Skaar stood to face kasei, giving a polite bow. "From the distance it appears to be an island, my apologies. And perhaps the Gods do exist, but I have never seen a holy being for myself, nor have I ever been influenced by there actions. But if I am to be punished, then punish me quickly so that we may get it behind us."

OOC: you mentioned it in an OOC earlier in the topic. but thanks for the reminder. I had forgotten. Also, I'm going to change my arrival to before the spider so I can join that topic when I am powerful enough to help.

Edward glanced to Kasei."You must not say such a cruel things my blue haired companion, let the good sir have his own believes... it is those differences that what makes us human." The mage said, he glanced around the pub for just a moment before he spoke again.
"Well..ahum.. you wanted to know who I was looking for, it is only one person and small figure he is. His name is Azador greenfield, a fellow mage-apprentice under my master's guidance. But he left the castle some time ago and went to Hyrule to 'get is vengeance'... Master however does not like the idea and send me to retrieve the him, and of course I’m worried as well, as Azador is a good friend of mine." He explained.
He sighed after he finished speaking, looking at his shivery reflection in the red wine.
After a moment he stood up facing skaar,
“I believe I have yet to introduce my good self. Open your ears and you will hear my most beautiful name, Edward Ricardius that is what I’m called. The wizard of passion and fury and Number 1# apprentice of the great magician Miguel.” He introduced himself, having a change of character again. “Now tell me who have the honor of meeting here in this publichouse?”He asked, as he stretched his hands for a formal handshake.

"Wise words coming from one who seemed so insufferable at first. You've always been too quick to judge," Skaar thought to himself.
Standing up he shook Edward's hand briefly. Then he, replying to the man's question, said "I am General Skaar of the 431st Elite Core Division. You continent has only been recently discovered by my homeland. We were sent by the Secretary of Uncharted Lands to investigate and search for other intelligent civilizations."
Skaar returned to his seat. Then continued "everything was going according to plan until we we crossed paths with a storm not to far off the northern shore. It was so eerily powerful that the day turned to night and our ship was hurled into the air by the massive waves. The storm had no mercy and hurled the ship against the rocks and then all went black." Skaar paused for a moment, remembering the event. "I was traveling with the rest of my squad and another squad. There were 10 of us in total. I need to find them," he finally finished.

Simon stood back and simply listened to the converstation, absorbing the facts. He decided to remain silent. He didn't have much insight to offer, or at least, not yet. He went through the situation in his head.

This man claimed to be from a faraway country, just doing a routine search on this "uncharted island." He had been separated from his troops during a tragic ship-wreck caused by an off shore storm. And now he needed to make a signal fire to re-gather them. However, it needed a certain kind of kindle for it to burn a particular way. Then he thought of something.

"I will help as much as I can. However, how do you know that they are all within range that they would see the smoke in the sky? This continant is fairly large, and, as you claim, uncharted by your people. For all you know, they could be lost in the desert of the Deku Woods."

OOC: I love the mercinary days, Kasei was much ruder then XD.

IC: Kasei rolled his eyes as Edward chastised him. "Good thing i'm not human, then, huh?" He mummbled. Then he listened to Skaar's story. Nodding his head, the mercinary smiled. "So, they were caught in a storm, eh? If they're lost in Hyrule, they're probably Moblin Bait right now. He he he . . . " He laughed.

"Naw, seriously, I agree with Simon. Those guys could be just about anywhere. The only two places with a connection to the sea, however, are the deserts, Tantari and Parapa. Those places are big, you know, it'll take quite some time to search those places thouroghly." He said, bringing out a map. "Look here, those deserts combined take up almost a fourth of Hyrule. They're massive. Unless your team is well-prepared for the extreme night and day conditions of the deserts, they won't last long."

Skaar turned to look at kasei with a hard stare. "My men are ready for anything. As for being moblin bait I highly doubt it. If anything they are picking the meat off moblin's bones as we speak."

He paused and looked at the map. "well, we were dashed against some rocks not far off-shore. So I think the most logical place to start would be to find the boat, or whats left of it, and go from there. However, I am afraid that in my weakened state I will have trouble in doing this alone. Also, I do not know the lay of the land. Would you kind men like to join me in my quest?"

Kasei smiled. "By 'join you in your quest', you mean 'fight for you', right? Well, that's nice, but i'm expensive. Besides, search missions aren't my thing. If you want some help like that, the Tantari Mercinary service can help." He explained, but quickly glanced at the door by chance, and spotted something that would curl anyone's insides.

A bill collector.

Kasei hastily turned to Skaar. "Guess what! You just got some service half-price! C'mon, let's go!" He said, trying to avoid being spotted by the collector, though his height made this difficult

"Mister Skaar this matter might just turn out to be a lovely adventure!.. Though I have to warn you that the beautiful desert flowers may turn green of envy if I noble young man like me would enter such a desolate and uncivilised place."
With drinking the last drop of his wine, Edward stood up excited like a little child.
"Well what are we all waiting for!? It is time I put some grace back to desert sands”

"Well, I do think that I could get some help to assist," stated Simon. "However, before I could go, I'd have to ask my mentor if he has any greater use for me. Most likely not, because of how slow things have been recently, but you never know when evil will rear its ugly head," Simon added with a grin. I'll have to check back in at HQ before we leave, but I suggest you stay here for a day, get acclimated to our culture just a bit. For all you know, some of your other men might be here. Now, how about making that signal fire?"

Looking around the room, Skaar studied Simon. "How long will it take you to speak with your master?" Then he turned to Kasei, "so you know how to make a signal fire correct? because we need to make one at the highest point on the island in the case that any of my squad are still alive. They were like my brothers and time is of the essence."

OOC:sorry for the delay guys, I got grounded.

Kasei paused a second on his way out the door, and looked back at Skaar. "Make a signal fire? In my case, I more or less am the signal fire." He said. "Orph, i'll be stopping by the HQ as well, if you don't mind, I believe you have some documents I want. As for you, Edward, I wonder if you know the location of my good freind Azador? Do tell him i'll be out of town for a while, will ya? Thanks, be back soon!" The Rebel Flame said, before darting out the door in a rush.

"Well .. that just... .. If I have been looking for my beloved Azador for months now, how does he expect me to tell him he's out of town.....!?" Edward asked himself.
"Well at any rate, my most beautiful sorcery can always be of good service, if there would be any opponent that would dare to threaten our fair group, he or she will have the honour of dying a most graceful death in the heat of my fire magic." Edward said in his ever so narsistic nature.
