As you approach the gigantic tower, you come across a man sitting on the ledge of the cliff path. He is robed in dark blue clothing, which appears darker in the shadow of New Peaktop. He has short, white hair, and his face is lined from age. His face is rather squarish, and his beak-shaped nose and red eyes suggest that he is a Rito.

He stands up, and by doing so sees you. "Well, come on," he says. "The inns are inside the tower. Unless you want to stay outside for a little bit longer."

Oh, and a Rito's nose is fleshy like a human, but shaped like a beak. I'm not a big fan of the whole "beak for a nose" thing they got going in TWW.
