Blank approaches the Rito child and thrusts the feather into his snot-nosed face.

I've travelled a long way to find you, kid. I heard a while back that you wanted feathers, or something. Here's one. The Roc who it previously belonged to is down south by North Forest, close to Lon Lon Ranch.

Feather for one.

Nogare came to the child. "You may go to the South of Lon Lon Ranch. I brought you a feather, though, so you won't be lost on the ground. Here you go..." He take the feather that he took from the dying Roc, and sadly places it into the hands of the young Rito.

After collecting a multitude of feathers from all these kind folks, the young Rito fastens them all to his wirey wings. He stands far from the cliff's edge, twenty meters, at least. With a burst of speed, he runs down the slope towards the drop-off. Then he extends his wings and lets the air catch underneath. When he finally reached the end of the runway he jumped up into the air.

There is a moment when it appears as though he would plummet to the ground, but as he dives downward, an updraft catches him and sends him high above the cliff. He lacks the skills to turn around and hover in order to thank the people who have helped him, but instead he calls back over his shoulder. "Thank you! You have made my dreams come true!" With that, he flies away and out of sight.

Nogare smiled at the child as he flew away, but he thought back to the roc. It was almost dead before. The Rito boy was now out of sight. He thought back to the roc only briefly again, then thought differently, leaving the area.

Simon walked up to the boy and gave him a handful of feathers. He didn't give all of his feathers because they were a birthday present from his sister, who did shortly after. He had kept 4 for himself.

OOC: Uh, Orpheous, this topic is already over and done with.

OOC:Is it possible that I gave him the feathers, before he left?
