"Yes, yes it is! North and South Hyrule...very well then, on to the next one."

The next tune was rousing, as though a call to some battle in a foreign land.

"A peaceful life, shattered without warning
It's time for action, no time for mourning
A flash of silver; Raise the alarm!
Brethren! All are called to arms!
Our payback shall be scorning."

"Who am I?"

"A broken plate," Arrika spoke up, although she did not really know the answer to that one. Who am I seemed to imply that it was a person, but there was no penalty for guessing, it seemed. "A peaceful life: Lying upon the mantle, gathering dust. Shattered without warning by a clumsy child. A flash of silver: The knives' and forks' revenge."

"Seriously, though... is it the adventurers who participate in the Crusades of the South?" she asked with a frown.

"I'm afraid not...clever, though." He strummed a few strings. "Any other guesses?"

Nogare stung with frustration, and looked down, and finally decided to sit down rather than tower over the poor Zora with this look of intimidation across his face.

Okay, let's see. A Hylian Knight would be too obvious, but I've seen that many times before, how they are before they enter battle... Then again we don't wear silver, do we?..."

It was embarrassing. A Sheikah, blessed with the talent to see the truth of all things, even riddles such as these, topped with being a telepathic Blade, together couldn't answer these simple riddles...

I suppose the odds are against me. I'm too dependent on my skills, and end up having nothing once both are blocked or unable to tap in for another reason...

"Who, not what..." He scratched his head, focusing, and freeing his mind... "Unless..." He looked up suspiciously at the riddler. "This is meant to be easier than we're to assume, isn't it... It IS a Hylian Knight. That is my choice."

OOC: Dang, when I don't depend on him to be totally tanked out and powerful, and wise and a telepath, Nogare kinda sucks XD.

Nyre thought about that riddle for a few seconds, looking down at the little Zora, looking at his markings, thinking about his words.

Flash of silver could mean anything from a weapon to something shiny.... she thought some more about it.

Brethren... means something along the lines of a family. The entire tribe of the Zora's are a family in itself....

Although Goron's have the same kind of thing going with them, they have a tribe that is pictured as a family, and they call themselves brothers... hmmmm....

Nyre looked into the little Zora's eyes and said, "I guess a Troupe of Gorons, getting ready for a battle that they may or may not win."

"I'm afraid both of those guesses are off the mark."

Leth, who had been watching from a small distance, stepped forward and spoke up.

"I'm no good at riddles, but I have two guesses. A sword, or perhaps a large bell? Like an alarm or watch tower bell." He looked perplexed by the puzzle, and hoped one of his guesses was right.

OoC: for real, these are really hard :?

Nogare sat down, and focused, rubbing his temples as he thought desperately. "If North and South Hyrule were the answers to the last ones, I'd say a legion of Hylian Knights is the answer. Am I wrong?
