IC:Dmetri had been assisting the defenders of Hyrule(?)through combat.Dmetri observed the battle closely as catepults were fired and people, civillians who didn't wield weapons before, but knew what the moral thing was,and expirenced warriors did their job of protecting Hyrule.

OoC:Please stop playing that joke on me when you say I god-modded.Seriousley,you're being inmature.Sovelis god-mods too.He puts in Edward Cerlic and made Link speak.Only Shig can make Link speak.

OOC:...You don't even know what the hell's going on, do you Deku? They aren't inside the walls...Not to mention that's horrible Godmoding...

IC: Sweat plastered Burlo's face as he felt the vibrations of the artillery assault reverberate through his body. I've got to give them more time, we need to weaken them before they make this a melee! We don't stand a chance at hand-to-hand combat unless we thin their ranks! He stood and trudged closer to the walls, focusing his magical energy in the tip of his staff. When he reached the steps, he looked up the perilously long pathway with a sigh of despair--He'd never make it. Croushing, he threw his arms back, then launched upwards in a massive leap, magic (And a bit of gas) aiding his ascent. He touched down on the top of the wall and surveyed the area, a ball of magic prepared and waiting on the tip of his staff, pulsating. He gasped as he saw impending doom in the form of the Tempest's shadows--That would certainly do more damage than a catapult. Raising his staff, he forced as much extra energy through the wood's fibers to the already large magical storage, draining as much of his body's reserves as he could before swinging his weapon down with a mighty yell. As the massive ball of condensed energy rocketed towards the much more massive wall of shadows, his battlecry echoed above the sounds of battle--

"FER NAYRUUUUUUUUUUUUU!"

_____________________________

The shout got the attention of Junter, who had previously been watching the strange antics of a Deku inside the walls--He appeared to be mad, rolling all over the place as if he were fighting some invisible army single handed. He shook his head angrily--This was no place for children and their games. Still, the scrub wasn't his liason--its immenent death wasn't on the Goron's shoulders, and he had more important things to worry about--Such as the death of every soldier in the opposing army. He heard and felt salvo after salvo of the enemy's assault beating a tattoo into the walls, and wondered how long it would be before he would have to take up his mace. Above all, however, he wondered how many would be waiting on the other side of the hastily built stonework when it collapsed.

Masakazu paced around, his eyes scanning the wall meticulously. Trying to drown out the war cries, the explosions, the buzzing of arrows, he clamped his fists together, unsure of what to do. Sure, he was a mage - but not a mage designed for war. He whipped his over-grown hair behind his ears and rubbed his hands nervously, still pacing. Finally, he stopped moving, still as stone. Masakazu made a fist, as if he was grabbing a pebble in the air. But soon enough, the invisible air in his fist became solid black, wispy, fine smoke hissing from it. He hurled it at the barrier, the black ball of smoke sizzling through the air, growing bigger with distance - as if it was eating the substances it passed by.

---

Zeze swung her sword here and there, dying with anticipation. She wanted to do something, certainly. But unlike the mages or the archers, she was stuck with her sword. The bard jumped with every sound of an explosion, her very nerves feeling as if they were popping with nervous energy. She gritted her teeth, and threw down her sword. She yelled to the enemy beyond the defense wall,

"IF YER GONNA COME, THEN BE QUICK ABOUT IT!"

An usual sigh caught her eye - a deku bouncing about the wall. She barked,

"Hey you! Stop wasting your energy!"

Sakiko glared at this sad sight, but said nothing. She was still attempting to make use of her sword, her muscles feeling as though they were unwinding. Growling with frustration, she threw down her sword, and grasped her staff securely - which she was holding on her other hand. The warmth of the polished wood tickled Sakiko's icy hands, giving her confidence and strength once again. Leaning on the ever faithful staff, she gloomily reflected upon war, and the death that would follow when the wall would crumble.

OOC: Wow, so much happened....it's really nice.....my topics are popular! YAY! :D *Happy dance*...

IC: Cormoros smiled at Sovelis. His smiled turned into a grin as Sovelis gave out a great battle cry. As if following the tempests example, the whole army gave out a cry, and moved forward, closer to Rauru's gates.

----------

Taimat yelled out at the top of his lungs; "Fire down upon them!!!!" The archers and catapault-men obeyed, letting their projectiles rain death on their opponents. The Rifle of Valentine was unheard of, it quickly took out at least five enemies. Simon's blasts had similar effects. There were still many more, though, some of them were smashing at the iron-plated gates.

Taimat spotted Aureliano. "Hurry, you! Get to the main gate!" He ordered, also starting to move in said direction.

As Ryss' energy attacks soared towards the wall, something interfered; a bolt of lightning, courtesty of Denkou, the thief, who was standing in the most expensive clothes he could steal from Sovelis' house, launching lighting down to deflect magic attacks.

The monsters below started using their own bows, and were firing upwards at the archers. Man after man fell from the battlements, arrows in their heads or chests, they died quickly.

Denkou turned, just dodging an arrow, to see a huge mass of energy coming for the wall he was directly above. He summoned electricity, and shot it at the blast.

It was having very little effect. Other mages joined him, though, and their combined magic, aided with some arrows, shot towards it. Also to no avail. The destruction of the wall seemed immenent, until darkness suddenly shielded the wall, and absorbed the blast. Denkou looked down. "What the hell..?"

Taimat turned to Noval, just as a second wave of bombs collided with the walls. "Plenty. If you have a bow, join those on the wall. The same applies if you have any magic knowledge. If not, then I would feel honored if you would join the rest of us at the gate." The General said to the Golden Hylian.

Taimat turned, as a small Deku flew past, casting illusionary spells. "The boys gone mad....."

--------------------------

Cormoros smiled, a third assault of bombs hit the same area of the wall. This time, a signifigant Crack could be seen. The undead raised his hand. Even though he was at the near back of the army, he unleashed a bolt of black lightning, that shot at that particilar section, eating up Mazakasu's attack on the way, making itself stronger. An explosion later, and the topmost piece ot that part of the wall was ripped apart, archers flying everywhere. It wasn't good enough to bring down the wall, but it was a start.
----------------------

"The walls are crumbling!" A soldier yelled in panick, as a chunk of rock descended on the town. Taimat looked up at it, and raised his right hand, letting magic pour out. The stone dissolved into nothing.

A crash at the gates.

"They are trying to use a battering ram!"

by Worru
Worru hid behind a building, holding his oversized helmet on his head as he shivered with fright, hearing the fierce battle that was happening right behind him. Why the heck am I here!?, the Sheikah boy thought, his bandaged, and now gauntletted, hand not glowing, I'm horrible at fighting! I've never even fought anything stronger than a Bokoblin! I'm in over my head here!

--------------------------------------------------

Being stood up, his height being of help as he watched over the battle. This was something he was afraid of, now having to use his armored form after so many centuries of not doing so. His blue eyes glowed with sheer ferocity, as his armored mask came to protect his face, his lower legs shifting into sharp blades, further increasing his agility and grace, which he would need now.

His clawed hands, once simple in their grey and silver color, now surged with fire, his power of elemental randomization taking hold. The King leapt on top of one of the walls, and began his assault of fire blasts down on any monsters or enemy soldiers that he saw near the wall.

---------------------------------------------------

Smiley grinned, his signature smile showing just how happy the King was, being in his element, one of Chaos and War. One thing, however, he needed to know where the boy was, and Sovelis' position in relation to him. He looked around, noting where the Demon Tempest was, and then, closed his eyes, sending a small wave of energy from where he was, to find the boy.

Once he did, he took a moment for calculations, and then grinned once more. His blood-red eyes found the gate the others were trying to break down, and began to send volley after volley of his Impact Vision at it, as it was important the Tempest found the boy.

OOC: Sorry if I'm as lost as Deku is. Also, impact vision is a eyebeam power where just one blast is equal to the force of a jackhammer.

Vilk was ready to decend upon the town like a plague. A plague that would cause blood, death, and choas. Suddenly, one of his men reported to him that Thaix, Bou, and Simon were done there. Each in their own way, they would make his job much harder. He stood by the gate, waiting for it to be crushed by the battering ram.
----
Silna changed back into human form. She noticed Worru hiding, and decided that for him to give the war his all, he must be comforted. She walked over, and knelt down beside him, she had a caring big sister air about her. She put her arm around his shoulder, like a coach, and she spoke these words in a caring tone. "Worru, you're an excelent warrior. Don't doubt yourself. I know you'll live through this. I have faith in you, and your friends will be covering your back. If you fear death that much, it's not to late to take a secret passage out. However, I know your bigger than this. So, come on." She beamed a him with her large, flawless smile, and signaled him to join.

Meanwhile, the others on wall kept their position, even if it was crumbling. The ones by the gate tensed, save for Remos, Thaix, Michael(once again, my Michael), and Bou, for the gate would soon shatter.

Arrika froze as Sovelis leaned back to whisper to her, not daring to look into his eyes. Rhyss's loud swearing as his magic was deflected was enough of a reason to turn her face completely. The Sheikah looked up to see who possessed the extraordinary skill or luck to block his attack. She stopped, puzzled. Hadn't she seen that same outfit in Sovelis's closet before...? She didn't have time to ponder as Kobas cackled loudly and slapped Rhyss on the shoulder, who only seemed to grow more annoyed.

Rhyss conjured up another swirling mass of magic, this one compressing so much energy into a small sphere that the inside crackled like lightning and flashed every other second.

"Here, let me try," Kobas said eagerly, taking the mage's staff into his own weathered hands. He aimed for the middleish part of the wall, determined to take the whole thing down with that one strike. With a mighty swing the energy sphere sailed towards the wall and split into three separate orbs. One flew upwards, toward the top that was already crumbled, and most likely to hit any of the stragglers that had barely survived the first crumbling. The other two flew erratically as if they had minds of there own at first, until Rhyss raised one hand and made a sweeping movement, redirecting their paths to the middle of the wall.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa!"

Laido yelled in surprise as arrows started firing up towards him. He tried to dodge, crouching. He muttered grumpily, "I wanted to believe that we were the only ones who can use arrows." However, his courage renewed, his leaned against the wall once again, and shot his slim, sharp arrows, made by the finest hand in his childhood village.

Sakiko looked up worriedly, seeing as the archers were going down by the deadly shots from the enemy. She climbed the steps leading to the wall quickly, trying to dodge the arrows that whipped by her. The mage sifted through the dead corpses of the archers, and soon found Laido shooting fervently. Sakiko peeked over the wall, her face becoming chalky white. There was so many!

With no time to waste, Sakiko shot a hand towards the sky, her silver eyes turning onyx black. Her hair whipping behind her, she collected the energy around her, turning the raw substance into a massive ball of energy, mostly composed of wind. Silently, she threw her arm back, and threw it with as much force as she could conjure towards the enemy.

---

Masakazu looked up, squinting. He noted the mages and archers on the wall, and as the top part of it crumbled, he saw them falling to their death. His stomach lurched involuntarily, imagining Laido and Sakiko there, falling... he gripped his stomach forcefully, remembering his past promise to himself...

Death will not influence him.

No tears will be shed, no matter what happens.

The mage lowered his eyes, and conjured up a flaming ball of fire in his hands. Before throwing it towards the wall, the defenders of Rauru, he whispered, "sorry," only to lift his eyes to see if the wall would crumble before him.

Damn! Thought the Cleric, as his attempt to intercept the spell was in vain, in fact, it was almost as if it did nothing. (OOC: Kasei :? ) I mean, darn! The Goddesses can read my thoughts, after all. Sorry, Nayru! He saw archers all along the wall being shot down, and realized that he had left himself exposed. Diving backwards, he felt an arrow whistle overhead. Landing on his back and bouncing a bit, Burlo scrambled onto his hands and knees, reaching out and picking up his top hat, which now had the shaft of an arrow sticking out of one end and an arrowhead sticking out of the other. "Gurt." He mumbled, plucking the projectile out of the already tattered hat, leaving another hole in the headgear.

As he pulled the hat snugly back into place on his head, he heard cries behind him. He turned to see some of the men scrambling as a ball of energy--Kobas' attack--Rocketed towards the top of the wall. "BACK!" He shouted, eyes widening and adrenaline pumping as he used a Jump spell--Only this time to jump parallel to the ground instead of perpendicular to it. As he flew towards the archers, he formed a small barrier of magic around the top foot of his staff, and seized the weapon in both hands. He intercepted the ball of energy, swinging his staff around to try and bat it back--Or at least to make it explode on impact.

___________________

Junter began to tap his foot in anticipation. He was getting nervous. He had underestimated the power the enemy had at their disposal--That much was clear by the short work they were making of the wall. Still, what could he do about it? If he hid in the village, they would only have an easier job. Then when he was found, he would be far outnumbered. If he didn't fight at all, he wouldn't get payed, and Kensun would be mad. Very mad indeed...For the first time in a long time, the Goron began to consider the fact that he might very well die.

____________________

Buck retreated back through the ranks towards the rest of his group, dodging the hailstorm of projectiles that descended upon them with the slick maneuvers his training had literally beaten into him. "He denied the infiltration." He said excitedly to Lerick, glad that he wasn't going to have to risk his life inside the castle walls. "What should we do now?" Lerick was gazing up towards the walls, watching for any projectiles that may have been shot their way. "Well, for starters, you can take one step to your left. A large step at that." Buck stared at his superior quizzically before being shoved, an arrow piercing Lerick's arm as he saved his subordinate. Buck, Len, and Urn gaped in shock at the wound, and Lerick swiftly pulled it out, ignoring the blood and gore that came with the maneuver.

"I could've taken time and removed it cleaner...However, that arrow could have very well been poisoned, and the longer it was inside me, the more damage it would do. That's one lesson you would be wise to remember." He gave Buck a steely gaze, directing his next sentence at the single man instead of the group. "Another one to remember would be, 'Do everything a superior tells you to immediately'. I didn't have to save you there." Buck looked down from the cold glare, and Lerick drew his signature katana, raising it above his head and deflecting another arrow. "Now then, as you can see, we're under fire. I would suggest you draw your weapons and be alert at all times. I gave you your one chance, you're on your own from now on." As Lerick continued to watch the battle from his squad's position, Urn, the healer, quickly wrapped up the puncture in Lerick's left arm with a piece of cloth to stop the bleeding. Yassen, for whatever reason, decided to remain silent, probably sensing Lerick's intensity and trying not to set him off. The bald, scorched assassin instead occupied himself with throwing a dagger at an archer who had poked his head above the rampart, cursing as his weapon clattered against the wall.

OOC: Deku, do you even know what you're talking about? Sovelis doesn't use Edward Elric, his appearance is similar, but other than that, he's not Ed. As for Link speaking, it's not godmoding, and the party was non-canonical in the first place. A lot of characters who are already dead in HA2 were at that party. What you did was Godmoding--You controlled characters that weren't yours. You also powerplayed.

I fail to see how it makes me immature to point out you Godmode. You want to talk about immature? What about this whole 'I'm a Geomancer lolololololol' thing?

by Aureliano
Aureliano simply looked on at Sakiko fumbling with her sword, not saying anything for he promised not to be overbearing. The walls seemed to be holding up fine, until he heard a noise leading him to believe that the wall was now cracked. A surge of adrenaline rushed through him again, and he forgot all about Sakiko and her sword and focused on the baby on his back. Aureliano III was outfitted with special chainmail Aureliano got costume made at the armory. He did not want to bring the infant into the battlefield, but lack of sitters didn't contribute to his plans. Apart from the chainmail, Aureliano III was protected with several spells cast on him from several mages Aureliano visited before the battle.

The Hylian's thought process was disrupted be General Taimat's orders, to which he obediently replied, "Yes sir." He looked at Sakiko and frowned, walking toward her. He held her hand and said, "Be careful. If you need help just call out my name." He let go of her pale hand and then walked toward the main gates, knowing that the battle would begin soon. He let his instincts take over, heightning his senses.

"Maybe if I fight with enough vigor, I can be named a colonel, like my ancestor, Colonel Aureliano Buendia."

Sakiko felt her hand drop, as Aureliano let go of it. Seeing his figure retreating, cold fear struck her like thousand bricks. There was such a great possibility of death... and he had no less chance than the others. She ran to him, and - despite the General's presence - she wrapped her arms around him, murmuring,

"I'll be careful, I promise. But...don't get too focused on others, alright? Actually think about yourself for once."

The mage let go, and smiled at Aurel. She turned and ran back to the wall, in station with Laido. Zeze trudged towards Aureliano, and muttered,

"Don't worry, buddy, I'll take care of ya for Sakiko."

She winked at him, assuring that it was a mere joke. She clapped him on the back,

"And the same goes fer ya, k?"

Zapheta gazed at the gates, holding her sword tigther in her hands. She ran her finger down the cold blade, imagining the flesh that it'd slice, when the time would come...

OoC: Hey Saber, how bout we turn this into one of those Link and Ganondorf tennis matches, the fights where it keeps going back and forth and gains speed? Will change this post or do another, since I guess Kasei decides whether it just explodes or bounces back?

IC: Kobas swore under his breath as he saw that pudgy cleric man he'd met on New Year's eve come in contact with Rhyss's magic. His grip tightened around the staff just in case it would come soaring back at him. But if it just exploded in Burlo's face... A small smile crossed his lips. No matter what happened, he'd be ready.
------
Mirielle idly watched the chaos erupting around her. She almost yawned as another archer fell, one of the unlucky ones struck by the dark side's bombs. There was no point in healing him; he was dead before he hit the floor. A familiar crackling sound could be heard over the soldiers shouting at each other and the explosions- She raised an eye brow as she recognized one of Rhyss's spells flying through the air, only to be intercepted by a man in a top hat.

She crossed her arms and walked over to a portion of the wall that wasn't yet damaged, propping her head up with her right hand. She picked familiar faces in the crowd below- Arrika of course, right behind the Tempest; Kobas, a grim expression on his face as he glared at Burlo; and red-haired Rhyss and his dog. Both mages made eye contact, a devilish smile spreading across the witch's face. She waved, winking.

Back on the ground Rhyss glared and flipped her off, muttering angrily to Kobas. "Do me a favor and send another one straight for her face. Now's the perfect opportunity to get rid of her for good."

The battle was apparently getting more exiting, at least, it was in Cormoros' mind. There was deffinately a new hidarance: The creature known as Being was atop the walls, raining magic alongside that thief. They were striking down a few warriors. Of course, the archers and mages in the hoards below made up for this, as they shot down many of Hyrules archers.

At the same time, Smiley was unleashing a spell that could be seen used with Kairos' third eye; Impact Vision. It shot at the wall mercilesly, cracking holes in it that are no doubt weakening the structures.

-----

On the inside of the walls, Taimat noticed the disturbance assaulting the walls. He ran up to the target area, trying to get right behind the target area. The General put his hand against the wall, witch suddenly became steel, with rocks and other debri flying through the air to enforce the defence of a large part of the wall. This must be Taimat's power; earth control.

------

Cormoros Grimmaced. He knew that a great General was on Hyrule's side. He wouldn't have guessed the man had this power . . . this would be a hindrance, a great hindrance indeed . . .

He signaled the catapaults, and they resumed their assault. At the same time, Rhyss magical orbs flew at the walls.

----

Denkou saw this, as well as the battering ram below.

He smiled.

Why not take both threats out at once? The thief raised his hand, and chanted a silent spell. All at once, a large bolt of lightning rained down from the cloud-free sky, it absorbed the oncoming magic attack, and vaporized the ram below, as well as some of the moblins holding it.

Arrows flew up, now in greater numbers. Many beings in the ramparts were shot with the metal projectiles. Denkou was one of them, an arrow in his shoulder. He chrouched down, blood all over Sovelis' robes. At the same time, more arrows flew past the ramparts, and down upon not only Demitri, but Worru's foot, as well as some other soldiers. Worru would probably have to find Burlo to recover, Demitri was so small, that half of his chest was pierced, and he was pinned to the ground. (Quick! )

On the wall, an archer spotted Lerick, and fired. The arrow missed, and the same archer now fell from the ramparts, an arrow through his throat.

-----

Cormoros raised his hands. Another battering ram was brought further to the gate, and the battering continued. He smiled. The battle was going smoothly.

Ooc: With permission from authority do I conduct this action. Peace.

IC: Laido growled several curse words, tripping over the corposes of the fallen soldiers. As he was about to walk away from the wall for now, his foot caught on the back of Dmetri. He yelled,

"WHADAHECK!"

Scrutinizing the small body, and still seeing that Dmetri was alive, he shook his head. He knelt by the body, and murmured,

"Tsk, tsk, you've no hope, little one. You're going to die soon."

Sakiko crouched, and ran towards Laido. She yelled,

"Hey, what are you doing? Watch out!"

Laido pointed at Dmetri,

"I think it's best to end his life, the poor thing. Look, he's dying of agony."

Sakiko raised her eyebrows. She leaned over, and shook her head. She muttered, "You're right." The mage whispered,

"Don't worry, it'll be quick, alright? Bye, little one."

She raised her staff, and beat down upon the small body with as much force as she could muster. With no magic that could prove to be useful in this situation, this was the best method possible. Laido yelled,

"Is death approaching you yet?! Can you feel the darkness enshrouding your eyes?!"

OOC: Kudos, Kasei. The event is great. I'll get to the mines soon, so get ready to reply.

IC: Before Worru could respond to the tailed human, the arrow pierced his foot. She swore under her breath and attemped to pick the boy up to carry him to a nearby healer. To signal any healers in earshot, she yelled, "Medic!". She still continued to try to hoist him up should no one hear her plee. Simon had given up his wall position as he joined the swordsmen below. Valentine put his rifle on his back, and soon was also amongst the swordsmen, he had also a dagger and a hand gun. Remos was also following, muttering a quiet prayer for the hurt Deku.
