Uh-oh, looks like we just walked into trouble, Luna thought. "This isn't good, c'mon Kumori," she whispered as they slowly crept back into the shadows. It'd be safer to watch from there, and see how this whole thing worked out. It seemed that one guy was wanted, unfortunate for him. She hadn't heard of a bounty, so he must be a high-priority delinquent, most likely sought after by the castle. Luna was angry with herself for being seen with a wanted criminal, but she had no way of knowing who he was to begin with anyway.

Kumori felt the same way, and was especially embarassed for giving Luna the go-ahead to approach the strangers in the first place. Nothing could be done about it now, so they just had to accept their mistake.

OOC: Kin's hair glows

IC"Kin seen Luna go into the shadows. Kin then went into the shadows and said "Hey where are you going?" Kin's purple streaks were kind of glowing in the shadow. Kin looked at her wondering if it was because of his demonic bear arm. Kin then looked down. Then a few tears fell on to the ground.

Oh great, maybe I should have just used shadowmeld. Now I'm being followed by a kid, just my luck, Luna thought.
"Hey, kid," she whispered to Kin, "do you want something? Can't you see I'm trying to hide here?"
"He- he's crying?" A suprised Kumori whispered to Luna.
"He's what? .....Oh, no. Oh geez." She turned to the kid, "I didn't mean to be rude. Well maybe just a little, but still.... Don't cry....please?" Luna didn't like crying, it was akward and uncomfortable to be around. She hadn't cried herself in years, and never having been around kids, lacked the instinct to comfort weeping children. So not knowing what else to do, Luna pleaded with the boy, "Please stop. Okay?"

"Sorry about that I just had a flashback of how my parents getting killed....and I'm not a kid I'm 15." Kin looked at Luna. He looked into her eyes and said "I followed you because I was wondering where you were going." Kin then looked down again and started to walk away hoping she would stop him.

I still feel bad... Darn crying... Better try to cheer him up, ugh. Sympathy didn't come easily to Luna, but she knew she had to do something to make things feel right. "Hey, kid- er... do you have a name?" She sighed, this was going to be tough. You said your parents were killed? Well, um... mine were too... I mean, not really, they died naturally.... but I'm still an orphan too... So um... Yeah, you have a name?"
It was yet another awkward moment for Luna, but she could already feel the situation start to mend itself.

OOC: Conversation moved to Kin and Luna: A heart-to-heart?

"Where did the woman go" Akisu said to himself. looking around he didnt see her besides that the situation with the knight and the mage wasn't going well. Akisu told the knight leave or join the party the only other option is I do like my brother and kill you.Akisu was just bluffing but he might have to fight anyway. He looked at the mage trying to tell him to hide while he tried to distract the knight. Changing the subject quickly Akisu asked "whats your name".

OOC: Kasei is nether cockyor overconfident. He just knows that you don't have a half of a chance of beating him. Ever.

IC: "So, you admit it." The Rebel Flame confirmed, snaping his left fingers. Suddenly, various shadows appeared on the nearby rooftops. From the ground, it was easy to recognize them; Kasei's personal squad of assasins, his Garo Ninja.

"If you run, you die. However, if you hand yourself over, you can be given a trial for your actions." Kasei said, holding up his left hand. "You can also fight back, but that would be a bad mistake in Hyrule Castle Town."

The Mage wasn't too surprised that Kasei would have personal guards. The Garo Ninja, in combination with Kasei, could easily kill him. He listened to the options. Unsurprisingly, he didn't like any of his choices exceptionally well. The few options remaining were the ones he decided to try in this sticky situation.

His hands shot into the air and he took a few steps back into the shade, then pressed himself into the exterior of a nearby building. He pressed his back into the hard stones. "Can I say something?" he asked. But he didn't wait for the answer. "They attacked me. I fought them in self defense," he explained. "As you know, we're in a war, and some knights could be very paranoid. They thought I worked for the dark for some reason and attacked me without warning. I had to fight. What else could I do? They didn't believe that I wasn't involved in the war," he said.

He really hoped that this would get him off his back, but doubted it. Why would this knight believe his story? None of the other knights did. He wished he could give this knight a long, painful death, but he wasn't strong enough. Otherwise, he would of attacked. He considered attacking, but he would receive death instead of giving it. He didn't doubt the strength of the knight, and knew the limitations of his own powers. He sighed as he awaited the knight's reply.

Kasei smiled slightly as he snapped his finger again. Instantly, the Garo surrounded the mage, several appeared on top of the building he was against, and more were now in front of him and to the side.

"You sure are a smart one. Trying to lie like that, though, wouldn't even get a normal guard to believe you. I'll have to give you credit, though; you sure are smarter than the average bad guy; you know that attacking me is suicide because you can measure your own streangth. Still, you cannot talk your way out of this, i'm afraid. I'm placing you under arrest." He said, and his servants moved in.

Kasei's disbelief angered him more than he already was. He was telling the truth, but it wasn't under his control whether the guard believed him or not. As the guards moved in, it became extremely obvious that now wasn't the time for words; it was the time for running. "You're forgetting something; I'm a Sheikan, and I can shadowmeld," he explained. With the last word, he disappeared in a split second taking advantage of his Sheikan abilities.

After this, Iruria began to talk to Kasei. "How can you be sure that he's lying?" she asked. "Just let him speak before you falsely accuse him. How would you like to be attacked because someone thought you lied?" she pleaded. She was getting frustrated at this situation. She felt sure her pleading would get her nowhere. The only thing left was the group of friends she had made. She looked around, hoping they would arrive soon.

"After him." Kasei ordered his servants. "Do not let him escape the castle walls." He finished. His Garo instantly sped off in all directions. The Rebel Flame turned to Iruria. "You are a freind of his, correct? I do not care really if he has an excuse or not. There is no excuse for murder. I'm taking you in." He said, pointing his sword at her. "If you are a freind, he will come for you. If not, we will simply lock you up for a while." He explained, moving in.

OOC: Enter, someone!

Iruria stepped back as Kasei approached her. This knight was getting on her nerves. He disagreed with him on many of the things he's done. Especially what he was doing now. "What did I do?!" she asked. "Am I being put under arrest for being his friend? I am his friend, but I try to keep him from killing knights! Now I'm really starting to reconsider," she said.

She looked around to see if her friends would come, but found no one. She was getting desperate now. So desperate in fact that she forgot she was still walking backwards and got her boot caught in a crack and she fell down. She let out a small scream and hit the ground.

She had no time to get up as a figure appeared on a rooftop and jumped down between her and the knight. He was dressed in a tight green sleeveless shirt, dark khaki pants, and brown boots. He had a dagger in it's sheath that hung at his waist on his left side. His hair was green and perfectly matched his shirt. "Look," he said, "Iruria didn't do anything. She just tried to defend her friend," he explained to Kasei.

Iruria excitedly stood up and thanked the man that had just appeared. He simply nodded. Iruria placed her hand on the hilt of his sword. She wasn't going to pull it out yet. That wouldn't be wise. "You say that there is no excuse for killing, but tell me this, if that Mage attacked you, would you kill him if it was necessary?" she asked from behind the man that had appeared.

Kasei looked up at the man who decided to interfere. He smiled as the question rang through his head. "How nostalgic that you would ask that to me." He said. "A very old freind once asked me that exact question." He turned to face the newcomer completely. "I would hack of his legs to keep him from running, I would rip out his arms so that he wouldn't fight back. I would seal his mouth so that he cannot utter a curse. But if he dies, that would be his own choice that he shows through his actions. Sort of like what you are doing now." The Rebel Flame finished, and readied himself. "Enough of your stalling, you can move out of my way, or be detained."

The newcomer didn't budge. "Don't you think that the man would die of loss of blood resulting from your actions? It may have been his choice to fight, but you still attacked him. I've never heard of anyone surviving through everything you described," he explained. His dagger was drawn now, and would use it if need be. "If everyone believed that there was no excuse for murder, nearly every soldier would be arrested, and criminals wouldn't be prosecuted the same way."

Iruria drew her thin sword and stood next to the newcomer. "I agree," she said. She attempted to continue speaking, but was cut off by the newcomer's hand covering her mouth.

"Leave. Attend to the Mage. Leave this knight to me," he said.

"But-" Iruria tried to defend herself.

"Go," he said, this time with a stern voice. Iruria nodded and left. She didn't refuse orders often, and certainly wouldn't this time. She turned around and, using her great speed, was gone from the castle courtyard in the blink of an eye.

"Please," the man said, "give it up. The ones you want are long gone by now. Do not prolong this."

Kasei was going to stop Iruria, he could have easily had a Garo halt her. He decided against it, however, when the newcomer challanged him. "You . . . deal with me?" He asked in a serious tone. "Now that's something to see." He finished. Already, passerby's were running out of the way as Kasei closed his left eye and let the magic flow through him. ( ) As he waited, he looked at his target, then blinked.

The Newcomer would never know it was coming, unless he had a detailed record of Kasei's battles. The explosion was instant, the fire engulfed Kasei's target with every intention of killing him. "This is the end." The Rebel Flame said.
