"Bah. I hate forests." - the male spoke, an annoyed snarl forming in his lips - "These darned woods really restrain my course of action. Can't we burn this whole place down and get done with it?" He wasn't even sure why he was here. Then again, he didn't understand half the things Lord Taro asked him to do, he just did what he was told. The Nightmare Prince's tactics had proven quite favorable for the better of the Empire, so the man had no reasons to doubt his leader once he ordered something. The notion of being a simple lapdog apparently didn't register to the Fire-aligned General. Suddenly, with an unnaturally sharp wind accompanying it, he felt a rather painful sting to the side of his face, the red marking of a hand remaining in his cheek. "Mind your language, Setze! Curse words are not to be used when addressing a proper lady!" - the female hissed, glaring at the older - yet weaker, as she mentally noted - General. "Ouch! That hurt, Naina!" - The Nightmare General of Fire remarked, making an innocent pout trying to get his companion in better spirits. Naina was definitely not on one of her best moods. "You'd also do well in lowering your tone of voice. Really, haven't you been taught any manners?! And drop that ridiculous face, you look like an infant!" - she spitefully replied, dismissing her partner's next comments with a simple wave of her hand. "Had you any brains, you'd know that if this place was burnt down, the element of shadows and surprise wouldn't do us any good then, now would it? And then we wouldn't be able to assist the dark allegiance." - she added with a simple nod of her head. She loved displaying her superiority - it taught those other feeble beings their level was infinitely inferior to hers. A small grin escaped her lips, imagining the chaos that would ensue when they made their grand entrance, the cries of the inferior light beings as their life was cast away like a small wrapping paper. "Fine then! I'll shut up, Miss Superiority." - Setze spoke, a small sneer registering in his face. Another slap was the response he got.

A few moments afterwards, the war begun. Catapults started raining heavy projectiles to try and devastate their opponents, both arrows and magic flew from one side to another, death lingered over the battlefield, awaiting many of the officers gathered here today. Both Nightmare Generals grinned at this prospect, observing the chaos below from atop a tall Deku Tree. "Looks like they're having fun down there!" - Setze remarked, already ready to leap to another branch should the Wind General decide to relieve her frustration on him again. To his surprise, the attack never came, the female just dismissing his comment with a simple "Indeed". Intrigued the Fire General followed Naina's line of sight, trying to find what had left her so entranced. He found his response at the large energy sphere moving from above towards the fortified walls of Rauru, apparently going to cause a large dent in the Hylian defenses. Just then, the man noticed the walls growing darker and the dark spell being absorbed into a dark netherworld he had knowledge of... knowledge that frightened him so. "The Void?!" - he let out in surprise just as soon as the portal to Alpha's preferred realm shut close. "Apparently so." - was the reply - "It seems our dear friend Wraith is back to his old tricks again." The corners of Naina's lips curled up to a mischievous grin. Something that appeared so boring and trivial just a few moments ago was now starting to turn more interesting. A duel with Wraith... now that would be truly something to remember.

Both caught glimpse of the perpetrator - Alpha was already dashing at high speeds towards the demonic Sovel, another being they had acquired much data about. "Intriguing. Truly intriguing." - the female commented. "All right! This has become way more interesting now!" - her male counterpart remarked, ignoring the Wind General’s words. “What do you say we go down there and show that Wraith the frightening power of the Nightmare Empire?” – he added, the air around him already turning quite warmer as his inner temperature raised – nay, skyrocketed. “Your stupidity never ceases to amaze me, Setze. And you call yourself a General.” – the female coldly commented, the hot-headed General halting his actions to a sudden stop, only managing to mutter a “huh?”. “You should know by now that Wraith’s power is by far superior than what we manage to do should he decide to use all of his abilities. Instead of running to our deaths like those common mortals, we, as superior beings, know better. Let that weaker demon Sovel try to halt Wraith’s prowess, then when the legendary assassin is weakened, we shall make our strike.” – she explained slowly, mocking Setze’s intelligence. Although he didn’t like it one bit, he refrained from commenting – being at each other’s throat right now would be against Lord Taro’s orders. He’d save it for when they returned. “Still, I don’t think that’s very honorable.” – he blurted out, bored once again. The female looked at his with an incredulous look on her face. “Honor? Who even cares for such a dead attribute these days? As a Nightmare you should know that what matters most for our cause is that our tasks are completed with the utmost success. Those weaknesses of yours makes me wonder why our great Lord Taro ever chose you as a Grand General.” – she spitefully remarked, grinning as Setze clenched his fist in anger, trying to regain composure. Toying with people’s emotions is so much fun. – she thought.

Other entities then made themselves known. First, they caught a glimpse of two Kings, Smiley and Being, the Goddesses’ opposites who were apparently also participating in the fight. “And I though demi-gods didn’t care about this kind of stuff?” – Setze spoke out, nuisance present in his tone of voice. Staying put was definitely not his favorite thing to do. Naina apparently discarded his comment as she watched with interest the leading officers of this particular battle – General Taimat and Cormoros. One, an Earth-aligned being, the other, an undead overlord. Both pathetic weaklings, I’d say. I wonder who chose them to lead… and let me tell you… our commanding officer really needs some make-over, that look definitely doesn’t suit him. – she remarked inwardly, watching many falling under the heavy pressure. This battle could go both ways… until they decided to participate. Two units could change the whole result of a battle. She sneered at the people below, even though they couldn’t see her. A demonstration of superiority, that… “Say, Naina, why don’t we create a few new officers of our own?” – Setze voiced out his idea, interrupting the female’s train of thought. She felt inclined to slap him once again, but his inquiry had proven quite interesting. “Who would have thought that you, of all people, could come up with interesting ideas?” – she replied with a grin. Setze grinned back with a certain glee – that was Naina’s version of an appreciation. Ten years of living with her would tell you that. "However, let's not take a course of action just yet. In order for the momentum to shift, we must wait for the right time." - she added, to which the Fire General went back to sulking once again. Soon. It'd be soon.

OoC: Gah. RPing two characters in a conversation is hard. x_X Hopefully I'll get better with it as time passes.

Being turned, just as he had sensed the boy Worru being hurt. His hands once more changed elements, this time, to the element of Life. He created an orb of healing energy, using it on the boy, and then turned once more to the battle at hand. With a flash, they were now the element of Thunder, and now he began his assault of lightning upon the monsters.

---------------------------------------------

Smiley stopped his blasts of Impact Vision, only to look at two newcomers, almost laughing as he heard them. Demigods. Us. As if that was the truth. And here I thought their ranks had people with at least basic intelligence., the King thought, before beginning once more with his powerful volleys of Impact.

---------------------------------------------

Worru had cried out in pain once the arrow had struck him, while he was wondering why he hadn't talked to Silna when she came over in the first place. But, once Being's blast of healing energy had hit him, the arrow dissolved, and the wound that was there was gone as well, no scar or stain to mark it's existance.

The boy then fell from Silna's arms, now able to stand on his own. "Sorry, ma'am.", he said, only his grin visable under his large helmet. With his hands open before him, he snapped, and then his own, custom-made, scythe was in his grasp, the crescent moon blade shining in whatever light was around him, two Triforces on both sides of where the blade met the staff, one normal and golden, the other inverted and upside down. "Time for me to make him proud." he said, now rushing off to Sovelis' house, where he was sure to find something of use to them.

The battle continues all around him; catapults launch, villains charge past, rams pound against the gate, and through it all he stands still in the very center of the battlefield. The gaze of Wraith remains solely on Sovelis as he stands there motionless, wondering what could be keeping the demonic Tempest from answering his call. Afraid, perhaps? It seems a bit out of Sovelis' character for him to fear anyone, but then, it also appears odd for the Tempest to fight on the side of evil. He sighs and shrugs his shoulders slowly before beginning a slow and steady pace towards the front line of the Dark Army, using his dragonic arm to literally slice through any weapon, item, or person who should dare interpose themselves between Wraith and his destination.

He suddenly stops as a new grin, even wider than the first, finds its way onto his face. Even as he impales a Lizalfos on his clawed right hand, his left reaches underneath his cape and withdraws his wooden staff; the edges of his grin are tugged slightly downward as he remembers that he can't afford to use the Staff Brenyuu here, not in the range of vision of so many allies who now know far too much about Wraith. It would create a big hassle which would likely result in him having to kill every last one of them, and while he has no qualms with that it wouldn't be as easy as he'd like. Especially since he'd eventually have to contend with Noval's obsession with his assassin form as well as the Hylian's Goldforce Power.

Maybe later, but for now . . . he holds out the staff in the direction of Being, muttering only two little words. "Rohtric Carrse." At once all the Lightning bolts in the area abruptly change course, darting directly towards his staff and granting it its familiar azure glow. Too bad about all those creatures Being would have killed being spared, but who cares? Alpha now has an electrified staff.

And Sovelis should be even more afraid than before, he thinks as he slices through a Moblin's throat with that awesome arm of his again.

* * *

Noval nods as Taimat issues his orders, then darts over to where the other three members of his team are. "Yukie, follow me - they need our help at the gates. Koura, Shada, you can come with us or continue firing, whichever you prefer." The women only give him a sharp nod before turning back and unleashing another storm of arrowheads, while the Deku hops to stand beside the Hylian. "Alright then, let's go!" Noval cries as he and Yukie turn and leap down to the inside of the gates.

* * *

He strides out from the edge of the woods, chuckling softly to himself as Naina and Setze's conversation finishes passing through his ears at a turtle's pace. They don't see him, and actually cannot see him, nor can anyone else in the area, for he has utilized his own special brand of magic.

He is Idarz, and he serves Aalya, the goddess of time.

Being a time mage has a great many advantages over other types of magic, though the inability to simply light a fire with his will does irk him at times. But then, he can speed up the passage of time all around him so that air particles move faster against his skin, and the friction warms him up. And even now, the reason he cannot be seen is not because he can Shadowmeld like Sheikah, but rather because he is causing the time influencing his body to speed up to the point that a second in the real world is like a minute to him. All he has to do is keep moving, and those within the temporal norm will see naught but a blur of motion - if anything at all. Time mages may only be able to manipulate time, but they can make up for all other 'deficiencies'.

Save perhaps the deficiency of not knowing something, which is currently what is driving the mage to the point of outrage.

"What on earth is that thing?" he mutters while he weaves through the battlefield, going around the seemingly slow moving creatures that charge the wall, paying them no heed whatsoever. This is not his fight, and as Aalya has not instructed him to intervene he sees no reason to do so. But something has certainly caught his eye, and so he feels compelled to investigate it.

He continues walking until he has reached Alpha's location, staying a few feet away from the Sheikah as he observes the strange disfigurement of his arm. "A dragon's arm?" he mutters softly, bewilderment evident in his tone. "How could he have gotten this; what does it mean?"

He cocks his head to the side so that he can look upwards. "I'd appreciate an answer, you know!" And in his mind's eye, he can almost picture his Lady Aalya's soft grin of reassurance, the one that says "Do not fear, I have everything planned out, and this is a part of it."

Yes, that look . . . the one that never actually helps reassure him . . .

OOC: I'm assuming that means that alpha/wraith is on Hyrule's side, and is outside the walls?

IC: The gates, they will fall. Time for the second stage of Cormoros' plan to begin. The undead raised his hand, and instantly the orders were understood. The skies were suddenly full with the flappings of wings. Kargarocks, hundreds of them, suddenly appeared in the skies above Rauru, carrying bombs in their talons. They began their bombardment of the city. A fair few buildings were dammaged.

--------

Taimat Grimmaced, a rather large hole had appeared in the gate, wood and iron was being brought forth to repair it, while soldiers of Hyrule stabbed and slashed at the monsters. Then, the bombings began. A house not to far from the gate was decimated.

That wasn't the whole problem. Wizzrobes had appeared withing the city. A red-colored dark mage spotted Remos and Valentine, and shot flames at both of them. Remos was slightly burnt. The Wizzrobe responsible was quickly hacked apart by a knight.

Taimat turned around, and gave a signal. A man in a tower off in the distance saw, and he called to the men below, who opened a trapdoor up, letting in dozens of Stalos warriors, now on the side of Hyrule, within the city. The ones with bows quickly went to the battlements, while the swordsmasters went to the gates.

A troop of Gorons also filed out. Their hides would be perfect in a battle such as this. Gor Gigan lead them, a nice hammer in hand.

---------

A frown crossed Cormoros' face. Now the odds were against them. No matter, he had already thought about this type of situation. At the same time, a being he had not seen before had appeared outside of the walls, and was attacking the hoards.

Smiling, the undead General moved forward through the army, towards his goal. A lightning bolt passed right by him. Cormoros looked up, at Denkou. He snapped his fingers. Instantly, Denkou's head was ripped from his neck, as if an invisible hand snapped it off. Cormoros grinned, but moved on, to where Wraith was, dodging spells rom Being and other mages.

--------

The way to Sovelis' house was not easy. A group of wizzrobe mages blocked the road. All of them were looking at Worru. Fortunately, an aid arrived in the form of a Garo Ninja. "My lord," He said, bowing to Worru, "I and my troops are here to help." He said, as at least seven more ninja assailants appeared in the streets. The garo had arrived.

-------

A Moblin rushed to Cormoros. "He's quite strong." The pig commented, gesturing a Wraith. The undead General just nodded, and summoned a black sword to his hand. "You, there." He said to Wraith. "You look powerfull. When I kill you, I shall reanimate you with all the powers you have now, and you shall be an ideal servant." Cormoros said, snapping his hands. A blast of darkness appeared like a bolt of lightning, and zapped Wraith. Dust filled the air, and Cormoros waited for it to clear, to see what was left of Wraith......

------

The gate was breaking in. The hoard was almost inside of the city.

OOC: Dead:

A handfull of soildiers on both sides.

Denkou: Desceased.
Demitri: Dead to the point of no return.

At first suprised by the group of Wizzrobes, and then by the Garo ninja, who appeared out of nowhere, Worru was close to having been suprised enough to rust his armor. Luckily, he understood the Garo were on his side, and he gripped his scythe tightly. "Well, then," he began, grinning under his helmet, "I'm sure you know I need help with these guys. Fight them, and I'll be on my way to Sovelis' house." That was his plan, and with it said, he charged the Wizzrobes, not to attack, but to try and get past.

---------------------------------------------

Smiley continued on with his attack on the gate, knowing soon that he, as well as the rest of the Dark that had come to fight, would be in the town.

And he remembered the deal he had made with the Demonic Tempest General.

-----------------------------------------------

Being had sighed, knowing that his blasts of lightining energy had been sent to Alpha's...or was it Keyru's...or was it Wraith's staff, charging it with energy.

But he continued on, not letting just one small thing stop his aide of the side of Hyrule.

Laido stood up, holding in a slight sniff, staring at the small Deku warrior. He held his bow to his chest, and nodded with a slight murmur, '...and may the Goddesses have mercy upon your soul.' He bit his lips, already afraid of his friends - if they may come to an end like this. Ah, here he went again. Another tear dangled on his eyelashes, as if he had just awaken from a sleep from dawn's touch.

Sakiko noticed this gravely, and wiped her staff on her robe. She said coldly,

"Death is a part of war, Laido. Do not shed any tears now; we had all made a resolve to stay stone-hearted until the end. And at the end..."

She trailed off, as she had noticed the Kargarocks flying above them. She gritted her teeth, cursing under her breath. Why in the world did they have to use aerial attack?! It was so inconvenient. The mage rested a hand on her chest, feeling the random and excited movements of the energy within. Her skin tingled, feeling the vibrations - it felt almost like heat, but it was so much more wild, savage, crazed...

Sakiko breathed in, trapping all oxygen and energy from escaping her body. Her mind and concentration focused on her hand, where the vibrant waves of energy accumulated. Slowly, cautiously, the mage detached her hand from her chest, and her hand seemed like liquid, as if it would melt any second... however, as time passed quickly, the liquid froze into a burning green orb.

Laido had strung his bow, and was about to shoot. Sakiko muttered, "stop." She lit the arrow with her green flames, and allowed Laido to shoot. So fast that his arms were blurs of the color of his armor, he began to shoot at the Kagarocks. His arrows shot towards the sky, the flames waiting to pierce into the enemy's flesh - if all would go right, Sakiko knew that her magic was deadly enough to kill in one slash.

With the remaining flames, Sakiko aimed it at a Wizzrobe in sight, hoping that the fire would scorch its very being...

Zeze, on the other hand, viewed all this as a game. She was dancing about, smiling, twirling her blades in a sword dance. The bard ran there, then here, then back there, too excited to hold still. She felt guilty for this, but she actually wanted the walls to come down - then she could kill the enemy freely. Her mind too occupied for anything else, she hummed a bit, staring at the gates with sparkling emerald eyes.

-----------------------------

Masakazu strayed at the back of the army, away from the gates. He was not very dextrous at hand-to-hand combat; thus, he decided to use his distance to his advantage. The mage did not bother to lend any more of his power than was necessary. With time, the defense of Rauru would crumble at his feet - there was no rush in it.

OoC - sorry everyone but I've realized that the stat battles are my style of battle.

P.S. Kasei I also posted in either the first or second thread made for this little quest.

OoC: Okay! One more time! Let's go, Saby!
Edited because I seemed to have been high last night and I wasn't thinking and whatnot. Last night really is sort of a blur to me, honestly...

IC:

"That Deku runt who's be negating all the spells finally died, I think," Rhyss said to Kobas, who was getting more annoyed with every second. "Try again!"

"Don't waste your energy, Rhyss," Kobas said shortly, but he clenched the staff in anticipation anyway.

Rhyss decided to cast another orb, this one golden and crackling with light. It hovered before the blue-haired rogue, who gave another mighty swing. The mass of magic soared towards a the pudgy man on Hyrule's side, which happened to be Burlo.

OOC: Is Denkou like dead dead, or like temperarily dead? Or do you prefer not to answer?

IC: "Hope you enjoyed your stay," muttered Valentine in English(not common), pointing the shiny muzzle of the hand gun he was holding at the forhead of a nearby wizzrobes. "But you really must get going now," he stated bluntly as he pulled the trigger. It was done so fast, the wizzrobes probably stood no chance of escaping.
Remos wasn't burned too badly, and he got back to fighting. He hacked his sword safely(to his allies) at any nearby wizzrobes. Simon stood amongst the swordsmen still, ready for the gate to burst. His comrads were too ready for hell to break lose. Michael had decided to target some wizzrobes as he waited for the gate, as did Bou. Silna gave a small smile as Worru ran off to Sovelis's house. It was funny, Silna wasn't really as close as Sovelis as some of the others, like Kasei and Worru, but she and the rest of the PFH had always considered him an ally. The demon must be getting to him.

"Good luck," she called after Worru, shoving the thought aside. Maybe they could persuade Sovelis to give up his radical thoughts before it was too late. Speaking of too late, her beloved Orpheous never did make it back to the battle(gotta get to that cave topic eventually). She was begining to miss his warm embrace. He would be with them soon, but probably not until after the battle was over. She didn't know what it was, but their was something about him that made her crazily in love. This same thing was probably how he picked up so many friends. He had karisma, that was probably true. He was also wise, humble, and qwerky, at times. He tended to show bravery in battle as well. She also wondered about that Stim guy. Who was he exactly. She eventually stored this self-evaluation in her head, and stealthily snuck up behind a wizzrobe. The last thing it could feel and hear may have very will been the breath of a grizzly-isc bear. The claw aimed for its neck.

OOC: Sorry about any misspells, we just got this new computer, and we haven't got Firefox 2 installed yet.

OOC: yes, Arika, I see the move of Rhyss', but Saber will need to reply before I can do anything about that....
Orph: Maybe...I don't know if I want him dead yet or not..........

IC: The Garo next to Worru nodded, and leapt into acton. It's daggers were in it's hands. The oncomming wizzrobes started their routine spellcasting; fireballs were sent at Worru and his companion.

The Garo dodged the spells sent at him. And got next to Worru. It grabed the shiekah, and jumped. For a little guy, it was quite strong. It braught Worru to the other side of the Wizzrobe line, so that they could continue.

------------

The bombs continued to bombard the walls. The gate was giving it, slowly. The army was not going to recieve any orders for a while, though; it's leader was still caught in a fight against Wraith (ALPHA! :x ).

----------

Few Kagarocks remained in the air. A few, however, fell to the city below, killed instantaniously by green fire. The Wizzrobe nearby also fell under the curse, and died quickly and painfully.

The gate, it was breaking.

Taimat rushed forward with the ordered supplies, and his men began reconstructing the gate. They knew it was futile, but they wanted to keep the hoards outside of the city for as long as possible.

THe Wizzrobe fell before Valentine. Not a single being in Hyrule knew of a gun, it was unprepared. Of course, that single spellcaster was not to be compared with the hoards below, who were ripping apart the gate. Simon and the others need not wait long; the gates were pretty much open, monsters were pouring in already, and were haking at everything they saw. The knights started fighting back, to defend the own of Rauru.

The dark blast shaped like lightning collides with Wraith almost instantaneously, enveloping him with its explosive energy and an ever-expanding cloud of dust. While Cormoros should undoubtedly feel some confidence in the Sheikah's death, when the aforementioned smoke screen dissipates he is met with the vision of the mage standing tall and barely even scuffled up after the strike. The undead leader's target blinks twice in rapid succession, as if just now realizing that Cormoros had done something, then glances down, letting his eyes settle on a few pieces of dust clinging to his shirt. He reaches up and brushes them off, slowly muttering - just loud enough for Cormoros to hear it - "Riiiight . . . use darkness in the form of a thunderbolt to try and defeat a member of the Shadow Folk who has mastered the element of Lightning." He doesn't move his head, but his eyes shoot upwards, giving him a visage of annoyance. "An absolutely ingenious strategy," he says, not even bothering to hide the scornful sarcasm in his tone.

His head finally rises upwards again as he scans the battlefield, seeking out Sovelis but failing to do so. "Now where has that Tempest gone off to? . . ." he mumbles. "I'd much prefer to be fighting beings that are actually worth my time . . ."

* * *

Noval gives a quick salute as Taimat issues his orders, then rushes over to where Yukie and the girls stand, launching their projectiles at the enemy. The Golden Hylian is pleased to spy the trio working in perfect tandem - even as he approaches, Yukie launches a Deku Nut into the fray, stunning a pair of Lizalfos who are immediately stabbed through the head with arrows from Koura and Shada. Before the Deku can start another barrage, Noval calls out to him. "Yukie!"

The Deku turns at once, and the women do the same after they complete their next launching of arrowheads. "The enemy is going to get through the gates at this point," Noval says. "Yukie, come with me; we'll help those trying to protect the entryway. Shada, Koura, come or stay, whichever you choose." Shada and Koura nod, then as one they turn back and begin unleashing another bombardment from their bows. The Hylian nods in approval, turning once the Deku is at his side.

Running as fast as the pair can, they cover the fair distance to the gates rather quickly. "Aw man!" Yukie cries as he sees the damage already done to the wooden edifice. His swords are out again in an instant, and it is only when he is a good ways away from him that he realizes that the former general has not chosen to follow. He looks back, finding Noval sitting in a meditative position on the ground. "Whaddya think yer doin?!" he screams in his high pitched voice.

"Get going," Noval says under his breath. "I have my own . . . gifts . . . to employ here." The Deku's eyes widen as he catches on, hurrying off to the front lines as Noval utters the significant words:

"Goldforce Power: Hylian."

The Golden Hylian stretches out with his mind, trying to locate any who have any malice in their thoughts directed towards Rauru and its inhabitants. For every one of the thousands who he feels with such thoughts, he sends out a sharp jab of mental pain, offering a disturbing distraction that might just give the forces of good another much-needed advantage.

Being and Smiley continued on with both of their attacks, and with each one, they knew not to attack one another. It was their plan to only aid in the war, not to kill one another. However, it was also their plan that had to to with Sovelis, a Demonic Tempest General.

--------------------------------------

Worru grinned at the Garo Ninja who helped him, "Thanks, friend. We've still got to get to the house, though." he said, before leaving the ninja's arms, and running off towards the house again. Once he got there, he tried to open the door, as if he didn't know if he could, or couldn't.

OOC: Sovelis. Worru. At house.

OOC: Due to unforeseen circumstances out of my control, I have been unable to post lately. I hope this doesn't affect my chances at RPer of the Month, since it was just a few days, but...I'm trying to get all my posting done today...

IC:Burlo faceplanted on the battlement, skidding a good foot as an interfering magic attack took care of his job for him. His efforts had been a waste of energy--And what a waste it had been. He lay, sore, on the bricks for a few seconds as he felt the pain overwhelm him--Both the physical and spiritual pain. He had strained both his muscles and his magic to leap that far, and even more energy had been used on his staff's charge. Add to that the impact of his face on the cold, hard stone, and you have a very unpleasant tingle in your body. Groaning, he lifted his bulging stomach off the ground with his hefty arms, coming up on his knees and rubbing his elbows. He saw his staff up against the wall--He had dropped it on impact. He crawled weakly on his hands and knees to his weapon, and clutched it limply. He closed his eyes, and you could barely see the lips parting on his soot-covered, sweating face as he said a short prayer. A blue light ebbed from his staff as little sparks ran up and down his extremeties, restoring their full functionality (Is...is that a word...?) and depleting a small bit more of his magic supply.

He stood and swung his arms, testing them. He was still bruised a bit, but it didn't hurt unless he touched the wounds, and his bones and muscles were pieced back together, all chips and strains mended. He wiped a bit of dried blood off of his nose before turning his eyes back to the massive horde--Just in time to see another energy attack soaring towards him. "'s my turn!" He roared, bringing his staff back up as another energy layer covered the staff, preventing it from breaking under pressure of the magic it had to repel. When the ball reached him, he yelled and swung down mightily, hoping to send it flying into the mage below him, unaware of where exactly it had come from. All he knew was that hitting it with a directly opposite force would give it the greatest speed, and be sure to hit the attacker. Or summat like that.

______________________________

Junter grinned slightly at the dismemberment of the hallucinating Deku. Perhaps he was thinking of Kensun? Who knew. Either way, the small smile was only momentary, as the mercenary turned back to the wall, seeing it was just about to break. Pretty soon, his mace would have two colors--It's natural earthy brown, and blood...He observed the massive rush to the gate with contempt--Why would they bother to go directly to the gate? If they were there when it burst open, they would be killed instantly, either by the battering rams and other siege weaponry, or the door itself. No, better to stand back, and then when the gate was down and the air full of dust, make the charge...The enemy would be hit without being able to see anything, and the Hyrulian warriors would be able to bottle them in a small area, giving them a strategical advantage...However, he didn't care if they made it out alive or not, so long as he survived. And he would survive. He always had.

OOC: Sweet zombie jesus. Time to Reply!

IC: Cormoros smiled. The smoke vanished, revealing Wraith to be in one piece. The undead General had hoped that he would be able to kill him in one attack, but it wasn't likely. Even so, this was more entertaining, anywhay.

"Ah. It seems that you have some skills of use to me. You shall make a fine servant indeed. Of course, I can't help but notice..." He says, taking a step towards Wraith, grinning slightly, "You must have other powers at you're disposal too, am I correct? Please, before I kill you, let me see the full extent of your power!" The undead finished loudly. An arrow zoomed, and imbedded itself in his neck. He didn't seem to notice. "In exchange, I shall show you my ability." Cormoros finished, grabbing the hem of his cloak, and ripping the garment off.

As the shroud fell to the earth, everyone nearby got a good look at the horror that was Cormoros' body. His arms were all stitched up, his leg's were covered by a gray pair of warrior pants, but one could guess that they, too, were like the rest of his body.

He was decayed, his green skin showed that obviously, and the smell itself gave it away; the smell of death, and the dying, and the dead.

Of course, all of these things paled in comparison to his stomach, or, at least, where it should be. Instead of a decayed gut, Cormoros had a large, gaping, jaw at his stomach, lined with rows of what appear to be Gyorg teeth, a large, rotten tongue visible inside.

The Hylians on the wall noticed this monstrosity instantly, and started firing at Cormoros. All arrows hit his back, but he didn't care. The undead General simply stared at Wraith. "My power, of course, is cursed ressurection. All of the dead souls and bodies are my servants!" He boasted, hands in the air. The law/stomache opened wide, and it was obvious that something was happening; blue lights were appearing in the air, and being drawn into the maw.

"Let me show you death."

A bony hand grabbed Wraith's foot, and the ground beneath him shook, and started to open up. It cracked. A large, unsightly mess of bones and rotten flesh suddenly burst from the ground, latching on to Wraith, and taking the form of a hideous monster.

"It's name is Abyss, and it will be your' guide in hell" Cormoros said gleefully.

It is at the exact same moment that Noval's power stretches out. To his possible suprise, however, he finds not a single hostile thought, or any thought, or really, any single mind. All of the heads he searched through were as empty as a corpse, even Sovelis and Cormoros seemed to be completely empty. What was going on?

Of course, he shouldn't think about that issue at the moment; the gate was torn apart, and the monsters were now pouring in. Knights, Stalfos and Garo were all charging against Moblins, a few Darknuts and other damnable beasts.

The Garo with Worru nodded, and followed after him towards Sovelis' house.

As Burlo stood slightly Rejuvinated, he could spot the dead, headless body of Denkou, and near it; blood that seemed to be floating around in midair, as though clinging to an invisible entity.

It barely registers, however, as his attention is fixed on the enemy spell. As he struck at the blast, it seemed to push a bit at him, but was repelled nonetheless, back towards Rhyss. The ultimate tennis match has begun.

Taimat raised his hands, a boulder from the wall came down and crushed some incoming enemies.

What to do in this situation?

OOC: Yes, theres a few god-mods in there, Alpha, but I can't just let you escape, not with that comment
"Now where has that Tempest gone off to? . . ." he mumbles. "I'd much prefer to be fighting beings that are actually worth my time . . ."
Prepare to meet death!

OoC:IDEA!!!! And Zombie Jesus kicks ass.

I HAS INTERNET AGAIN!!!!

IC:
Sovelis had been shocked by the displays of power that had been shown by the others, and by Alpha. Impossible...even with the boost that Sovel gives me, his darkness is greater than my own... and Cormoros seemed to be even stronger than the Tempest. The Limit Seals must be dampening the amount of power I can draw from the demon...but using him prevents me from opening any of the seals....Dammit!!! I need more power!!!

Sovelis had been sulking near the large siege weapons, stomping around in anger with his sword draw. "ALPHA!!! COME HERE AND FIGHT ME!!! I AM READY!!! he roared loudly as he slammed past several of the Bokoblins and in the direction of the other General...and his Sheikah opponent.
