Not one to be outdone by a "crazy" seer, a grizzled prophet steps onto higher ground and bellows out to the crowd. It's mostly nonsense, but the message is clear.

"A boy, a pair of bards, and four black-cloaked beings face overwhelming odds against a host of fierce watchmen! The tower of said battle is located in Hyrule Field's lovely South Greens! F42, if you will. Now with 40% more Sabertache, Tantari Mercenary Extraordinaire!

For those of you participating, you'd best continue to participate! For those of you who are not, you are encouraged to take on the role of spectators!

Thank-you, and good-night!"

He disappears in a cloud of smoke and is never heard from again, although later some will claim that he was seen in a tavern in Byrna.

OOC: Rescue and Revenge is [hopefully] continuing. Now get in there and slay some titans... please?

A General has another mission for the Crusade warriors!

OOC: Get your butts back to the Knight Outpost, all of you! It's time for the next chapter!

And you can be in this and the Fights at the same time, not a big deal.

RG Drew: Geez, Anna! You need to stop being so nice to the adventurers! If this keeps up, they'll end up being lazy and won't do any searching on their own! :P

"I see... I see... Somewhere, someone is training unbelievably hard. They have... determination. They are sweaty... Tired... And most of all, lonely... I see... Water! You should go there and... doooo something..."

"Members of the races of Hyrule and standing by to answer your questions."

OOC: Ugh, pathetically short. But the point is I'm setting up topics throughout HA2 to discuss my version of Hyrule. So far, Matilda Rushwolf is discussing Gerudos over in Parapa Village, while Karen Moulder is discussing Hylian religion over in the Temple Quarter. The Hylian Ralph Coryn will be appearing in the Town Square to discuss Hylians and the nation of Calatia. The Sheikah Kafei Malenkov will be appearing in Kakariko Village (Deku Woods [d1]) to discuss the Sheikahs. The Goron Serafina Estrada will appear a screen over in Goron City to discuss the Gorons. The Zora Charlene Moreau will be another screen over in Zora's Domain to discuss Zoras, both Freshwater and Ocean. The Rito Gathì Ròill will be in Peaktop to discuss Ritos. More may appear as needed.

I really hope you all participate by asking me questions (IC, of course) so I can create a more detailed world.

OOC: Remember, people, as long as you're advertising your stories, it's okay to double post. So don't get on my case about it.

IC:
A cleric and a ranger are in trouble in the Temple Quarter.

OOC: Just another straight fight, nothing special. It's first come, first serve, so after the first six people post there, it's closed to everyone else. ZV and shadowlink13 has already posted, so four more interested people should head over. Preferably now so I can get it moving along. I have nine temples coming up, and I'm not starting them until "Defending the Tobacco" and "Enter Adelaide" are finished.

And people, please. Temple Quarter, Town Square, Parapa Village, Deku Woods d1, d2, and d3, and Peaktop. Please go ask the NPCs in those areas questions; it's a writing/thought exercise for me, but I need you guys to help me with it.

"The sun sets to the south! The sun sets to the south!"

OOC: In f40, very important development in Darilan's story.

Dark purple clouds blocked out the sun's bright illumination on Hyrule. Thunder crackled and rain crashed liken a blacksmith's hammer on a hot blade and an anvil.

A horde of beast swapped through the deku woods closing on to the lone vagabond.... Kagari.

What happens now? A horde of beast are attacking. Well you help or stand back.

So did you make your decision?

If yes go to the deku woods. D3...

If no, then stay back and do what ever you have to do that is better then this, jerk...

I'm joking. Calm down.

"A group of adventurers need reinforcements in the Saria Lowlands!"

OOC: Seriously, guys, Manhandla hit us pretty hard and just decimated our forces. We have one KO'd and the rest of us are in or near critical condition. We really need help, so get on ZV's wagon to the Saria Lowlands and head west as far as you can go.

I see... I see... A brave young traveler... meeting with a mysterious woman... in a sandstorm... to the East...

OOC: Just a fun short little side-quest, since the main stories aren't moving.

The world fall silent. There is no warmth left in the glory of the parapets and towers of North Castle, and the lands and peaks of Hyrule. Silence falls on both sides. There is a hesitation. Constant war, for years, where the divine forces of good and evil fought and died in a bloody waste of bones and gore on the vast Hyrule fields. The South Greens could now be called the South Reds, for it was littered and wasted in fire and bodies. Both sides hesitate as they grow weary of battle. There is a deep breath. Both lie in the shadows to lick their wounds, and hide in the shadows. Water and fire, tears and violence. Love and honour spewed upon the altar of sacrifice, to be wasted for nothing. Power-hungry lords, laying waste for nothing.

Now there was only time to look around at the ruin. In Hyrule Fields, a young vassal of Hyrule, supposedly the secondary hero, reflects on what has happened, and remembers the scars that will not be forgotten... and of the new scars to come.

The event is once again operational! Have fun scouting the area, heroes ^_^. (don't say a word of complaint, please)
