Sovelis gets up and bow to Orca. "Thank you." he says.

"You're welcome," says Orca. "Return for more training anytime."

"I will. Mabye tomorow." he says as he exits the dojo.

Nogare enters the dojo, and bows to the man with the spear. "Ho-muinpuru-bumento, tatsujin Orca. Ore nou sha za supea, ken ore chousen otaku.

'Greetings, Master Orca. I know well the spear, and I challenge you.'

Nogare leans into a back stants, and points his weapon toward the elder.

OOC: OK, Brin, I actually know Martial Arts well. This will be a bit of an IC way of asking how much you know, alright?
And remember, no God-moding. I will be honest.

IC: "Meiki, nagara, ki bokutachi waga tameni za kassen, dakara itto non tame sono zetsumei. Dake ato Kumite."

'Remember, though, that we need our health for the battle, so it's not to the death. Just a spar.'

OOC: Yeah, I do pretty well too. I've almost got my green belt in Karate.

IC: Spear at the ready, Orca circles Nogare, staring into his eyes, waiting for him to make a move.

OOC: Same! I grade in early November. How about you? Last saterday, there was a tournament. I got first place for Kata, Kumite, and team Kata, for junoir level.

IC: Now speaking in Common, Nogare says, "No use in talking, eh? Fine." With a smirk, he made an attack, which waved through the air with great speed, going to his neck.

OOC: Answer this question in character in order to block this attack: What level is Nogare attacking?

OOC: Well, there was grading on Monday, but I wasn't quite ready. I think the next one is probably November or December. Hmm, I haven't competed in any tournaments yet, but I might someday. What style of Karate is yours?

IC: As Nogare thrusts toward Orca's neck, Orca bats away the spear with his bare hand, and thrusts the butt end of his spear toward Nogare's side.

OOC: a) Jodan

OOC: Japanese.

Bingo! We have a winner!

IC: Belegcam was sent upward, but was still in the grip of Nogare. He sent the spear down when he parried it with Belegcam, the staff held like this -> -- (Not I ). After doing his with great speed and strength, Nogare grabbed Orca and prepared to preform a combo.

OOC: OK, thsi combo is ffrom Soul Calibur 2, when you press Y and R at the same time on GC .

Q: What is the round-house kick called?
a) Wokigari-kiage (exuse spelling. Just sound it out.)

OOC: All Karate is Japanese, what are you talking about? Also, just asking, where did you grab Orca? As to your question, its mawashigeri. And GERI not GARI.

Leth entered the Dojo, watching the battle from the front wall.

OOC: Dopplegangers are way cool! I've read some naruto stuff.

Sovelis enters the dojo again, and sits next to Leth, watching Nogare fight Orca.
" Hello Leth." He says.

OoC: Yes, Dopplegangers are cool, and usefull.

OOC: Nogare hasn't been replying so someone else can train with Orca if they want...

Sovelis jumps up. "Hello Master Orca. Ready to spar agian?" he asks as he holds his staff in his right hand.

"I'd love to see how you've improved!" says Orca. Taking out his trusty spear, he gets into a fighting pose. "Let's see if you can do better than a Swordsman! En guarde!" Orca does a midair somersault over Sovelis and slashes from behind.

Leth watches couriously, learning alot of cool moves from the fight.
