"I wanted to finish him off..." Kumori mumbled, and with a sigh he took his usual place on Luna's shoulder and they continued onward.

"Huh? Well what do you know, it worked. Hey wait for me!" Shadow yelled as he ran through the paasage.

~The passage went on straight for some distance. Kasei went first, and thus reached the end first. Thats when the wheels of intrigue were sent spinning into motion. While the mercenary was the only one at the end of the passage, he could see a sheikah looking down the hall at the other end. He raised his hand, and made a small gesture. It seemed accidental, but it was full of meaning for the right person.

That person had been given the signal. Now he would wait for 1 minute, and earn his money. When the party began to gather at the intersection, the sheikah looked up suddenly as if caught off gaurd. He immediately sprung forward, down another hallway and out of sight.

The chase had begun. The passage was straight, and now it was down to speed. Actually because of the sheikah's superior agility, it was probably down to tracking for the small party. There was still no sign of Pyre, who knew what happened to him.~

~Meanwhile, a blue fairy flew through hyrule field, heading towards the south greens and the temple. She had an important message to deliver to the party from the deku tree itself. Maybe she could shed some light on the mystery for them. Unfortunately, she had no idea where they were, and was going to have some trouble finding them.

The fairy stopped for a moment, and regained her breath. She had travelled a long way. At this very time, the natural laws of the forest were coming apart, and she had to hurry to complete her mission. A similar book to the one the sheikah stole in the temple had been stolen deep in the deku woods. It was now being sought after by two deku, Flit and Yukie, and every moment they were assailed by more forces desiring their death.

The fairy had a pretty good idea of where they were at the moment, and suspected that they were in the huge catacombs under the deku forest. A tunnel from there lead to the tantari desert, and she assumed that they would pop up there eventually. The fairy was coming to tell the party about the power of the stolen relic, and the importance of getting it back. If the stone lion was any indicator this was obviously so.

For now though, she hadn't even reached the adventures, and restarted her rush across the south greens.~

OOC: wait, do I do it now?

IC: kasei saw thee signal, and nodds, then chases after the shiekah, yelling;; " c'mon! we haven't got all day!" to the others. he wasn't going to let the man escape, he had a few questions frr him...

When Kasei rounded the second corner, the sheikah was nowhere in sight. It seems like they lost him again. They would have to find him some other way, and Kasei's questions would have to wait. The sheikah knew that the mercenary would have some questions, and they would be answered in due time, but for now it was time for buisness.

Through the catacombs the sound of shatering stone and falling rocks could be heard. Then, from the roof fell a goron, closely followed by a young dodongo pup. The goron crashed to the ground in a kneeling possition, as if in front of a king, but seemed unharmed. He then glanced up briefly before hastily diving forward to catch the pup in the palms of his large hands.
"Sorry about the rough enterance" appologised the goron as he shook dust and rubble from his hair. "The names Rahna and this is Ryn,i don't suppose we could join you as we have just gotten ourselves lost... again?"
Damn these catacombs, Rahna thought to himself.

Surprised by the goron's entrance, Shadow fell backwards on his butt. "Woah! Wasn't expecting that!" Shortly after, he stood back up and brushed himself off. "Well by all means if you want to join Rahna. By the way name's Shadow."

"well. since thres a new guy here, I guess I can't wait any more..." kasei says... then ,moves closer to the others. he creats a fireball in each hand, and launches them...

Rahna throws a shoulder down into a roll in an attempt to avoid the flames. He then drew his sword and, keeping the movement of the roll, brought the blade over his head in an ark towards the traitor.

~In Tantari desert Farn sat, eyes closed. He wanted to check on his little interprise in the south, and streched out with his existance. The sheikah had learned this spell, and more, from the spell library of the old leader of the sheikah. It had been all to easy to betray him and seal him away.

For now, he wouldn't dwell on his victory, but look ahead, and assure his enemies defeat. Soon an image of the corridor in the Temple of Stone came to life in his mind. He watched as Rahna fell from the ceiling, and frowned. More interference? I hope Kasei will wait no longer...

And he didn't. Two orbs of fire flew through the air, towards the rest of the party, and a smile crossed Farn's face. Just as he had planned. Even though the goron managed to dodge the attack, he had faith in Kasei's abilities. Soon the Tome of Earth would be his, and he could turn his attentions elsewhere.~

Kasei dodges the attack..." is that all you can do, goron?" he says, then unleshes an emperial flame, witch lick the gorons body, slowly eating away at his flesh...
he then turns his attention to shadow, who had remained imobnile, the mercinary runs at his apponent, and slashes at is head...

~While usually Kasei's flames would kill or severely injure the goron, instead of pain, Rahna felt nothing at all. Far away, a sheikah had shifted into the deep shadows of the corridor, using his racial abilities to remained perfectly hidden.

He had been watching the battle carefully, and assumed that Kasei was working for the sheikan assasins. He also had heard the rumors of Kasei's skill, and had placed a fire shield over the party. He didn't want to intervene just yet, but that could change the odds.

If things got worse, he could reveal himself, but didn't want Farn, the False Black Seer, to know that he still lived. So instead of unleashing his magical powers, he remained concealed in the darkness, and watched to see how Shadow would fair against his opponent.~

Lucky to have been saved, Shadow stamped his foot violently of the ground. "What in the name of the godess? Kasei you traitor! I'LL KILL YOU!" He then unsheathed his sword and charged at Kasei, jumped in the air and thrust his sword down.

Rahna motioned to Ryn to hide from dangers of the battle before turning back to kasei. "You will pay for your corruption, Rebel!?" shouted the goron before he let out a deep roar that brought a gust of wind and dust rushing around him, invoking him with the [Spirit of Dragonbane]. He then joined Shadow in the assault on the shiekah, charging towards kasei before thrusting his sword at the Rebel's chest.
