Title: Wings of the Sages Chapter 4
Author: Me
Summary: Part 4 of the WotS project
Awakening
Windigus woke up on a smelly bed full of hay. "Where am I?" he said. He looked over to his side and saw Rego there.
"Hey, Windy, glad you're awake," Rego said.
"Where's Eruka?" Rego faltered.
"I... couldn't find her..."
Windigus began to weep. "Why? Where is she? Will I ever see her emerald eyes, her dark as night hair... We will find her! We must!" Windigus sat up, then tried to stand. A sharp pain in his side stopped him. "What the-" Windigus looked at his side. There was a long scar along his rib. "No... I'm... deformed..."
"It's okay, Windy. We'll find Eruka. And that'll heal soon." Windigus looked at Rego's gray eyes and knew he meant it.
"One more question."
"What?"
"Where are we?" Rego looked at the door. His silver hair waved as he shook his head.
"We're... in jail."

The Legend of Zelda, the Seeds of Darkness
Once upon an age, back when the Great Hero's great great gradfather was still a young lad, after defeating the evil sorrcerer, Vaati, he settled again in the Lost Woods, where is great great grandfather had lived. He lived in a house, made from the old tribe of the Kokiri, and stayed there for a few months. The Forest of Hyrule has always been peaceful. A place untouched by evil. But times have changed... and so had the forest... Three Seeds of Darkness waited to grow. The first, source of sadness. The second, bearer of Jeliousy, and the Third, Creator of Anger. They needed to be destroyed! So these words Link heard one day in that forest. He had no other choice but to destroy the seeds, to save the forest. he then went, with shield and sword in hand. He soon came upon Tingle, the queer. There, They spoke for a while, and Tingle said that his sword could not break such powerful seeds, so he gave Link a bomb, which followed Link at every step. So he headed out into the forest, and came ipon many an evil creature along the way; likely the planters of the seeds. He travelled on, finding his way through, and finally reached an area where there stood three Armos Knights. He battled hard, trying to defend the bomb, or else it would explode. after a long battle, he finally won, and then saw the three seeds of Darkness, and he placed the bomb there, and summoned the bird spirit with the Ocarina of Winds, and he flew away, seeing the seeds blow up in them distance... THE END
(ok, This is not an oficcial zelda game, but is still a game. it isd on www.gamebrew.com. search adventure, and then, on the list, should be the seeds of Darkness!)

The Legend of Zelda, C.O.W.A.
One day, when The Great Hero's great great grabndfather was stll alive, he defeated the evil Aganimn and saved Hyrule, who really turned to be the evil prince, Ganon. Four months had passed since that day... And Link was returning to see the Princess zelda. But some of the Guards were Still obsorbed by evil. they all began to charge at him. He heard the creams of Zelda from the tower, and knew that she needed him, or she would die. He suddenly felt anger run through him, and he drew his sword, and fought through the guards like there was no tomorrow. he even killed Cuccos that were in his path. he was very made. he killed at least 25 of them within two minutes, when they began to reteat. he then felt the power within him once again, and he smiled, teeth grounded, and he headed into the castle to save Zelda. Not many know this tale because it was late at night, and there were no witnesses, save for me. neither Zelda or Link brought it up again.
(once again, this is an unoffical Zelda game, but is still a game. I wrote the anishals of the game because I really dont want to say the real name, for its rather bad. But, if you are willing, go to www.addictinggames.com. it's rather suprising when you die, though...)

The world of magics
volume 1 elemental magic
the first magic form we are going to discus is the elemental one, there are four elements: FIRE,WATER,EARTHandWIND
all elements are parts of spirits we are going to discus later on,
every element has its own sub elements
fire: heat
water:ice
wind:thunder
earth:plant
there are more sub elements in this world, these are just some examples
all mages consentrate on their magicial spells but elemental power takes more, you must have a sharp mind, and and a strong soul.
here are some magicial spells:
fire ball
thunder clap
frost blade
wind cut
thorn
earthen spear
when you master some spells, you can merge them for even greater power, in theorie its possible to charge so much power to let an land sank into the seas, but thats just theorie ( so don't worry )
this was our first volume, hope you enjoyed it, we will be back in an month, so long

Behold the words that my father and his father have spoken...
for the world is divided by distance, but people are divided by hate...
In the following text I will describe the sacred spellbinding of my people... and the secret spells of my family...
Behold! shadowmeld, the first and foremost common of the shiekah arts, allows the user to become invisible.
flamesprite, a non- battle fire spell, perfect when trying to live in the woods!
,
and now, warp point, the spell of my family, allows you to go anywhere you've been in an instant! it leaves behind warp-point circles in the ground for anybody to use them, however, this spell uses a lot of magic, witch is why its the only reserve spell you should have...
an now- after these words the scroll has been torn.

OOC: The following is not a book, but rather what is happening in the library. This is the continue from my post on page 7 of ‘Quartermaster Hithos’.
IC: Nogare enters the large place, with his staff in hand. He looks through the shelves, seeking the book he once read as a child, and need most of all throughout his quest. “Warrior’s Guide to Success… No, that’s not it… Umm…. The Legend of Zelda Series, no… Killing and Evading cuccos for Dummies, no! I must be on the wrong shelf.” He went across the room, seeking Then he looked back at the main shelf at the entrance. There, on the 5th rack of the main shelf, was a monstrous, green book. Golden writing was on the cover, and the back. The words were on Common. “Yes… here we are… Rules Set…” Nogare opens the book. He eyes a bunch of the same book on beside where this one was. He opened the book. “Now, Hithos told me to train to get a Vassal-restricted attack with at least 1 TP…. No, which ones are there… I’ve already mastered Honorable Kill… aye… King’s Banner is powerful… I have 2 TPs remaining, and I don’t know King’s Banner yet, so… I’ll train to get L2 of King’s Banner. It gives me the ability to protect my comrades…” Nogare reads on for a few minutes, more and more about the move, and how to master it, and how to train for it… “Once per battle, a Vassal can unfurl the Royal Family’s Banner as an inspiration to their comrades. Entire party gains a buff to DEF for the next round that they perform. “Alright. I will go to the Temple Quarter and train. I just need to focus on the healing part. It can ease quite a bit of pain in battles to come. It’s more of the way I encourage them, I suppose… Like a War Call. I encourage them to be strong, letting them toughen themselves for the next blow. That really isn’t a challenge… in fact, I won’t have to train for that; I will just prepare for it in the future. I need to get to Hithos. This was easier than I thought it would be…” He smiles, and, with care, puts the book back, honor being one of Nogare’s greatest virtues. He then walked slowly to the door, thanking the Librarian for the candle she lent him. He when outside into the busy streets, covered with citizens of North Castle, but apparently not Adventurers, as he normally would expect, making his way east, towards the Castle Courtyard, where Hithos’ smithy is…

You find an old, dusty book entitled "Ancient Legends from a time of Chaos, Volume I" sits upon a shelf in the library. The author's name is unknown, for there is a large burn hole where the name should have been. There are many other burn holes in the other pages, and some pages have rips or spills. This book is obviously very old. Curious, you take it down from the shelf. It reads:
"It has been my job to record these ancient legends, should the knowledge gained from them be useful to this land's survival in the future. By the time you read this, I will be long dead, nothing but a pile of bones in a small corner. But these legends will live on. This story begins in a dark time, a time before there was any ruler, before this land of Hyrule was named. The many tribes were always fighting, and blood and bodies were scattered everywhere. There was no peace. There was no light. There was only chaos.
Thunder boomed, lightning crackled, and dark rain poured endlessly from the heavens. Volcanoes ceaselessly erupted, and huge beasts of terror rampaged the land. This chaos seemed to never end. I am surprised that I lived through it to tell the tale.
This chaos was all started by the evil spirit Gel'Nathgrak. Gel'Nathgrak went around to various tribes, visiting their chieftains in their dreams and inspiring them with plots of treachery to unleash on other tribes. Things were stolen, villages were burned to the ground. The evil and chaos never stopped flowing from Gel'Nathgrak.
When not entering the minds of the people, Gel'Nathgrak took on the physical form of a menacing dragon with blood-red scales. His monstrous reptilian wings spanned a length equal to the width of a lake, and the direct gaze of his eyes was know to paralyze or kill. The fearsome dragon flew all over the place, causing forest fires with his breath and earthquakes with his strength. Then tribes blamed the other tribes for starting these disasters and there was more war, more chaos.
But one day, a from this chaos a hero arose. This hero was Lraken, another giant dragon, with shiny scales as blue as the sea. He was just as powerful as Gel'Nathgrak, and was the only one who could combat the evil spirit's power. And so the two dragons ultimately fought and a maelstrom of fire breath, piercing claws, and razor-sharp fangs.
But the good spirit Lraken soon realized that like legends, neither the power of good nor evil could be destroyed. So instead, with all his magical power, he created a chamber in which to seal Gel'Nathgrak forever. The only side effect was that Gel'Nathgrak was thinking the same thing, and so the two dragons sealed each other's spirits within the darkest caverns of Hyrule. The land that would later be named Hyrule came into a great age of peace, and the tribes began to forgive each other.
Now, all the remains to show that Lraken and Gel'Nathgrak ever existed are a few clues:
1. A painted symbol carved into rock in the South Greens depicting a blue dragon coiled around the Triforce. This is thought to be the sealed entrance of the cave where Lraken rests.
2. A painted symbol carved into rock in the Tantari Desert depicting a red dragon coiled around the Triforce. This is thought to be the seald entrance of the cave where Lraken rests.
3. A red dragon scale and a blue dragon scale found at the location where the dragons of good and evil had their battle, that the two dragons must have lost during the fight. The whereabouts of these dragon scales was near the present-day location of North Castle.
Although it is not confirmed, I have heard rumors the by bringing the apropriate scale to the symbol of the same-colored seal, that the corresponding ancient dragon can be reawakened."
The book looks like it should have been longer, but the other pages are missing. Strange. Done your reading, you return the book to the shelf.

Brin looks up from his reading. "My name is Brin, and I am here studying ancient legends. You might want to check out this interesting book." Brin hands Azador an old book called "Ancient Legends from a time of Chaos, Volume I". Then Brin has another thought. "Have you seen any dragon scales in North Castle Town, sir?"
