As you leave the temple quarter into the field, you see that the guard and guardhouse have been destroyed, and a cloaked figure appears out of the wreckage, and he spots you..."sssso, you ssssurvived phantom gannon... very welllllll, but I won't be that easssy to beat! and he turns into bongo bongo before youre eyes,( he has the same stats as the phantom gannon in the temple quarter)


bongo bongo rises in the air and attacks!

Nogare is the one in this place at this time, and he leaps out of the way as Bongo-Bongo attacks. But this creature was suposed to be dead during the time of the first Great Hero! How could he be alive now?! He didn't understand. But he had to time to. He had to fight this monster. The leapt up, and saqw that he remembered from old books thatb he was defeated with the power to see the unseen. Only the Cross could do that, and he didn't have it... He had to kill him without. To his left, he saw that the guard he had met when first entering the Castle was dead. Mircam... He could not beleive it. But he couldn't think about that now; he had to fight!

That was when Bongo-Bongo took his hit at him...

bongo bongo became invisible, confusing nogare with drums, then slapping him arround, nogare needed a lantern to see, as it was getting dark, bongo bongo continued his onslought...

I know where to get them, but it's too far for me to leave Bongo-Bongo alone; He'll destroy the entire castle!! I need Link to get it! Nogare destracted him for now. He called for it to look at him, getting it away from the castle. He walked slowly east, away from the castle. He would be dead before the beast would be far enough from the casstle and at sun-light. He needed Link to hurry.

bongo bongo saw link run off, but paid no attention, nogare was his primary target... he became invisible again, and started smaking around nogare...

Nogare was glad that Link was here. Now he could see the beast in the dark place. Now, it's hand was now trying to hit Link, which was a good thing, being it that this was Nogare's chance. He jumped onto the beast, now that he was vaugely visable, and jabbed into it's head.

bongo-bongo realeased a scream of pain, and continued to attack nogare...

"Link!!!" Yelled Nogare as Bongo-Bongo slammed his hand at him. "Stab him!!!" He sees Link's dagger on the ground, and avoids Bongo-Bongo's attack, and threw the dagger at the beast's eye.

bongo-bongo screamed in pain, then fell to the ground, and died, when he vanished, nogare noticed a man in a cloak run off north...
