You pass through a doorway which leads to a hallway with classrooms. There, apprentices are being lectured regarding the histories of Hyrule and Heroes of Old, other important lessons which will help them to become such great Heroes as to have a card of their own!
Down the hallway a ways, you are lead into a classroom much larger and full of books than the rest. This is the briefing room. Here you have quests you have chosen explained thoroughly to you by Gurshon the Guild Master.
-------
Stadium of Malalgruel...
Liberator is ahead of the rest of you as you approach the Briefing Room, but when he opens the door, he allows you all to enter first. Last came Gurshon, standing tall despite his age. Liberator followed after him, sliding through the gap sideways to fit through. He leaned back against the wall at the back, while Gurshon began to draw out a book.
"Good adventurers, I must admit, you have picked quite the quest. Leth, you picked the most challenging card there was available, however it that is no bad thing at all. You all will gain a tremendous amount of respect for surviving this, should you at all.
"Now, there is a small hamlet a ways north of the Crossroads, called Korngard. That is the village whose trade abruptly stopped as soon as rumours about the Stadium began. Since it's been a ghost town. It's a day and a half's journey by horseback. I suggest you search that area first. Scout around, find what you can about it, and from there seek out the Stadium."
"Do you think they'll attack Korngard even if it's deserted?"
"I can't say for sure. You'll have to solve that one for yourselves. Here's a map."
He places it at the front of the room, where a large round table sits before the desks where you sit and Gurshon at the front of the room, a map of New Hyrule. His finger pointed down upon where the hamlet was (f11). "The Stadium could be anywhere around here. Traveling troupes love this spot, and some seldom leave the area... but recently there's been unrest with the folk once Korngard became a ghost town.
"One some occasions..." he licked his thumb and flipped through a pile of pages. He drew out a letter, and continued, "This is a letter from the one who sent us the report. He claims to be with the troupe, and was terrified with what happened... It reads, 'My small troupe and I were attacked at road when we saw the distance a glow. It was coming from the Ghost Town. People screaming at the top of their lungs, and flailing torches and swords. They charged, and killed many of us. There were only a handful of us around at this time of year, and a very unlucky time at that. We could tell that they were as humane as any of us, no Exiles. No monsters. But they wore Exile armour. Entirely humane underneath. No question. There were folk of all ages, genders... I hid and managed to defeat one. When she came to herself, she seemed to be waking up from a dream. She described a Stadium lead by the terrible Malagruel from her 'dream'. Then she... kind of twisted uncomfortably, as if squirming for a better spot on her bed, she gripped her head, and there was a big... like a pulse in her head that was so loud... She died. As if there was some kind of sorcery behind it. All my friends were taken, and all I can do is write this and bring it to the Guild. Please, save my friends, if they're still alive. They may be used for some evil purpose by the Exiles to go raid some other village or city... and many will die who don't deserve to.' ...
"His name was Griffin. He seemed quite the fool when he gave it to the Guild. The next day he left for Korngard again, and of course was not seen since... I think he was hoping to save his friends. He did seem somewhat confident that he could do something. He could still be out there.
"Now, before you depart, do you have any questions?"
OOC: I'll give you some time to ask questions if you've got them. I've gotta run! If there are no questions, I'll edit this later and make the topic. No, it's not out yet... ^_^.

"Not everyone wants a hero." -- Macil Nassos
We never know what legacy we'll leave
Some promises are impossible to keep
It doesn't matter what happens. I'll find the answers I'm looking for.
Keep head down and away. None can know. It's a secret from everybody.
Why can't they see what's right under their noses?!
So am I the answer or am I the master, hmm?
