A... feathered man?

Flashback: Arco, standing there, eyes narrowed, head half to the side. He's staring at something... crouch, spring! Arms moving forward wildly, he swipes at the flurry of white feathers. Lifting it up triumphantly, he holds it at face level and observes it.

For an hour. Then, wrapping up the cucco's body in his coat to constrain its movement and forming a convenient handle with the sleeves, Arco slings the bundle over his shoulder, following the trail of white feathers left by others who must have found stray cuccos and hopefully know where to take them.

"Is this one of your birds?" Arco says to the man, showing him the cucco's head sticking out of the collar of his coat.

OOC: MAN, how did you guys find yours so fast? What a feat!

The Bird Man's eyes light up at the sight of three more cuccos. Sweeping them up, he says:

To Raven: "Yes, it belongs to me, thanks. But I must object to 'domesticated'--it takes one to know one, buster!"

He then mumbles something along the lines of "What does "domesticated" mean anyway?" before turning...

To Alex: "Yes--and I tamed it fine, thanks--didn't your mother ever tell you never to pet a cucco's feathers the wrong way? Sheesh."

To Arco: "For the third time, of course it's my bird. And get it out of that ridiculous outfit, thanks!"

You wonder about his usage of the word "thanks." He must be in a weird mood.

Raven, Alex, and Arco have earned 1 TP each.

Alex again walks to the citywith a new cucco, this time the bird seems to be in a much more better mood...

" I got you another cucco, sir"

The Bird Man takes the Cucco into his arms and bows in your direction, as if to say 'Thank you.' Turning away, he quickly rushes to the cucco pen behind him and returns the bird to its home. "You have my thanks, good adventurer," he says to you as his cucco flies out of the pen and runs off again.

Azador has earned 1 TP.

Blank approached the odd man, raising an eyebrow. He had seen the cucco owner many times in passing, but only now decided to venture forward, and with good reason. Beside him strut a Cucco on a makeshift leash; it had served as the nomad's only company in his travels since the day he had found it. Yesterday, to be exact. He had even named it. Not a conventional name, like Fred, either. "Cojiro," he had called it, chuckling each time he thought of the name, although he was never sure why. It just sounded humorous to him.

The brown-eyed Hylian stopped in front of the feathered man, pointing to the tethered cucco at his side, which leaped swiftly away from him every so often, as if trying to escape. It must escape all the time, but not from me, thought Blank, grinning as he handed the leash to the bird's rightful owner. "I take it this is yours. I found it wandering around on my travel; figured I'd return it to you."

OOC: LOL! GOod thing you took the taken cuccos away from those other people who don't play, RG! It would have been a cvomplete waste of a TP!

IC: Nogare is holding onto the restless Cucco with as much control as possible. It was thrashing, pulling itself away from Nogare with all of it's strength, but the young Knight proved better. He gathered much attention as he went through Ruto Town. He then saw the Bird man with the other 4 Cuccos. He was greatful. "CUCUCUCOOOO!"

"Here you are, mister. i found the best as I was travelling through the forest... it was trapped under a bush, with sticks holding him in place. I helped him the best I could. It will need it's wing cared for. I don't know if he will survive. I hope he lives..."

OOC: Is this God-Moding?

" I found your Chicken sir," says Sovelis, "I was tempted to eat it, but I like chickens to much to eat them" he says, stroking he Cucco on its head " go back to you owner, little bird." he says as he hands the cucco back to the bird man

"You have my thanks, good adventurer," he says to you as his cuccos fly out of the pen and run off again.

Nogare and Sovelis have earned 1 TP.

"Here, I got you another cucco" the bird rests peacefully as if it wasn't fully aware of his sorroundings, then, with the same peace it arrived, it jumps to the floor and aproaches Cojiro

Garland handed the cucco to the man. The bird hung by it's feet, face down. It was then that the bird was dead. A snake slithered beside Garland. A large bit-mark was in the bird's neck. "I found it..." he said, his face grim.

The Bird Man takes the Cucco into his arms and bows in your direction, as if to say 'Thank you.' He places one hand over the bird's neck and casts Resurrection. Within seconds, the bird's chirps can be heard again. It has been brought back to life and has fully recovered.

Turning away, he quickly rushes to the cucco pen behind him and returns the bird to its home. "You have my thanks, good adventurer," he says to you as his cucco fly out of the pen and runs off again. "In the future, I suggest you learn to control your animals."

Lock has earned 1 TP.

OOC: Good one, RG. And I thought all the cuccos were already returned. Eh, must be because they keep on running off, huh? Now who else needs to learn to control their animals. Well, I'm not complaining if it means more TP for me. again.

IC:
Rose walks up to the man, holding the cucco gently in her hand while stroking its back. She had heard of this man's plight earlier, but have never come across a cucco until now. "I believe this cucco is yours, sir," she says, carefully handing the bird over.

OOC: Not too many people are treating the cuccos in a friendly matter. RG, the next time someone comes here with a cucco on a leash or in a fit of rage, have a swarm of cuccos attack them.
