Saber mulled things over a bit more, calling upon every last bit of his cleverness to make his plan. It has to be believable...that means utilizing everything we do know about them and trying to avoid anything we don't know...

He stayed quiet for about ten more seconds, his eyes close and his fingers on his left hand tapping the hilt of his saber. Then he looked up quickly, a smug light shining in his eyes. "Okay. Rose, we know that they were sent to assassinate Pyre, and that there could possibly be more on the way...So we should play off that. you should go in and say that you almost got him, but he noticed you and barely escaped. You pursued him to a building, where he locked himself up with a few friends. You guys tried to break in and get him, but they were well defended, and one of you died. So then, while one of you remained to keep watch, you came back to get reinforcement."

He nodded firmly. He wasn't sure if the plan was going to work, but it sounded good coming out of his mouth...that was a good sign at least. "Try and say that they are up against a fairly large force. They probably know we are small, but don't know it's as small as four. So double or triple that number so they will send as many as possible out of the warehouse." Suddenly his eyes snapped open wide--he had just thought of a way to follow it up. This was a great day for him...

"We'll set up a trap, and they will follow you to it. When you get there, pull the trap on them. That should be a good chunk of their men we won't have to fight. Meanwhile, we'll begin the assault, and you can come back to assist once you finish with them. Try and change back as soon as possible without revealing yourself, so you can have enough energy to change into a fighting form by the time you get back to the warehouse."

~"That sounds good. I think we're as ready as we're going to get from just sitting around." Pyre looked to Rose. "Read to get started?" The hylian rose to his feet, and whipped his hat off his chair (at least I think I put it on the chair...) and put it back on his head. Then he grabbed his cloak off his chair, and put it on his back.

Thats when he noticed a flash in the corner of his vision. He whipped around to look that way, but didn't see anything. Well, he did see something, but it was the absence of the woman that had been sitting there. Pyre shook his head, and turned back towards the door. It was nothing, maybe the woman had left when he they were planning. Caution was good but not paranonia.

He hoped the door to the tavern, looking back at his companions before stepping out into the fresh air. It was going to be an interesting night.~

Rose and Hyneria listened to Saber's plan. "I think I can go with that," Rose commented.

"But what kind of trap?" Hyneria asked. "Pyre?" She glanced over at him, but he had already gone. She shook her head. "Boy's going to get himself killed. Saber, you go ahead and catch up to him. I'll be along in a little while. I'm going to help Rose with the trap."

"How about that knight that was here earlier?" Rose asked as the thief looked back at her. "He and his troops could go to an abandoned building or something, and I could lead the grunts to them."

The Sheikah nodded her head. "Seth would be glad to help. He'll also be glad for another favor he can ask of me. I owe that guy so much, I might as well move in and be his maid while he and Natasha are away. Speaking of her, I'll see if she wants to come along and supply her clerical services."

"Natasha? Is that his wife?"

Hyneria laughed. "Aestas couldn't get a girlfriend if his life depended it. Nah, when Seth first joined the Hylian Knights, he was stationed down in North Castle. First week on the job, he saved Natasha from a thug. The faerie's been living with him ever since as a sort of personal healer in return for him saving her life. I think she has a crush on him, but she's too shy to say anything, which is somewhat odd, considering the clerics in the Temple of Nayru told me she would almost never shut up while she worked there.

"But we should get going. The Council of Masks won't be turning themselves in any time soon."

The two women got up and left the tavern to visit one Sir Seth Aestas of the Hylian Knights.

OOC: Okay, Pabru was hinting that I start the next topic for Rogue Renezvous, and I will...probably sometime tomorrow. Horrible? Maybe, but there are other things I would like to do/have to do. Things like chores around the house (though I think I completed all of mine for the day), eat dinner, and work out the leveling system for the tactical RPG I started to create last night. I also want to get onto GameFAQs and see if they have anything about how damage was calculated on Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and/or Fire Emblem.

Saber, feel free to post your character leaving if you want to. I definitely won't be replying to this topic again.

Saber nodded. "After Pyre then, right...I'll be on my way shortly..." He mumbled. Something...just didn't feel right...his senses gave him a sense of dark foreboding...like this plan wasn't going to work after all...but they did have the knights on their side now, that would help greatly. I need to stop worrying...although... He glanced at the now empty seat that the mysterious woman had been in.

"Hyneria, you don't suppose..." He looked up suddenly, ready to question here before he realized they had already left. He sighed and picked up his saber, strapping the sheath to his belt loosely and brushing his hair from his eyes again. "Well then...time to start the mission..." He turned and ran out the door and into the dark, searching for his new ally so they could begin their strike.
