Nogare's thoughts prickled, and he felt a thousand emotions at once; hope, peace, excitement, compassion, love, desire, and silence. Nyre was coming. He took an effort to refocus, and sensed another presence; a shadow in the forest where Kamiko was. He stood, and remembered where the landminds where. He tried to sense the thoughts of the shadowy figure to identify it, but no thought of its own came. It belonged to a mind, as if it were a part of a hive. Concern and anxiety knawed at him. For a second, he looked back at the Underworld Entrance, so close to unlocking its secrets, and yet...

He decided. Nyre would not be safe if he could not identify the figure.

He told the others to stay and keep exploring, and wove his way through the landminds. He had to explore...

He could sense that it knew it was there... but how close was its overmind? Was there an encampment nearby, or a hive? It was agitated, he knew that. Fear? What race was it? Hyrulean or Exile?

Enough questions. He bustled through the forest, not bothering to maintain stealth. He would be able to protect himself from the threats that presented itself.

It knew he was coming. It was close. Just beyond this tree...

This was a trap... He wouldn't trigger it. After carefully slowing to a stop, He threw an acorn onto the grass, and it caved in to reveal a hole, spikes and bodies revealed beneathe, and a whole battalion of furious axe-throwing Daria gargled into view.

Daria?! Why are they so far from Death Mountain...?!... Were they breeding in Parapa? Even so, what were they doing all the way out here in a forest?

They spotted him, and volley of axes came his way. A swing of Belegcam deflected a number, but the rest needed to be dodged. He sensed Nyre was close. He had to keep her away at all costs... If she got hurt, he could never forgive himself.

"Nyre!" was all he could cry out before they were upon him, ready to fight.

Nyre felt a odd, disturbing sense at the back of her neck. Hairs tingled as she heard cries from a not so far distance. She pulled her scarf back over her mouth and nose, and started her silent approach to the cries and sudden sound of weapons clashing and breaking.
Oh no... she could now sense the person being attacked. The angry snarls of the awful creatures her fought were loud, very loud. Gurgling noises came resonating from deep within their chests. But those noises were nothing, she was paying attention to the grunting from the human they fought. Nogare... she picked up speed and held her sword at her side with firm strength and anxious lethal determination. She stopped behind a large dead tree, just meters away from a clearing with the creatures and Nogare. She kept to the shadows as she approached the battle. Raising her sword she crept up behind a creature and drove it through without a sound. Letting that body drop, she engaged the next enemy with precision and drove it through as well. Blood stained the diamond blade from hilt to tip. She smiled to herself at her decisive combat skills. She had Nogare to thank, and she would let him know later.
Keeping to the shadows, she made her way to the other side of the clearing, seeing Nogare facing a horde of Daria, he held Belegcam like a life line, as always.
She smiled evilly and swept as fast as possible through the clearing, taking two Daria's down with one swift swipe.
Standing straight once again, taking a cloth from her side pouch and wiping it along the blade, using her free hand, she pulled the scarf down from her face and smiled at Nogare.

"Hello again Nogare." her smile did not fail as she sheathed her diamond sword once again. She could still hear the horde of Daria's behind her. Screeching their blood curdling howls of hate and frustration. "Nice night isn't it? Need any help?" she awaited his response, just... As soon as he got over his shock and aw.

Nogare was nearly speechless. Had she really just shown up out of nowhere? I thought she had left to find out more about her past... I guess not...

He knew that time was of the essence, but seeing her again was like waking up from a dream, or else falling into a dream amidst a great feat. And to think that just a moment ago he was so concerned about her safety! It took either utter accuracy to find the exact pressure-points, or brutal strength to crush him down. Daria were not enemies to be fought without an extreme level of preparation or care. Their axes could kill with one swing, and their very skin was like heavy armour...

... What a woman... Had he done that well a job of training her?... Surely she had picked up a few things of her own while she was on missions of her own. And she had either become more beautiful since the last time he saw her, or he had forgotten how beautiful she really was... Despite his blood, he had met very few Sheikah with pure blood like hers, and fewer who could compare to her beauty. Her red eyes, her agility, her lips, her focus...

Focus.. Right... He hoped that that was all the distraction he would get from the vital mission at hand. Only days ago he had said that he would do this alone. She may or may not have just saved his life, but he wasn't going to shrug her off...

Finally he spoke... all of these thoughts had passed in no more than a second, but with her level of insight, he could tell that she had noticed. "I'm glad you're here. These Daria are hundreds of miles from Death Mountain, where they are supposed to be, and there could be a thousand reasons why. Whatever's in that encampment might give us a clue. The mission I'm on myself I'll explain to you once we're done here..." He thought he'd ask if she was hurt, or if she was alright. Was he un-sensitive to her feelings? No of course not! This is her becoming who you trained her to be. She can take care of herself... she made that very clear.

"Let go..."

Nyre smiled at him, and turned, she loosened her grip on her sword, she rotated her shoulders, bending down so she had one foot stretched out in front of her, and the other curled underneath her. She watched as a Daria started toward her, smiling she charged him, sending her sword straight through his left shoulder, blood dripped off her sword and fell to the ground. She twisted the hilt of her sword, hearing the agonized cry of the Daria above her she pushed him back, and jumped on top of him. Sheathing her sword, grabbing her bow and loading an arrow in the time it took to have the injured Daria on it's back. She took aim as quickly as she could and shot another creature through the head, sending it falling in the mud. Loading her bow once again she took aim at another and shot... the creature moved at the last second and the arrow bounced off his chest. Blast... their belly skin is armored... but maybe. She crouched and leaped from the stomach of the now dead Daria below her and front flipped to another, landing on it's shoulders, she drew her sword as the shocked creature danced below her and sent her sword straight down into the smelly creature's head. She jumped to the ground, sword at the ready.
She looked around, all but one Daria were dead on the ground. She stood erect and smiled at the last Daria, he did not look scared, but she could feel it in his mind.
She readied her sword and made her way up to the creature. She held out her hand, and the creature handed her it's weapon. "On your knees." she held it's own weapon to it's throat and grinned as it did what it was told.
"Now... Nogare. You might as well ask this 'thing' what it wants." I held the point of its two headed spear to it's throat, its large copper like eyes shutting tight, in wait of it's death.....
