Ah, sympathy. It's a staple of humanity, don't you know!

Victor saw the moblin, heard it's sad story; he felt obliged to help. His generous nature took over, and he reached into his satchel. Taking out a single yellow rupee, he said:


"Here, Moblin. Ten rupees for your cause. I hope it helps!"

Darilan felt himself reaching for his own sachel, but he stopped. Something taught him not to trust this Moblin. Could it be his prejudice against the lower beings? It's possible.

"Where is your family now?" he asked, and found the Moblin already answered the question. They were in the swamp. Why would he collect money for them if he couldn't get it to them? He adds to his question, "If they are not here, on this side of the roadblocks, how could you possibly get that money to them?"
