing the details of the Ghost Ship (WW made me curious >.>...). Savvy? I don't have a DS.

OK! Got to go to school!! Bye! I'll edit this as soon as possible!!
-Jim

ED of IT: Hi. Relaxed? Sitting Comfortable? Then I will begin...

Well, I hi! Internet has returned to my access (previously I only ever used it from school), and now I am BACK! And this time I'm in the mood (those of you who have not played DK 64... wow >.>...).

Also, I looked over notes of Books 2 and 3, and, well, without spoiling anything, I had three characters I put in, and I had no freaking clue what to do with them; each had a small one-chapter part, or maybe involved with more but only there to fight... But! Now, I put them together to be the same character, and I've created a rather mind-blowing plotline. Trust me, the discovery of it, when you read it, will be romantic in a sad, and glowing way. ^_^. Along with that, I considered another character I haven't really considered, and gave him/her a more important role without combining him/her with anyone else, which allowed another event to have more meaning. So basically, what I'm getting at with this paragraph is, as mentioned in FF7, everything in a tale repeats itself. You can continue to add pieces from the depths of your mind to the puzzle of the story you want to write, and you gradually discover that so much is connected to everything else, and you hardly realize it. You wonder why, in some logical ways, that some parts wouldn't make sense, but when you finally invent something else, you realize why it doesn't. TAKE THAT AS ADVISE!!! Being self-taught can cost you some hard thinking! >.>

Oh boy, Canada is weird!! For the first time in a little over half a year, THERE IS NO SNOW!!! GRASS!!! EVER-FROST BEGINNING TO MELT! CRAZINESS!! WOW!! IT'S LIKE SEEING SNOW IN FLORIDA!!

Oh, and please, if you have a scanner, and can take pictures and get them to your computer, and upload them, I'd like to ask a favor! Everyone, I'm sure you are all aware of the Who Woulda... section in TDC. There is a new curiousity I would like to add. Snowpeak Ruins. Yes, Alf, this is what I spoke to you about earlier. Take pictures of the following places... (this is ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE GAMECUBE VERSION OF THE TWILIGHT PRINCESS, PLEASE!!)
-The arsenal of weaponry, with unorganized aisles of swords, axes, helms, shields, etc, and the two cannons. This is... West, I believe, of the place where you get the Ball of Chain. Keep in mind that there are several chunks of ice around, blocking several ways. Smash them and then take the pictures.
-The room where you fight the mini boss; just one, looking down directly from the entrance to the far room, so you can see both walls of cells. Then another picture of what is beyond the bars.
-The entrance hall, with as many pictures as you can with as many details; the lined-up knight statues, the staircase, the paintings, and what's behind the staircases.
-The storage room to the west of the entrance hall.
-The living room, where Yeta always gives you a new location to find the Bedroom Key ... namely the paintings, again, the furniture, the clock, and so on.
-The kitchen, where the Yete I recall his name is is cooking up the soup for his wife. All details; decapitated fish, the storage shelves, the cauldron, and everything else.
-The spiral ramp leading to the second floor, where the cannon lies at the top, and take a picture of all the area around the cannon, and don't let the cannon block the iced-out window, that seem like defenses.
-The courtyard, which leads to the mini boss room - as much as you can about it.
-The outside of the ruins, facing it from the bottom of the place where you race Yete and Yeta, with a complete picture.
-The fancy ballroom-like hall, where you find the Ordon Cheese.
-The chapel where you fight all those ice warriors (pray don't break any of the furniture when defeating them), where you get the bedroom key.
-The one room where all of the five living remains of the giant ice beasts slide towards you - as much about it as you can
-The box-puzzle room.
-The room beyond the room where you fight the mini-boss - anything about it.
-A picture of one mechanical machine that allows you to get one cannon ball from one room to another when a door is in the way
-The room where the two giant ice beasts are, that breath ice at you.

Please note: Take all pictures in the first person! If nay, then Link will block everything worth seeing!

Now, my fellow friends, you ask, "What's in it for me if I do it?" I tell you this; I will repay you however i can, without, of course, meeting in person ^_^. Credit, of course, and maybe rupees, however many, and other curiosity knowledge about whatever you want ^_^. Heck, maybe whoever I do this with may become a team with me, proposing the ideas to TDC, with photos and clever ideas! Savvy?

Cherrios! ^_^

Wind. Wind blowing like heavy breathing. Nothing but a book and the darkness it sits on. I open it, and nod in satisfaction. Perfect. I close the book, and make a quick prayer. This had better work...

I approach the publisher, explaining the story broadly. "A Legend of Zelda fan fiction story that which I would like to publish, as oppose to put up on the net. I go into much depth about possible curiosities." The wind blows a little harder in the office with no fan. Like heave breathing. The publisher looks at me with a frown of uncertainty, and says he will email some Nintendo people, to make sure this was okay. Nothing unexpected. I'd be surprised with any alternative.

Two days pass...

The snow phone rings. I answer quite slowly. Caller ID claims it is the publisher. Wind. I greet him with a kindly, "Hello?" and he tells me, "Well, Nintendo didn't like it, and I'll tell you why. The extra things you created could harm the storyline itself that is being made for the series, with specific curiosities and such that fans will pick out. You know how it is... Also, it is... not quite the exact theme that Nintendo would picture Zelda in. The name of the series itself advertises adventure, puzzles, and so on, but yours is mostly a conclusion marked with warfare campaigns, which doesn't spell Zelda at all. You could have made it into your own thing, eliminating all Zelda things, if you hadn't written so much on the internet - yes, we know about that. Just making it the conclusion tells fans, and even Nintendo, that this is how it has to end, without the authority of making it too official. A long time ago, back with the Shadow Prince and the Crystal Trap (when you were a little more than a twinkle in your dad's eyes), there was not much to work off of, making things like what you did more acceptable. There had only been 3 games made at that time. Now there are almost 20. You know, it just wouldn't work. I'm sorry."

Wind. Gust. Maelstorm. Awakening. I pondered what my dream had to offer, and found too much truth in it.

OOC: Hi! Yes, that was only a dream (and no, not something I made up), and I can't deny it. Therefore, I found no other choice but to make it an FF for the net. I'm disappointed a lot also because at my age $100 is a LOT of money (as I'm sure it is with all of you), and I could have made a quick buck from it. So I've come up with a better idea. For now, all you need to consider is that a)Age of Chaos will be on sites which provide FFs, and b) I will get a book out there before long. Just wait and see...

- - - - - -- - - - - - - - -- - - - --------------------------------------------------

On another note! If you see a photograph of Philip Pullman, burn it in my vengeance!! >.>.

Now! Age of Chaos! a) The Music theme has been slightly altered!! So we may all sleep in peace now! And I'm considering to allow one of the characters to be gotten rid of, because everything she represents is in another character. And when visiting the Singletons' North Castle website, I found a fan art picture which has struck me like an arrow with a sad and complex plotline. ^_^ Yes, I believe RG Draug Layor put it all too well; the Writer's Overflow, and antidote for Writer's Block :P.

Also, Lock and I spent an afternoon discussing his three characters, Stratus, Athint, and Garland. And man, were the results intense! You'll love it!

I'm also considering deleting my youtube video of 'Goodbye, Hyrule Adventure 2,' ya see ^_^". I get my friends even remotely interested in it, and unfortunately two or three have turned the other way because they googled it and it was the first one! Sad, eh? Lock said he showed one of his friends Hyrule adventure, and googled it because he forgot the name of the site, and... well... she wasn't too impressed. He told me he found, and i feel embarrassed ^_^. So yes, I thank him for that. When next I go on youtube i will delete it.

... As of yet, no one has filled me in on Phantom Hourglass. Please do ASAP.

I honestly hope you guys don't mind the T rating on the book for its intense violence >.>... If you are unwilling to see 300... well... as long as its not for the part with Gorgo and Leonidus, then please reconsider >_>. Okay, let's find an example; Nogare slices a Goryia's boomerang out of the air, and slices it down into a perfect bloody line of symmetry... uh... For the sake of **** SPOILER DETECTOR HAS BLOCKED A SPOILER ***** the enemy captures a character, and when not receiving answers, gives them something to eat; the taste of steel: he takes his sword, pulls back his/her hair, and shoves it down their throat with a crunch, and leaves it there as if a decoration for the dungeon. Uh... Kakura (I hope everyone knows him... Draug I know does) is fighting, and impales a moblin through the skull with his battle-ax, taking little care or note of him, and moving to the next, to slice off its head. Blood, killing, gore, blood, death, destruction, blood... and Chaos. The perfect name for the Age. Oh, and did I mention blood?

And I'd might as well note something; I did not invent the name The Age of Chaos. It is actually the official name of the age, based in the NES Legend of Zelda time (where it is written in the game). So I did not make up the name. I made up all other ages' names >.>.

And finally, I have something terrible and desperate to ask of someone... someone who will accept a spoiler - a big one. I need help from someone, and Lock doesn't worry about it because he's mostly concerned about his own three characters. I've gone into much depth about a few, but I figured out that switching them around a little bit could be logical. I need to ask someone who gives a crap about it. Give me a PM PLEASE if you're cool with that. Kasei's name comes to mind, but I've spoiled enough just for him/her/it to verify stuff for Kasei, and this has very VERY little to do with Kasei at all. >.>... Any volunteers?

That will be all for now!
-Jim

PS: Oh! And I almost forgot something off the note of Age of Chaos. If you're into guy/girlfriends, read below. If not, you may leave the topic :D. I don't have anything against you if you don't have one or don't stand a chance of getting one, but you might be... jealous I guess, or perhaps eager to get one but don't want to lose them too early on.

Okay, guys. Things for girls;
-Clean yourself up. Honestly, right now, smell your breath. Look in the mirror. The colour of your teeth. The style of your hair (can vary, but it has to be something; plain or made whatever. But don't obsess over it). Without this first step, picture the scenario; "Hi. How's it going?" *Must... politely... cover... nose...* You know. Tough. Mends time, but it's worth it. Like working in school year-round for that final exam. A lot of work for a small thing that's worth a dang.
-Small talk then personal stuff when you're actually friends.
-Like face more than below the shoulders *** IMPORTANT
-You don't get a girlfriend immediately. Love comes softly.
-What would you do for her? Spend Easter at her house? Die for her (careful with that, because if she doesn't like you back it's called obsessing...)?
-If she's mad at you don't be mad back (TRICKY! BUT DO IT!)
-Fights don't equal break-ups. They only equal a chance to take perspective, and to teach you tolerance and acceptance
-CHOOSE WISELY! A slutty girl flirts with you, you can play along (by smiling, or answering wisely), but keep your eyes on the nice girl who isn't out of your league (she's out there. Closer than you think...). Heck, for all you know, even if she's dating someone else, if they break up, that's your chance.
-Not taking your chances is like not diving off the highest diving board. Looks freaking scary, but you make the jump, and it's fun! And, well, if you land on your back, don't let that stop you from doing it again another time (out of the metaphor, with another girl. Again, if you stay with the same one after being turned away from, then that's OBSESSING!)
-Ask for her number once you are as comfortable to talk to her as you are with your own family. If it's before that... well, there's really no use.
-Do not - I repeat - DO NOT get a girlfriend so that you can see the looks on peoples' jealous faces. The pride of having a girlfriend is like saying they're no more important to you than the Wii. ... Okay, I have to be careful with that, they are both very important, but people come first. She's a person. She's not a tool or a toy! She's a person.
-You have to know when to say good-bye. TOUGHNESS!! If she's not good for you, there's really no choice. You'll know that when you call her name and she runs from you in the hallway, or she never calls you. If you don't break her heart, then all is well.

And girls. For guys:
-You do not have to be flirtatious to get a boyfriend. Just smile and talk to him. If he does something destructive, don't try any more. If you keep trying to get the same guy who likes another girl, get out from the bottom of the well; for all you know there's a guy who likes you and you're ignoring him. He could be perfect for you.
-If he's flirtatious, play along, and try to learn from him. If he's a pervert, say something kind that shuts him up (use your imagination :P). If he's nice, become school friends, then friends you see regularly, and by then give him your number. Then you can call every so often, and become closer. Then dating comes.
-I won't have to touch on the acne stuff for girls because, honestly, it works either way; obsess over how you look, fine, if not, the guy likes you anyway. And if he doesn't, he's a Prince Charming, and will later be hard to please. And we all know what heart-break is like, when someone kicks you out of their life, like say your parents get divorced.
-

Notes for both genders:
-Don't forget your first crush! Find what you liked about him/her, and find that in other girls/guys.
-If your parents are sensitive about girlfriends and guyfriends, you know as well as they do that it's for the better (unless you just meet up to ignore that there is no ring on your left middle-finger, so to speak).
-Ask your parents how they met, or if they're divorced, ask someone else you trust and know about how they met each other.
-Double dating is evilness >_<! If your crush is doing that, you know the drill. If you are, and they find out, then, well, now you've ruined yourself, since both would know, and they'd spread the word about you, and it will be 100 times harder to get another honest crush.
-If you don't feel comfortable about leaning on their shoulder, then that's a bad sign. If you want to have that comfort, take the steps to get him/her to like you more, or for you to like him/her.
-If it didn't work out, the knife to the wrist isn't worth it. If you kill yourself over it, the one your meant for will not get you, and will not have as good a life with the one he or she gets. Even if that means you're both overly stubborn!
-If a second person tries to claim you but you already are 'taken,' and you really like the first one, tell them straight up, "Look, ______, I really don't like you. There's someone else who wants you and you're ignoring them." Don't say, "Take off, eh? Freaking stalker, leave me alone! Can't you see I like _____ better than you?! If you and I were the last people in the world, I would rather shoot myself than be with you!!" That calls for extreme upset-ness. They'll either kill themselves or attack your crush. It can get dangerous ^_^".
-No, I'm not saying that love at first sight is non-existent and is obsessing. Look at the story of Mary-Jane and Peter Parker. She's as popular as anything, and he's the biggest loser that even nerd girls hate. But they end up together. Just be careful of it, and if you like him or her so much, with so many similarities, and you can see the slightest sign of her liking you a little, either out of pity or kindness, accept it, but don't, DON'T, take advantage of it. THAT is obsession. Melissa following me down the halls because, "She was so in love with me," was her excuse, while I hated her to the bottom of my heart, and she doesn't know how to see if (somehow, and we all know there is) anyone else wants her (ANYONE).
-If you fight with your crush and they find someone else before you can make up, then you know the story, and don't have anything to do with them for a while.
-If you believe that the whole 'there is someone who's meant for you' business is superstitious, then you'd might as well say that there's no such thing as heaven. It is there in your heart, and if you don't want it there, then, well, it's not there for you. Imagine a life where you die and you just bluntly die. Ash. No spirit or soul. Logic, but there's something in it that makes you want to believe in something after it, and it comforts you, and when you believe it, it's true. Same with love.
-If you have a sibling of the opposite gender, and you get along fairly well with them, then just treat girls/guys like you treat them.

Why do I write this? Well, I no longer believe that love is only true in fairy tales, to say the least >.>... You know the song. It's a good feeling. Only a few months ago I would have tried to avoid girls after a fight with my crush. But I thought of her, and no matter what there's that feeling of emptiness without them if you're that close. You learn most of love when you make-up. The real meaning of love is devotion.

Okay, if you have further questions, you know the drill :P. The PM button is only... *counts on fingers* 4 clicks away, if you include the submit button.

Later ^_^.

Greetings earthlings (yeah, we're THAT far above >.>...).

-.-... I've been working this entire week on - get a load of this - two chapters. We're talking LONG chapters; I'm not even done the second of the two, and it's at an extra 58 pages, with like size 17 font (because I'm writing with pencil and paper, so normal-sized paper). Think about this; a third of that is the size I normally print off Fan Fictions (size 7), making it about 19 pages - the size of the Emblem of Power Fan Fiction by Stephen Chu - for TWO CHAPTERS! ELOZE had 60 (for one book, mind you, so the fact that I only have 3 books makes mine maybe a little shorter, I hope...). The Fan Fictions by the Singletons are like 50. 19 for 2 chapters. I'm not discouraging you about this, but I'm not 100% sure I'll make it. More like... 90% :D. Rough draft is demanding, but once I've summoned myself to get to the good copy (though I'm not sure how many drafts I'll make; I'll consider more like 3 for now), then it should be relatively easy to pen out errors and events that are hard to understand (AND THEY ARE MANY AT THIS POINT!!). The problem, however, is (with no offense intended) YOU! Well, me, really, but I decided that I needed to get things going if I wanted to keep your interest until perhaps the very end, or at the very least to make the piles of paper about this suspenseful plotline I thought up in class and this other idea from when I couldn't sleep worth a damn.

If I had done that, abandoning the entire project after working on it in so much depth for two years, then this would be my third one I abandoned, where I made incredible notes for and did nothing about it. I had one entitled The Legend of Neo and the Shrieking Evil of Makuta, which really caused me to have an interest in writing, inspired particularly by the Legend of Zelda Choose your Own Adventure books of the Oracle of Ages and the Oracle of Seasons ^)^. I can't believe to this day that I threw out both books 1 and 2, straight to the recycle bin, when I didn't like it. I still can't believe I did that. Then came Sagrana, about the sages of ten elements, of Time, Fairies, Death, Ice, Water, Wind, Forests, Fire, Lightning, and Speed, all of which were played by my best friends, and we'd play it in the schoolyard, making the story as we went, which over time became very phenomenal. Actually, that's where Stratus' name originated; Sage of Lightning :P. He's the only one who stuck with it, actually, even longer than me, since all my other friends told me to forget about it, and Lock seemed even more interested in the story than me. But I can't seem to find the notes of that either, but I remember a fair bit of it. But basically I just abandoned it, when unsure of how I wanted something to roll out. I had up to book 3!! Then I quit it. Peeving now that I look back. And now I don't want the same thing to happen. Now you can sort of see one of the reasons why I'm sticking with it.

That and I really don't want to let you down. I saw some of the people who quit in my time, such as Shadowlink13, Master Goron, and so on. At the time I found it betrayal, but over time I could see why they left. I still don't forgive them for mingling around a bit like I do, seeing how things are (for God's sake, spears >_<!! Nogare's dream come true! And SWORDS!! TWO HANDED SWORDS! GENUINE!). I see Alpha's a sole survivor from the First Generation, unfortunately, and apparently Kasei and me for the second >.>... I feel tempted to return (don't let that squeal with excitement, I didn't say it was official >_<!!)... I'd have a lot to catch up on, but I might find it worth coming to. I might make a new character so it doesn't interfere with Age of Chaos (and yes, Kasei, Nogare is yours. Officially!), but... I still have a LOT of priorities. Examples are school, friends, projects planned (fan fictions namely; I probably listed elsewhere what they all were >.>...), and all the while a mind like Kaepora Gaebora (I relate to him WAY too much; wise, powerful, and as annoying as Navi!).

But I was getting somewhere else with blaming you with respect a few paragraphs back. New ideas are coming up left and right - holy cow, a new Zelda curiosity! How can I apply that to the climax of a conclusion?! How can I put this in? This could influence a character's storyline all the more! But... oh yeah, I have to get a third of the whole sha-bang done by DECEMBER! Pressuring, but I'll make it, I'm almost sure!

Now, on the music headline! Golden Journey music is more in my mind than Age of Chaos, unfortunately/fortunately (depends on which way you look at it ^_^"). I'm trying to make it less dark and more bright and optimistic, and, well, Golden. I've got the base outlined already for it. The treble and other instruments like percussion will be written after I made the main music. As for Age of Chaos, I have written a bit more. I previously found the music a bit too sad and emotional for the Age of 'Chaos'. So I put some power into it, while maintaining the new copy of the main theme. It's a little darker, chaotic, yet in parts still a major key. And if you don't understand a WORD I'm saying, then I shall put it bluntly; I am working on the music for two fan fictions :P.

I really hope that you help to accomplish what I intend...
a) Love the book
b) Love the music

And when I say love 'em, I mean read it like you like it, and if you don't like it, tell me so, and why (when it's out!).

And I will tell you this also; I have a feeling you will like book 2 better than book 1. Book 3 may be equivalent to book 2 or 1, however you look at it. I'll get a few honest Simon-like critics to read the books before I put them where the main critics are - YOU!

Okay, I have to go to bed now! I have homework and writing to do from early in the morning to late at night, if I want to keep the pace I intended with each ^_^. So bye! And if you have concerns, questions (no spoiler-demands acceptable), or comments of any kind, send me a PM. Don't feel like you have to; I just wanna interact a bit more with what I've missed out on over here.
-Jim

PS: I'll have to get me one of those spears...

Hi everyone!

Okay! I'm writing this a day before I planned because I have a full schedule for tomorrow. I have realized something very shocking; I have so many characters, and I have to picture myself as every one of them, all the time, whenever they're in a part. Nogare is pretty tricky himself, as oppose to a few (not going into it), but I have to think about what happens with that emotion that I assigned them, basically, and then from there, I decide what could happen next, with the end an exciting close where everything from everything leads to. Book 1 leads to books 2 and 3, and book 2 leads to book 3, and book 3 leads to everything it's all come to. I'm listening to some Dragonforce. I've chosen some theme-songs for some characters (so that whenever I write about them, I listen to that song. Thank Dark Link once again for that idea. She has such a good writer's worship!), and THROUGH FIRE AND FLAME is among them. Great song!

Anywho, tomorrow, I am writing all the emotions for characters, so the story to me especially makes more sense (it has to make way more sense to me than it does for you). I my standard is truly set; I must at least try to match ELOZE. Not probable, really, and I know it's way, I mean WAY out of my league, but there's nothing stopping me from trying. Follow your dreams, I say, and no one should tell you otherwise :P. I'd like to ask someone to quote that, but I'm more than certain that someone has taken those exact words, and they get the credit for saying it  :D. I have so many characters, though enough so that it is possible to keep track of them. This one is notable for X reason, and this one's for Y reason, etc etc.

I mentioned it before, but I'm still disappointed about it; I miss one of the characters I created and got rid of. I couldn't find a use for him/her, so (s)he ended up out of the way. Everything that character represented was elsewhere. No point. But (s)he was still a very good one. I put so much thought into him/her that, well, I bring it up again . *Revolution Deathsquad plays 8)*. I also plan to have a total overview of the entire story, so I can make any corrections for things that will end up as dead-ends in the middle of the story :P. I've found a few, and it's made it tough to continue on anyway. I've got a few strategies for this, though.

This is getting harder and harder to do, but along with that funner and funner :D. I'm so lost in it I forget to play Smash Bros *senses gasps from readers*... Like, anything. I'm behind on Zelda, actually. Haven't gotten a DS/Phantom Hourglass yet <,<... Yes, I know I know, sad. Then again, I can imagine the alternative; "Where's Age of Chaos?!"

And there are two answers to the following question; "Is this going to be a massive curiosity answerer?" both yes and no. Yes because that's what I planned to make it, and no because some things I just made for dramatic purposes, and may cause you to say, "... That was inaccurate to the games." I say that now to prevent such criticisms :x.

One day to do as much as I can for the story, locked away in my bedroom. Yes, Kasei, since before when I began to live off potato chips and coke there, I have since left with caution :S. Now I go back to where that big crease has been indented into my bed, lols (based on a false story :D).

Through the fire and the flames, my friends, we carry on!! *super-crazy-guitar-solo follows*

PS: If you haven't tried to read any books by Jeff Grubb, change your ways :x. I'm currently reading his StarCraft novel Liberty's Crusade, and it is EXACTLY what every Fan Fiction was ever meant to be! He's created a character who follows the game's story, adding a few harmless things, and comes out with an incredible story. It's one you buy in Indigo, by the way, not Fanfiction dot net. StarCraft Archive ^_^. He's done the same sort of thing as done with ELOZE.

Well, until next update, without any further ado!
