Hyrule Adventures 2

"Alright. I've just recently learned how to use Life; once I get enough rupees to buy the scroll I can use it to help heal you, Malciore. And then I can use it on the field...but only once. I don't have that much SPL," Alpha says sheepishly.

Malciore stared at Grenada with anger in his eyes. "You...knew where...Umbra was the whole time!" Malciore picked up Grenada with one hand. "Why the hell didn't you tell me! If you would of just told me, then I'd be off kicking his ass!"

Grenada didn't particularly like being manhandled, but he was in no position to defend himself. He pushes away from Malciore's body before performing a twist to release the grip. Landing on the ground, he moves away quickly while giving Malciore an angry look.

"Don't ever do that again, GOT IT?"

He says with clenched teeth, before throwing out a couple curses in Deku.

"If you want my help, it's gonna to cost you 15 rupees. If not, I'm outta here."

"Break it up, you two!" Alpha yells as he steps in between them, arms raised to stop their squabble. "Malciore, you're in no position to be fighting right now. You couldn't kick Umbra's little finger in the shape you're in." Alpha sighs. "The fact is that I too saw Umbra meditating. A few people foolishly attacked, and I ended up fleeing. It's likely that he's no longer there." He lowers his arms, hoping that any and all frustrations are gone - but ready to go on the defensive if Malciore gets all obsessive again. "When you're healed we'll head back to that area. If he's still there we'll fight; if he's not we'll look for clues as to his whereabouts."

"Tumd Mohsaduho..." Malciore said in Noerian. "(sigh) Your right Alpha." Malciore sat back down on the bed. Malciore put his palm on his forehead. "I just want to see my brother's eyes again!" A tear ran down malciore's cheek, but he quickly wipped it away with the back of his hand.

"If we do fight him, we should get more help, I have heard my master Marin is in Hyrule, near North Castle as we speak! Malciore, once I have mastered heal, I can heal you to full strength, but I do not know how long that will be. Alright, I'm going to look for some help, and check if Umbra is still where I left him. See you soon!"
Denning leaves and gets on his horse, he quickly rides out of town.

"Master Marin...Hey Denning wait!" Malciore was too late, Denning had already rode off on his horse. "Man, I don't think it would be a good idea to get Marin in on this."

"Big news!"Leon shouted,sweating and panting as he broke into the room with an unconcious green lizard over his left shoulder--but the lizard is quite large.He says to Malciore,"We...we faced Umbra.He pissed Dart off,and he transforms into a giant dragon.Umbra got away,but he said that he'd be waiting for you in the North Forest.Bring some people with you,or else you're dead.".He said all this very fast,and rushed off,shouting,"Dart fell unconcious because the transformation took quite a toll on him.I'm gonna get him revived soon!".

"Sorry, Denning just left, and he's the only one who knows Reserect." Malciore went over to Leon. malciore looked at leon from feet to head. "You fought Umbra? I'm surprised that a hylian such as yourself survived in a round against a chaos Wizard."

"Well,I didn't exactly fight him,"Leon says,panting as he slows down."Dart did the most of the fighting.He even managed to get a direct hit on Umbra while he was Camouflaged,but then Umbra hit him with this fire-dragon spell,and then Dart turned into a massive dragon and...when Umbra fled,Dart returned to his normal form and fell unconcious.I threw a rock at Umbra after one of his spells barely touched me...".

He then goes after Denning,and shouts,"Hey,Denning,wait up!"and quickly disappears into the crowd,but not without repeating,"Remember,Malciore,Umbra said he'll be waiting in the North Forest!".

"North Forest? He must really want me to fight him. On the account that my house was in the middle of Noe's Forest." Malciore thought. "I need to heal, so I can avenge the death of my family. And get my brother back."

"Ohy yeah,I forgot!"Leon shouts,his voice barely heard over the crowd of Gorons.He runs back to Malciore,and says,"You look like you're in a bad condition.You'll need to be at full power to defeat Umbra,so here goes.".

He slams his open palms against Malciore's chest,closes his eyes,and began chanting,"Goddeses,I ask for your favor!Re-fill his power,Din!Restore his courage,Farore!Return his wisdom,Nayru!Goddeses,give your favor to this mortal!".

As he chants over and over again,his hands began to glow white,and a pillar of rainbow-colored light cascaded around Leon and Malciore.

OOC:That was Favor of the Goddeses.

Alpha nods at Malciore. 'He's finally beginning to think clearly. Good. For a second I was afraid that his obsession with Umbra would drive him to insanity. Now it probably won't come to that.' He also silently thanks Leon for his aid, and for the information on Umbra.

Malciore's wounds healed, his pale skin turned back into his tan/peach-like color skin, his white eyes (from the pain) turned back into his red eyes, and that rock finally got out of his throught.
"Yes, I'm finally healed. Seeing how much Umbra beat me to a pulp, I need to learn more spells." Malciore said. "Thank you Leon, hey want to help us fight Umbra? I'm sencing that Dart there wants to." Malciore pointed to the uncontious dragon. "Well, I'll need to have as many partners as i can get in this fight."

"I'm glad to hear that you've got your fighting spirit,"Leon grinned.He grabbed some salt from his pocket,and sprinkles some on Dart.He choked and sneezed,then said,"Leon,what the...don't sprinkle salt on me,got that?",and jumped down."I'm off to train!"Leon shouted as he and Dart rush off.
