"Easy, easy...Trust me, murdering him in the Courtyard is a bad idea." Sabertache, the mercenary, said as he approached the group. He knew who Simon and Kasei were, and only barely recognized Hiro from the tournament, but the other man was a mystery to him. He decided a bit of humor would be the best way to break the ice with this new man. "If you want, I can show you where his house is, and you can shoot him down while he's alone." He cracked with an overdone grin--He was never good with social skills.

"Anyways, the nice man on the other end of the fireball is Kasei," He began, nodding towards the Rebel Flame and turning to Simon. "And that would be Simon. He's one of Orpheous' companions, you know, the inkweaver from the tournament?" He ended hopefully, pleading that Hiro would recognize him. "Anyways, I'm Sabertache. Who would you be?" He said with a friendly wave towards the stranger, then brushed his hair aside and maintained his aloof stance.

Kasei sighed, and turned to the fireball in Hiro's hand. "My dear freind, if I were a threat, wouldn'tve I done something to prove it by now? No, I am the exact opposite. Besides, to attack me with fire is to try and kill a tree with leaves, its hardly doable." He said, and to prove his point, he stuck his hand into Hiro's flame and withdrew it, it was covered in fire, and was extinguished as the rebel flame clenched his fist.

Cloud whirled about to see Kasei and Hiro on the verge of a fight. he pulled out his staff, and had it between them in an instant.

"This is not the time nor place for this. I would prefer you two not fight at all, but if you must, please take it outside the city walls. Otherwise, I will have to step in."

Cloud, forcing the most serious look he could muster on to his face, held his staff in place where it was, as he continued to talk.

"If you two will be ok, we should go to the cuckoo tavern, if that's ok with everyone."

Cloud turned to Sabertache. He smiled warmly.

"It's nice to meet you Sabertache. I am Cloud. It's always nice to see a new face around here."

Cloud withdrew his staff, and set it back about his back. He turned around and said to everyone there, Kasei, Sovelis, Sabertache, Hiro, and Simon.

"I invite you all to the Cuckoo Tavern, my treat. Though, kasei and Hiro woll sit at the opposite ends of the table."

Cloud chuckled, cand motioned for everyone to follow him as he walked to the Tavern.

OOC: Ill make a topic there in a second, you all can continue talking here, and meander over there whenever you feel like it. Anyone else who would like to come, feel free.

Kasei was instantly brighter, and Aria was already following Cloud, though she seemed ready to mutilate him in a dark alley. "Well, if its on you, then I woun't be shy about how big my mug is, eh?" Kasei said joyfully. "Well then, lets all get drunk as Sovelis!" Kasei finished, clapping his hands together and marching after his freind.

Hmm... My Fire Shard allows my manipulation of fire, but what gives him this ability?

Hiro let the flame be taken, although he knew that there was no way Kasei could withstand everything he was capable of. Hardly Doable, he thought. Kasei must not have known much about Hiro. After all, this man may have some elemental prowess, but he was no match for a King with the might of a dragon. Hiro dropped his hand back down to his side.

"Alright, Kasei, I'm Hiro Infinite, K-" Hiro stopped himself before he said anything else. He was still wary of everyone here. It's better they didn't know of his position. As Cloud spoke of the Tavern, Hiro was instantly brighter in his mood.

Hiro looked at Sabertache. "I think I've seen you two, but we haven't really met. I guess it'll be a good idea to get that drink now... Learn about who we all are, I suppose?" Hiro turned to follow the others.
