Once again, not enough to contact. Kasei thought, then brought up his hand in front of his stmach to meet the oncoming foot. (OOC: now heres where it gets interesting, i'll contol a minor move for a sec.) Michael's foot seemed to stop a second before hitting Kasei's hand, then went through the limb all together! A dull "crack" was heard, and Kasei looked down at his stomach, a look of shock and fear on his face, the sight that greeted him wasn't plesasent. Michael's foot had gone through Kasei's hand like a ghost, but it solidified when it came into contact with Kasei's stomach, and the sheer force behind the kick wasn't good, either. ItMIchael had kicked a hole through Kasei, causing him to lose a lot of blood. he kneeled over. "W-what the h-hell are y-you? urgh!" Kaasei choked, as he fell on top of the roof, unconcious from loss of blood. The guards and medics were on the scene in a matter of seconds. Kasei's wound was healed almost instantly, but he was still unconcious.

"That was pretty good, eh? to be able to go through Kasei's defenses, then kick a hole through him..." The one guard said.

"Well, at least he'ds all right..."

OOC: I already got a reason behind it...like Kasei said, Michael will be our ace in the hole...if you want to find out what happened, take a close look through my other posts.

Micheal's eyes widened. He knew he had power in his kicks, but this was just crazy! He has never expected to do that. I know I'm a regular human, so why did that happen? Gah! I'm going to get a head ache from this soon! Micheal bit his bottom lip.

IC: Orpheous saw the events occur, "Where are you taking him?" he asked.

The guards had just lifted Kasei's unconcious body from the ground. "We are taking him to the hospital in the temple quarter." He said, then began to carry Kasei's body to a stretcher. Once there, the guards and medics walked towards the temple quarter of town.

OOC: Okay, seeing as how noone's even found it yet, the reason the kick almost killed Kasei was the talisman he had given Michael earlier...it creats illusions on the enemy, and makes most attacks super powerfull, but it draws on the streangth of the user, so I wouldn't use it too much...

oh, Michael, when Kasei gets out of the hospital, i'd llike you to meet him in this topic as often as possible, for more training!

"Uh, do you think that he'll get better fast?" Micheal asked.

OoC: Don't worry, I'll keep checking up on this. I might even have Kayla remind me sometimes.

...A new day...

Kasei entered the usual training spot, fully recovered from the kick. He had his usual smile on his face, and this time he was armed with a bow and a quiver of arrows, in addition to his scimitar. When michael showed up, Kasei smiled, pleased that Michael had not become afraid of Kasei's anger. "Today, we will try to get you to catch all arrows I launch at you, without bleeding. I want you to use hand-eye courdination to catch them. When you are ready, we will begin." Kasei said, cocking an arrow.

"Hello," said Kit, who was walking up. Orpheous was long gone, and he had let Kasei keep the throne. "Who is this?" he asked, pointing at Michael. It appears that his legs were totally fine, as opposed to earlier. However, it didn't make any sense. Best case scenario, he would've gotten them amputated.

OOC: Don't forget about Sovelis's house.

"You want me to catch arrows, without bleeding?" Micheal questioned, cocking an eyebrow. "You do realize if you can make me do that, it will be a complete miracle? But try away, my friend." Micheal got into fighting position and smiled. He looked around eagerly for one of his friends, mostly for Kayla.

Sovelis walked up to the group. "Hello everyone! Catching arrows are you?" He said sarcatsticly. "Kasei, why are you training Micheal, and you didn't invite me? You van teach him your stuff, I'll do the magic." the last Tempest said a he sat on the ground under a tree. "I can catch an arrow without bleeding." Sovelis said, holding out his left hand. The morning sun shone on the newly polished metal. "I made a new hand. It is much more durible thn anything I've had before. And Its harder to ruin the finish on it. I buffed it with magic."

Micheal pointed at Sovelis and said, "I don't need to learn magic! I'm not the type to learn magic."

OoC: Can Grunts learn magic?

"heheheh, glad you came, Sovelis, maybe you could be of some use." Kasei said. He pointed the arrow at Michael. "Just try to catch this, I don't expect you to catch it the first time, but i'd like you to give it your best shot. Also, remember, the same principles apply for any other ranged item." Kasei said, launching the arrow. I don't know what this kid can really do, but thats why i'm training him.

OOC: we can learn a few, like fire. you can also creat your own that can't be used in stat battles...

Ok, I have to be a the right time. I have to reach for it. . . NOW! Micheal reached for the arrow, but instead it cut his finger. "YEOW!!! THAT HURT!!!" Micheal shouted.

Cathy rolled her eyes, "Micheal, it's just a little cut. It shouldn't hurt that bad."

"Shut up, Cathy! I don't need you to tell me anything about how I fight!" Micheal shouted.

"Okay, back on track. Lets try this again." Kasei said, cocking another arrow. The merconary aimed at Michael once more, and launched.
