As you walk through the North Forest, you meet a man with a massive blade in it's sheath. it looks very heavy under the man's cloak. He stands very still, as if he were Ironknuckle himself. He was not leaning on anything, or struggling, as if he were not
eager to sit; he simply stood there. You stare at him for a while. But suddenly caught off guard, he points his sword at you. "You! draw your weapon! I am the great nomad. King of Blades is my name! I shall only reveal my secret to those with power enough to defeat me! All those who are weak shall die this day! ALL! Now, DRAW YOUR WEAPON!" what next? Do you dare to dual him?
Stats: STR: 6 +7 (weapon) DEF: 20 AGI: 5 INT: 4 SPI: 0 HP: 55

OOC: the secret will be revealled, but will be PMed to you. This is not a quest; it just reveals something helpful.

"Must I really do it? Give up now, for you must have heard of... The Great King of Incinera?" Says a mysterious voice, presumably the King of Incinera. It is, King Hiro, ready to defeat this opponent.
Why do I fight him? Well, that's because I need to become stronger... I'll never defeat Carnax at my power level. Just keep fighting... I relied too much on the Fire Shard, incorporating its magic into every attack. Now that its gone, I need to become more balanced. Just like that one time...

SEMI-FLASHBACK
Swordfighting. You'd think it's all you'd need to know to be able to fight. But you're wrong. Hiro learned this the hard way. This is the way he got his cross-shaped scar on his right cheek (his right.) A battle in the training grounds. Hiro was pwning the snot out of his opponent. Until he got cocky and accidentaly threw his sword. Hiro was injured, and he learned that in the instance you lose your weapon, always be good at hand-to-hand.

"So, are you willing to fight? You'll never win..."

The knight pauses for a moment, but still on guard. "Hm... Some King... You under-estimate the Power of the Killer of the Hero... In an arena... where he really is. He is not visiting his Parents, you fool! If you ever read the legend, he was born in Hyrule, long ago. He is in another world, on a secret quest, in a land, where that Zora, from Blind's Gang, went to; a place called... Earth... He will die there!...
And I know of this Incinera! I dont care about those other lands, though... But this is nonsense! En Guard!" And the fight began. With his thick armor hanging off of him, he leapt forward, like a frog, bound in thick steel. Hiro drew his sword, and prepared for the fight...

kasei wonders what is going on, and he sees a man fighting an iron knucle, now that kasei is fully healed, he decides to join the fight, drawind his dagger...and besides, that crazy clown told him to fight this guy...

King of Blades Turned to Kasei with wide eyes. This was the one he needed to fight. He raised his sword, pointing at Hiro, and said, "You, your highness will have to wait. I have to kill this weakling first." Ignored him, and charged. More fast than
any thought possible, King threw his bladed shield at Hiro, hitting his neck, causing him to fly back, and was pinned to a tree. (The shield is shaped like this .... M

Hiro struggled to get free, but as he did so, King charged at Kasei.

OOC: Sorry, Kasei; I wrote a whole bunch before, and I clicked too fast, and it's gone. So, to make a long story short, it's as shown below:
King hits kasei a 8. Kasei = 32. Kasei hits King a an 11. King=44. King hits Kasei a 17. Kasei= 15!!! Kasei hits King a 19. King= 25... King hits Kasei a 20. NOOOOO!!!!! Kasei lost.

IC: After both took horrable, painful blows, Kasei lost. King grinned, looking over the defeated Shiekah. Kasei is not dead, but is breathing hard, with blood masking his face. King smiles, and says, "Hey, lad, next time don't underestimate the power of King of Blades. Come back when you have more power. Hehehehe...."

GAME OVER...

While Hiro is almost free of the grasp of the Sheild, King carried Kasei's knocked out body to the edghe of the forest, for him to leave the North Forest when he awakes. He needs a good heal for later, but, being still honorable, King gives him a health potiobn for later. The he returns to where Hiro is. He had been trying to get out of the grasp of the shield the whole time, which was and hour or so, and finally, King came, and tore the Sheild from his neck, and said, "Sorry for the Delay. Shall we fight?" He had this kind of face on him ----> with a few small :lol:s.

OOC: Kasei, wait for another two weeks before trying again, and try to get a bit stronger. Nice try, though.

You have a dagger and a staff; not a sword, but that's ok...

But where did you earn those 20 TPs? As far as I know, there are way less quests than that. I only remember there being a few quests in the game, never mind 20. You don't have acurrate stats. You have to do quests to gain stats. You can't just say you've trained and add stats. If you have done that many quests, though, could you name them?

OOC: oh, yeah, sorry, i thought gaining levels got stats, ill put em back to norm... sorry for inturuption...

OOC: OK, Hiro, I got your stats out of the Rules set, and randomly added your earned TPs into places. So good luck...

Hiro had been stuck here for a long while now; over hours. His head was sweating when he finally got back out of the hold of the sheild. He was now very angry, and drew his sword, prepared to kill the Knight. As Hiro was ready, so was Kasei behind King. The two circled around King. He laughed at them. "You know that I have killed more than 100 warriors in the Arena, and never lost. I never spared even the weakest Deku. I don't intent to now, either..." Kasei charges. But the most unbelievable thing happened; since Hiro had thrown the sheild at King, he had dodged it, and it ended up behind him, and since Kasei was there, King somehow used some force to draw the sheild straight at his left hand, which hit Kasei in the back, and knocked him to the ground.

"Just a moment, Sheikah..." The Iron Knuckle laughed, and turned to Hiro. The fight between the two was finally going to start. "Ready, Human?" Questioned King as he slowly walked towards him. thinking wisely, Hiro didn't hit the first blow; he waited for his opposition. "Heh... you're smart, Human. If you attacked first, you would already be dead. You don't know how powerful I am.

"And nor you..." Hiro returned. Angered, King swung his massive sword, but Hiro leapt away, jumping away and blocking with his sheild, and saw King's Sword crash against a Tree, and made it crumble, like it was never there. Before King could raise his sword for another blow, though, Hiro thrust his sword into King's shoulder.

OOC: OK, I don't have much time, so Hiro, you won by 10 HP, thanks to your Jerkin and chainmail together. lol! I should do that with my PC (playable character.) But, anyway, reply below about your victory, then I will PM you an important message.

And Kasei, I have things I need to do for my own story, so please just wait another week or so, and I promise I will get it in within that time.



OOC: SORRY! I'M LIKE A MONTH LATE! I HATE HAVING SCHOOL LONGER! Even though school is still going, i will see to this.

IC: Kasei awoke, and saw King standing, sword already prepared to cruch him. He vertically hit down at him (You need a 7 to avoid the large sword, but you have 8 AGI, so...) kasei jumps out of the way of the blade, to the side. He throws his dagger at King as hard as he can. (King rolls a 15 to evade, so he doesn't get hit.) With all his strength, King jumps at Kasei, but with a weak 3, and Kasei, swiftly rolled away, and hit back a 7, +3 STR = 10. King saw it coming and rolled sideways, to an 8, +5 AGI = 13. Just missed. No hits have come to pass.

Kasei: 40 HP
King: 55 HP

Kasei jumps forward, but being that he was behind the cruched tree of before, and had to jump over it and couldn't see, he hit a 1, which barely left a mark on King's armor, and sort of cracking a bit off his staff. The armored mass hit back a 16, + 6 + 7 = 27!!!! Can Kasei avoid it?! kasei's AGI+ his DEF = 11, + the 13 he got means that he was hit!!! Only 3, though, luckily. Will Kasei survive the rest oif the match? Post now to find out!!!

OOC: Really sorry about the long wait there, eh. I have to catch up on this, so I'll get to it now.

IC: Even though King saw the fire balls coming, he barely knew they were there. He stepped out of the way. It was then that Kasei got back onto his feet, dagger in hand. "Come on, fool!" Yelled the armored Knight.

Wordlessly, Kasei dived at King. (dude, I don't have all the time to type this, so... I'm going to RP the whole thing, but keep the stats in mind, making it a fair battle, savy?)
Kasei's next attack was very critical; he accuratley stabbed his foe between his armor, in the neck. Red blood spilled. He fell to his knees, yelling out a swift flow of curses. He murmured something about strength, but Kasei was unable to hear much more. Fustrated, King turned to face Kasei, and with all of his strength, gripped his neck, choking him. Savagly, to save himself, Kasei, slit King neck again. The two both fell to the ground, gasping for breath. King fell to the ground, and murmured something. Kasei didn't listen, and was rather uprised he could still talk. He was ready to kill him. As he raised his dagger, King cried out, "Please, Kasei, let me live. If you kill me, you will not earn what you fought the Sheikah, met Kyle, and the clown for... Let me speak..."

OOC: Reply now for his next words.

kasei hears the kings words... then lowers his dagger. I will not kill you, though I want to...
