"Lucky that he can do that, or we would be dead," said Valentine.

"Yeah, but he needs lots of absorbed mass to do it."

"You you rather be dead?" asked Valentine.

Worru looked up, and smiled. "Sometimes I do."

"Mortals," said Valentine with a shake of his head. "They don't realize how valuable life is until it is gone. I have had several times when I died, but of course, since our technology is so advanced, there are easier ways to read people from the dead."

Worru shot a glance at Valentine, one filled with anger. "Do not think I am like other mortals, infidel." he says, not with his voice, but with three.

"Infidle," said Valentine laughing. "That's a good one, I haven't heard or used that one in a while. You obveiously don't know who I am. You have no clue what I have done."

The three voices were still speaking. "Do not believe that we don't know."

"Nice trick, by the way, do you know ere the elders are?"

Worru stared at Valentine blankly, shook his head, and replied "Out the backdoor. What trick?"

As soon as Worru had said that they went out the back door, Valentine slashed at Worru with his dagger and prepared a gun. This man was not Valentine, although Worru probably didn't notice. "Master, they escaped out the back," said the Valentine imposter.

Worru smiled. "Ryk didn't come back to me..." Ryk was slowly forming behind Worru, though it was merely for dramatic effect.

"So what if you do kill me," said the agent, we still will get the elders, and we have Valentine.
