Before Veran can blink, Cloud is on top of her shel with a Light Arrow in his hand. He kept stabbing it into the top of the shell.
This wont work, Ick Kin! Remember how i tought you to throw a ball? Throw the turtle!
The giant walked over and picked Veran up in his hand.
Throw it at that big rock over there! And throw it hard!

Veran's laugh is heard through the shell as she hits the rock. "When I said nothing can get through my shell, I meant it," she says gleefully. She jumps up and tries to land on Cloud again.

OOC: Haven't played Oracle of Ages, have you? She has 65 HP right now. Drop her down another 15, and she takes on a different form. When she gets down to 25 HP, she changes her form one last time.

IC:
Cloud charged at Veran and jabbed his staff into her stomach.
No shell there, eh Veran?
Cloud jumped back and looked at how much damage he did.

Veran sticks her head out. "Fool! I'm a turtle. Of course I have a shell there." Quick! Attack before her head goes back in!

Cloud, seeing his chance, shot a light arrow at Veran's exposed head.

The arrow drives in. Instead of killing her. Veran again changes form, this time into a giant bee.
"Don't think I'll make a foolish mistake like that again," she sneers. Then she summons a swarm of bees to attack Cloud.
OOC: Navi can be annoying, but her heart's in the right place. Give her that. And boy, Veran keeps on getting uglier, huh?

Ick Kin melts into the ground and went back to Apocalpse. Then a giant bug came from the ground.
Rise, Sin Tam! Lord of Insects!
A huge mantis rose from the ground.
Use hornet!
The mantis rose its claws in the air and summoned a swarm of Hornets.

While the hornets take care of the bees, Veran swoops down on Cloud, aiming her stinger at his heart.

The stinger hits Cloud through the heart, and he starts blleding a lot. But the blood isn't red...it's black!
I guess...I cant disguise...my blood.
Cloud had his demon piercing eyes again, he stared at Veran, as if he could see everything. He saw strait through to her dark, twisted heart.

"What the hell is going on!" Veran exclaims. "Why is you blood black?!" She is too shocked to attack.

Cloud de-speared himself from Veran's stinger and his wound healed instantly. He fired a few Light Arrows at Veran, hoping to send her into her final form.
Veran...you shall see death soon!
Cloud jumped back and waited for his attack to hit.

The arrows pierce her thick body. Normally, they wouldn't bother her, but Cloud had used Light Arrows. She screamed in pain and fell to the ground. Then she transformed one last time.
"Try harming me like this," she says.

It is time...
Cloud kneeled over and started coughing up black blood. His body twisted and cracked in grotesque ways. The skin ripped along his back and Cloud's True Form rose from the mangled husk of Cloud's host body.
Your time has come!
