Running top speed James finaly reaches the bace Panting manages to saySorry Im late I happen to come across a moblin from my past.He got away though.

"Looking away from Tayro, Nogare turns to James. "Welcome." He said simply, slightly annoyed. But he managed to make himself sound like he was joking around.

Now we only need Victor to hurry up. thought he.

kasei put more herbs on nogare, then lied down in the grass... wake me when everyone's here..... *snore*...

"Don't worry, I got late as well..."-he said, greeting James.
"Now everyone, I know we're still a member short, but I'd like to explain my base to you."
Tayro then searched the land around him, finding exactly what he desired near the tunnel entry: an earth pile. He then grabbed a wooden branch, lying on the floor, and started drawing a map of his base.
"Here... my base is something like this."-he announced, inciting the others to gather around it.

OOC: Yellow is floor, black is wall and the dotted lines mean that in that wall lies a door.

IC:

"The entrance there"-he noted, pointing to the moisty hole between the tree roots-"leads to an old waterway I found. At its end, lies a ladder to my base, to the lowest room on the map. Our target is the highest room on the map, which is where the gang leader lies. As soon as we're all here, we'll depart."[/i]

*Pant* Pant* Tayro, I came to help. I saw your note and came over. I hope i didn't miss anything.

Cloud was panting uncontrolably. He ran all the way from the ruto highlands. He had business there first.

I'm ready to kick some thief butt!

"Hehe... relax!"-Tayro advised, with a smile on his face-"You're free to join us, as the saying goes, the more, the merrier! The only thing you missed was the explanation of the base. Here, I'll show it to you."
Again, Tayro explianed the contents of his base to the new arrival.
"Well, I hope Victor doesn't take long... we must depart before nightfall, or else, we won't be able to prevail..."-the boy notified.

Unbeknownst to them, they were all under watch.
"So, the orphan's trying to claim back his lair..."-a voice whispered, not too far away from the group.
"Don't worry, my Lord... a kid like him can't defeat Pig-head... "-another voice replied, in shadows.
"Ahem... what have I told you about that comparation!?"
"Right, I forgot. Sorry, my Lord. "
"Well, I got important matters to solve right now, and I believe that you do as well."
"Yes... we'll leave this matter to Pig-head. "
Quietly, the two shadows vanished to nowhere.

OOC: We shall start this as soon as someone posts. However, anyone can join later if desired ^_^

kasei looked at cloud, worry in his eyes... well, tyro, he said, turning towards the leader, what next?

Suddenly, the sound of light footsteps could be heard coming from the woods, and a figure appeared from behind one of the nearby trunks. Having finally arrived at the location of the base, Victor smiled and waved at the others. He wasn't panting at all, since he had chosen to take his time arriving at the base, choosing to take a pleasant stroll through the forest. So, with an apologetic expression on his face, he asked,

"Waiting for me?"

"Yup."-Tayro replied, smiling-"You missed the explanation."
The boy then proceeded to explain yet again the contents of his mysterious base, occupied by a wicked band of thieves... or was it something more...?
Upon concluded the explanation, Tayro told everyone to gather.
"Now... seeing we're all here, we should start. Remember to be always alert."-he warned.
Stealthily, Tayro made a gesture indicating the others to follow him.
He crouched, and grabbed a ladder stuck in the moisty earth walls on the hole.
"And now...we descend."
Tayro started going down the ladder, step by step, until the once brown, mossy earth, with plants and roots around it, morphed into a bricked gray wall. The boy continued his descent, until his feet can feel the hard surface underneath them.
He glances around the passageway, as all seems normal, the old torched, the ladders placed exactly in the right location... except a few extra spiderwebs here and there.
"These guys surely don't know how to clean..."-he whispered.
He then patiently awaited everyone else to descend.
"This... is the old waterway. There's a preety waterfall up ahead, and I think this place should be mildly safe."-he told them.

Thanks, so, who do you think these guys are anyway? And kasei, dont look so worried, i wasn't fighting or anything. It's just a while from there to here.

Cloud smiled. He really hadn't seen any reason for Kasei to be worried.

Waterfall? Do we have to go in water? I despise getting my clothes wet.

Cloud really wanted to kick some theif butt. But if there was water involved, he wasn't so sure.

Following behind the others James starts thinking aloud; Hmmm. I wander where them moblins could be I found one.*sigh* Well I'll find and kill 'em all.

Tayro turned to Cloud.
"Oh, don't worry! You won't even touch the water. It's more for decorative purposes. Well... a few drops may come on you, but that's all. You'll see soon!"-he said, smiling-"And James, we're very close."

Tayro notified the others that they should stay together, in case we all get surrounded by enemies. He proceeded by examining the other ladders, seeing if they were still in good condition. Everything seemed fine to his eyes and touch, so he advanced a bit further in the tunnel, telling the others to follow.
"Come. It's perfectly safe."

Something didn't seem right though, as this strange screeching sound was echoing through the concrete walls of the tunnel.
I wonder what's that?

I cant wait! Not only will you get your base back, Tayro, but we get to kick some butt!

The way Cloud had said this you think he just hasn't had a fight in a while, but on closer inspection you notice a curious bloodlust in his eyes.

Hey, why are you guys staring at me?

"Oh, nothing, nothing!"-Tayro defended-"Well, let's get going shall we? We musn't arrive after nightfall, as the place is under heavier guard during the night."He notified, as he went down another ladder. One could already start to hear the echoes of water going descending into the depths - a vey relaxing and soothing sound. But in the midst of that sound another one could be distinctly heard - the screeches - who were getting stronger and stronger.



"Something's not right here..."-Tayro muttered, as he drew his staff, looking for anything out of the ordinary. (Insight Check)
"Get ready, everyone!"

Tayro looks around in the tunnel, but a few shadows is all he spots (7+3=10 - Insight Fails)
