Arco: For those abilities only having the talent is sufficient to use it. Spells require scrolls because there is a necessity for parity of costs with physical attacks.
Pende: Ammo Bags follow a unique rules that has not yet been fully outlined.
In essence, to use ammo and bombs you require the prerequisite bag to hold them. Then, at the beginning of every event or adventure you purchase arrows, bullets, bombs, etc. from the game master, who then keeps track of these for you throughout the course of the event. At the end of the event, any remaining items are sold back to the gm for equivalent cash. This way we alleviate the fact that it is hard to keep track of minor usable items, and still make them useful in the game.
(I'll add that rule to the Rules Set in the next update.)
Marin: I handle all subclass achievements for those of the Scholar base class. When you possess three talent points' worth of Cleric talents, return to me and I will initiate youa s a cleric.

"Apparently the shops around here do not think I am skilled enough with a sword to use one. How may I train myself to use a sword?

"another question, since i am a scholar, does that mean, i start with a level 1 ability to use a staff?"

Pende: You may indicate your current equipment in your profile if you wish. The only time it matters is at the beginning of an event, when the GM will ask you waht you are using to start.
Darilan: Only Grunts may use 1H swords. Scholars are limited to Quarterstaffs and other trainable weapons.

STARTING EQUIPMENT
Every class begins with the ability to initially use one type of weapon, which only their base class may use. Grunts start with proficiency in 1H Swords, Vagabonds with Daggers, and Scholars with Staffs.
"Does this mean i start out with lvl 1 training in staffs?"

You start with the ability to use Staffs, yes, but those are different than the... Canes, I believe... in the Rules Set.

"Well, so much for that. In that case I should master the art of the bow and arrow.
"Oh, and I have spent three TPs on scholarly things. 2 for Life and 1 for elemental burst. I am interested in becomeing a Cleric. I am assuming I will be able to join a temple and recieve a tome?

Darilan: Yes, but that rule is NYI (not yet in).
Very shortly until Version 1.4 is released.

OOC: Darilan, I was under the impression that you need to spend 3 TP on "Cleric-only" skills/spells?
Particularly Resurrection or Temple Services, for clerics (as opposed to just any Scholar spell/skill)? Can someone confirm this?

"Sage, it is to my knowledge that the Sheikah are weak to light. Does this mean they can be hurt by a spell like life?
Learn: LifeāHeal an ally for half their total HP

"By the way, I learned Spell and Life. Would that be sufficiant to become a mage?"

OOC: I was thinking that we needed to spend our TPs on things for our base class. Since I am not officially a Cleric, I can't buy Cleric restricted skills to my understanding.
