Immediately upon hitting the ground, the crystal disappeared, and Burlo dropped the remaining few inches with a stern expression on his face.

"I's only 'eard 'bout de inn t'rough da grep-wine, where's 't?"

As he waited for a response, a bell sounded, and he turned towards the Temple. Inside were a multitude of people, praying. "Los' trek o' time. Din't 'memer 'twas worshi'p time." A large commotion could be heard past all the bulidings seperating the Temple Quarter and the Courtyard, and Knights were seen standing about everywhere.

Considering that the last time she tried to fly to North Castle as a dragon she was attacked, Rose was quite glad that Burlo the Clerk had used his magic to swiftly transport them to North Castle. A quick search doesn't seem to show the Hylian Saber anywhere, though.

Seth, however, approached one of his fellow knights. "Private, what do you know of the inn that burned down the other day?" he requested.

OOC: Rawr, you didn't give me much to work with. >>

The Knight threw a quick salute--he didn't know Seth personally, as they worked in seperate areas, but he certainly looked commanding--and answered swiftly. "Sir! TheInnInTheCastleCourtyardBurnedDownJustLastNight AndSeveralFiguresWereSeenRunningFromTheSceneSir!"

Immediately after hearing this, Burlo took off down the main street, towards the Courtyard, his shoes bursting at the seams.

OOC: Well honestly I didn't have much planned here but oops we came here anyways so sorry I'll make it work I promise

The trio barely understood what the private said. But they caught enough. "Where were they heading?" Seth continued his inquiry after returning the salute. "And slow down; I don't want to miss anything."

OOC: Meh, I'm sure you will.

"Theyallseemed--sorry, sir." The Knight said sheepishly. Clearly he was new at this. "They headed north. Straight over the wall. We're interr--questioning everyone we can for details of their appearance. We've got the Innkeeper in the Barracks right now, actually. Talkative."

OOC: Bah I have to go may edit later wait no I'll be driving home nevermind

Sheila just had to giggled; a man who talked too fast calling another man out for being talkative. "Shh," Rose hissed, and the Hylian woman tried to put a straight face back on.

"Thank you, Private," Seth said and led the two women away from the Knights.

"Looks like we're going to have to go north," Rose observed. "Do you want to go straight to Ruto, or check out that one desert, um...."

"Tantari," Sheila offered.

"Yes."

"I don't know," Seth replied. "But it might be a good idea to bring that one cleric with us."

"Are you kidding?!" the younger of the two women cried out. "He looks like he's drunk."

"But we'd still be on the floor of North Forest without him," the Tarmian pointed out. "I'd rather have his help than no help at all."

Sheila had to reluctantly agree to this, so they walked in the direction they last saw him go in, keeping an eye out for Burlo.

OOC: Probably not necessary, but here's an [Awareness Check] for you.

It wasn't hard to find Burlo--the large man had not been too shy to shove several people out of the way and onto the ground as he motored towards the inn. The inn also wasn't hard to find; after all, 'smoking pile of rubble' wasn't a common medium of architecture in those days. Though fifty years later, renowned architect Bill Ding would make a name for himself through burned chapels. But that was beside the point.

The Cleric stood, gaping, at what used to be a large building. Ashes still lifted into the air whenever a particularly strong breeze blew through the town, and there were Knights everywhere. Before the fallen building was a short man in his nightclothing, stamping about and shouting in a hoarse, high pitched voice.

"I tell you, I'd better recieve compensation for this! Find that bastard who burned down my establishment and let me deal with him personally!"

Rose tried to get Burlo's attention without alerting the shouting innkeeper to her presence; a feat that perhaps would have been more possible if the druid wasn't tall for the average human female. Oh, sure, she could have shapeshifted into someone shorter, but the Tarm woman never felt comfortable using her primal magic to change into another human.

"Excuse me, sir, but we're going to head north, and we'd appreciate it if you came with us," she said in as loud a whisper as she dared; Rose didn't want to get too close to the cleric.

OOC: Boy, I'm really glad now that I made Rose five feet ten inches; it didn't look like I had too much to work with.

OOC: Man I can't believe I forgot about this. Blah.

IC: Burlo snapped around to face Rose, nodding furiously. "Yeh, yeh, 'e's 'n der nor't." Looking about, he motioned to the group to follow him. As they crossed the drawbridge and left Castle Town, he spoke. "Now den, 'ow're we gon' git dere kickly? I dinna know if'n I kin git usn's t' Ruhtoo wit' der kistal."

Oh, goddesses, it's so hard to understand him, all three of them thought. But out loud, Seth said, "I guess we'll just have to walk back to Ruto."

Rose looked up into the sky. "No, I think I'm up to another transformation. Dragon would be quickest. Come on, let's leave North Castle first."

The Tarm druid led them out of the city and quite a ways off from the walls. "Be quick about getting on," she suggested, "and hold on tight."

The human immediately transformed into the large dragon she was so accustomed to turning into. She bent down to allow Sheila and Seth to scramble up, where they found ridges to hold on to. Rather than wait for the cleric to climb up, however, Rose carefully grabbed Burlo in her left front paw.

And with a mighty push of her legs and wings, the female druid was racing through the air and making a course for Ruto, keeping her eye out for Saber....
