Sovelis put his glass down and lifted the choped veggies with his mind, then they flew into the pot of boiling meat water.

Sovelis set his glass on the counter and opened a small cabinet. " Lets see... Some oregano, some salt, Oh! I forgot I had this!" he said as he mixed some spices and sessonings to the gumbo.
