Simon and Kuro didn't have far to look, because the robed man appeared in front of them. "Looking for someone? I'd be glad to help," he said in a mocking voice. His hood was off and he had a wild expression on his face.

"What do you want with me?" Kuro asked. The man didn't answer, he merely looked at Simon, waiting to see what he would do.

Kuro didn't want to wait though. He drew his sword and charged the man. He brought his sword down with full force. It was easily swatted away, and Kuro skidded on the ground a good foot or two. Kuro stood up, and he also waited for an attack from Simon.

"Fool," muttered the talented apprentice to the robed man. There is no way you could possibly be ready for my skill. He reached into a pocket in his cloak and pulled out... a scroll. He opened it, found a passage, and muttered a few quick lines. Before him, materializing from the words he had spoken and read from the scroll, stood bipedal, human-like jackal, standing somewhere around seven feet tall. It dual wielded two large scimitars. As it made a frontal assault at the man, aiming both of the scimitars so they couldn't be deflected with one counter strike and that they would slash through the enemy horizontally if they hit.

Meanwhile, Simon teleported behind the robed man, and tried to assault his attack. Both Simon and the jackal warrior were attacking in such a way that if the man disappeared, or dodged the attack, they wouldn't hurt each other with their attacks.

OOC: Sorry if this is too much, but I am assuming that your robed guy is a total bada** and will be able to handle this easily.

The man watched the spell with curious eyes. "Interesting," he remarked. "That's all that is though," he said, throwing dust into the air that landed on his body. When the attacks hit, he disappeared in a puff of smoke, and reappeared behind the jackal. He rubbed purple dust on the jackal's back, that created sword cuts on his body. He then whirled around and punched Kuro in the face.

That punch to the face was followed by an arm grab, courtesy of Kasei D Gobi, member of the seven stars. "Why, what do we have here . . . ?" The shiekah asked, and started to crush the mans arm. "Simon, is Orpheous around? If so, please find him." Kasei asked of the inkweaving apprentice. "I'm afraid your level isn't enough." He finished, as a wall of flame appeared behind the robed man. "Nowhere to escape to." Kasei drew his sword, ready to fight.

The robed man was stunned at Kasei's courage. "Well, well. It seems I've hit the jackpot. Three people out to get me," the robed man said. "You seem to like fire." The man reached into his satchel, pulling out blue powder. He threw the powder at Kasei. Each grain turned into a drop of water three times the size of a rain drop. The grains covered a large area, indicating that it would be hard to dodge.

"Water?" Kasei said. "Well, that is usually the reaction people get to my attacks. Sorry, bro." He said as he took the attack head on. "But it doesn't effect me." He finished, unharmed. The shiekah braught up his sword, and aimed a swift blow to his enemies' head. The speed of the blade, combined with the fact that Kasei was still holding the robed man's arm, meant that this attack was pretty much unnavoidable.

The jackal-isc warrior was wounded, but still able to continue fighting. Under Kasei command, despite the fact Simon ranked higher up in status then Kasei in the PFH command system, Simon went to retrieve his master. He left the jackal behind, to assist Kasei if things got messy. He realized that despite the fact Kasei had no power over him, they might need Orpheous anyways.

As the sword moved straight for the man's head, he raised his hand into the air and grabbed the sword. The robe's sleeve slid down revealing something no one seemed to notice. He was wearing gauntlets. He let go of the sword and drew back his fist. He aimed a punch to Kasei's gut. He felt like he was in a good position. Since Kasei was holding one of the man's arms, Kasei couldn't freely use one of his arms without freeing the robed man's arm. He was also at a close range, so it wouldn't be easy to miss. He was also glad that Kuro was down.

Kasei smiled as his blade was blocked. "That's good. . . I knew you were better than a sword." He mumbled as a punch was aimed for his gut. The Rebel Flame mearly smiled. "Play with fire . . . and you'll be incinerated."

In half a second, Kasei closed his left eye, and then winked his right eye. Anyone else would easily recognize this attack. Unfortunately, the yellow-robed man did not, and his head was instantly caught in a blaze. Fire engulfed him as Kasei took the moment to step away.

"That's my personal curse. If you don't want to die, I suggest you give up."

"Give up? That's ridiculous," the man said hoarsely. He was barely able to speak because his vocal chords weren't completely burnt. "Let's have an explosive ending to this battle," he said. Everything around him turned pitch black, and began to expand slowly. He was creating an explosion! The expansion sped up very quickly.

"ELEMENTAL BURST! LIGHT!"

The explosion, along with the robed, man were gone as the burst hit. Kuro regained his senses and saw the man behind the spell. It was his brother, Hiruma. "Hiruma? Is it really you?"

The man looked at Kuro. "Of course it's me. Who else?" he asked Kuro. Then he turned to Kasei. "Who're you?"

Kasei smirked as he saw his opponent give way and actually made an attack. For a few seconds, Kasei stood there, listening. This was due to his temporary blindness. This did not last long, however, and Kasei could see again as his name was requested. His reply: "Me? Oh, I thaught you would know me, seeing how confident you are. My name is Kasei D Gobi. You would do well to remember that, for it is the name of absolute law."

Simon had returned, only to have missed the end of the fight. Orpheous was behind him, and the two ran up to the ex-fight scene. Seeing the empty scene, Orpheous was able to realize a battle had taken place, but he wanted to mess with Simon's head. "Hey, next time you call me half-way across town to a battle sight, make sure it isn't all in your head. Just playing," he stated, seeing the frustrated Simon's face.

Simon asked the group that had stayed for the fight, Kuro and Kasei, "What happened after I left?" Realizing the newcomer, he stated, "I am Simon, apprentice of Orpheous the inkweaver," he pointed to Orpheous. Orpheous gave an awkward wave. Sensing the residue of a strong spell mostly radiating of the newcomer, he stated, "I am guessing your spell scared the guy off." Then, addressing the whole group again, "But what else happened?"

"Kasei? It seems like I've overheard that name somewhere," he said to himself. "Well, I'm Hiruma, Kuro's brother, we're actually triplets, but we don't look much like each other." There was a long pause as Hiruma looked at where the robed man was. "What was his fighting style?"

"He mainly use powder to attack," Kuro replied. Then regarding Simon, he bluntly said: "He blew up."

"Powder? This may not be over," Hiruma said. "I fought someone like him once. After the explosion, there's a second form." Then Hiruma spotted the newcomers. "I'm Hiruma. Actually, you may not have missed everything. I was just explaining that there was a second form."

Hiruma was right. It wasn't over. At the same spot the robed man self-destructed, A sword appeared. After the sword, the rest of the body appeared. Instead of a robe, He wore a yellow shirt and yellow pants. He looked at Hiruma and charged him. He jumped into the air and brought his sword down at full force. Hiruma, acting quickly, drew is sword and slashed his foe's blade, sending the new opponent backward.

This time, he charged straight towards Kasei ready for vengeance. He raised his sword, which became charged with electrical energy, and brought it down vertically on Kasei.

Out of nowhere a kid jumped and hit the sword away with a red staff with a flame on it. He was a sheikan. He attacked again, the boy fell backwards with his black hair swaying in the wind.

OOC: Just a little note (I'm not part of the topic, but I'm a mod so I have a slight responsibility in this area) that was what we call godmoding. See, you can't control the other people's characters. You can say you hit the sword aside, but as for saying Kuro's character fell backward and panicked, no dice. In fact, we have a series of articles in the New Members forum called the Newcomer Articles, those are well written and should explain a lot about roleplaying etiquette.

Also, I haven't RPed with you yet, Kuro, but you're doing amazing. Glad to have you around.
