Aiden's gaze locked with Lance's, but then Kuro popped up right in her face. With a squeak of surprise she took a step back. On instinct her hand had went to her throat, but relaxing she let it fall back to her side. Forcing out a smile she kept her hands tightly at her side. She was not ready to try the newly learned greeting just yet.

"Helllo Kurom, I'm just.. I'm just.. walking around." For a moment she struggled for an excuse; she had never been the world's best liar. Her smile waned as she spoke, knowing she sounded as false as can be. The big green orbs that were her eyes looked troubled, for like the sayign goes, eyes are the window to the soul. No matter how good of an actor Aiden migh be, her eyes could always give her away.

Keeping her gaze on Kuro she pointedly ignored Kin and his elephant tears.

Because of Aiden's expression, Kuro could tell that she seemed troubled. He didn't want to bring it up himself though. He figured she would talk about it if she wanted. He remembered that she was uncomfortable around Sheikans when they had met, but wasn't sure if that's what troubled her or not.

As Kuro pondered this, Skye walked to the group. "My name's Skye," she said, holding out her hand for a handshake. "And if what I overheard is correct, your's is Aiden right?"

"Hi aiden how are you?" Kin said as he noticed she was troubled. Kin went to hug her. hoping she would not hit him or hurt him in any way. Then Rose jumped up from the shadows and slapped kin. She start to cry and said "sorry, Kin." Then she gave him a kiss as her blond hair waved back and forth. Kin was mesmerized by her cyan blue eyes as he kissed her back. " It's ok, since I needed that." Kin looked at her with the brown eye that was not covered by hair." I love you." He said as he blushed. "I love you, too." Rose said as she started to blush.

Aiden watched Kuro for a moment, studying his face. She appeared ready to speak when Skye approached. Chipper, Aiden, smiled, but it quickly melted into a frown as she looked to Skye's hand. For a second she remained quiet just staring. Slowly her hand raised and went toward's Skye's. Before the hand could make contact Kin intervened, probably saving Aiden from an awkward situation.

After Kin's hug, Aiden smiled to Skye, "My name's Aiden." Her voice was soft and kind, but lively. With confidence she reached her hand out and grasped Skye's thumb shaking it. Having taken the hug as time to think she was proud of herself, she had finally got it right! "Nice to meet you Skye."

"Nice to meet you too Aiden," Skye said. She completely ignored the two lovebirds next to her.

Lance didn't though. "Hey!" he shouted. "Get a room!"

Kuro sighed. "And you wonder why everyone hates you."

Everyone doesn't hate me. He turned to Aiden. "Aiden, do you hate me?"

Aiden's eyes twinkled at Skye, clearly on a high from just greeting someone the right way. At the call to 'get a room' Aiden looked to the source of the voice and then to.. "Oh.." Stepping back from the two she frowned, but why would they get a room? Kuro's voice broke through her thoughts, startled she lifted her gaze and her green eyes met his.

A warm smile spread a crossed her face, "Of course not." With a giggle she tossed her hair by shaking her head. Such a silly question, why would she hate him? Falling suddenly silent Aiden's eyes got big and her face scrunched into a look of confusion. "Do you hate me?" Her hands fiddled in front of her nervously.

"Well, I don't hate you at all." An innocent-looking girl said from behind. It was a little blond girl, wearing traditional dress. Next to her, was a shirtless, blue-haired man. These were obviously Aria and Kasei Gobi. Don't see them around often do you?

Kasei kept walking, and from behind his tall physique, one could make out a blond-haired teenager, Denkou, Kasei's subboordinate and lightning thief. In his mouth was an apple, which he had, more than likely, stolen from someone.

"Well, hello there." Aria said. "My name is Aria Gobi, who're you?" She asks.

"Told you Kuro", Lance said, happy to prove his friend wrong for once in his life. Then he heard Aiden's question. "What? No. I don't hate you. I was just trying to prove my friend wrong," he explained. "And for that, I deserve a drink at the tavern." Lance turned around and headed for the tavern.

He was interrupted by Kuro. "You don't have any money."

Lance stopped in his tracks. "Crap."

Kuro turned to Aria and Kasei. 'I'm Kuro," he said. "Unless you want the name of the drunk over there. He's Lance."

Aiden nodded, looking still a tad too serious. Her eyes darted to the newcomers, "Hello." She didn't think they were talking to her so she did not introduce herself, hello was enough. Even though she was watching the new group her ears were still listening to Kuro's gang. "Drink?" One of her eyebrows lifted in a slender arc.

Aiden had never tasted nor heard of alchohal, so drink to her meant liquids. "Water is always free.. although I do like milk." With a shy smile she brushed a curl behind her ear. Reaching into a hidden pouch in her clothes she pulled out a few rupees, not many but enough to buy a drink or two. She made a living singing, dancing, and playing on the streets, not to mention helping those in need, so she didn't have a lot.

"Here, get a drink on me." Handing him the rupees she felt only happy to help.

Lance excitedly took the rupees. "Is there anything you want?" he asked Aiden. "That tavern sells drinks for a low price."

As this was all occurring, Kuro reached into his pockets to see how much money he had. He wasn't surprised to find that there were no rupees in his pocket. Money didn't magically appear after all. He didn't need a drink anyway. If he tried, Skye would stop him anyway.

Aiden shook her head a soft no. She didn't need anything, in fact she'd had a good breakfast earlier. Ever observant she saw Kuro searching his pockets, "But, maybe you should pick up a milk for Kuro." Smiling at the blonde she tilted her head slightly, "That is if he wants a drink. You can get whatever drink you want, there should be enough for two." Quickly she calculated the rupees she'd handed him, a morning's worth of hard work... yes there would be plenty enough for two drinks.

A stray curl fell into her face and swung beside her right eye. Both her eyes shifted to look at it. Her green gaze narrowed annoyed, her hair never behaved without a lot of work. Pouting her lips out in a small O she blew trying to move the hair back into place, but it just hovered on her breath.

"What a bunch of odd people." Denkou said through his apple. "Remember, you aren't so normal yourself." Kasei shot at him in the sun. This was an insanely hot day. And Kasei, who had LIVED in the desert, was sweating. "The sooner we get all this paperwork filled out, the sooner I can take a dive in the lake." He said, referring to PFH documents in his sack.

"But I already have my swimsuit!" Aria protested. "Let me and Dung-cow go for a dip!"

Kuro and Lance ran off to the tavern without Aiden needing to do anything more. Skye shook her head and sighed. "Don't get something alcoholic! That's the last thing you two need."

"Yeah, right," Kuro said. They entered the tavern and exited a few minutes later finishing up the contents of a bottle. "Well, that was good," Kuro commented.

"Mine was awful," Lance complained. They both returned to where they were at before heading for the tavern.

"So, what are you guys doing here?" Kuro asked Kasei and his group.

"Hi I'm Rose." Rose said as she gave a hug to Everyone but Lance. "That is how she says hi."Kin said as he said Hi to newcomers."Hi I'm Kin, And you are?" Isaku jumped of a building making a grand enterance." Hi everyone."

Aiden's smile grew as the two men skittered off like little boys to a candy shop. Shaking her head lightly she chuckled, they really loved milk. Making a mental note she knew to get Kuro and Lance milk for anything she might one day owe them. Pulling out a leather strap she tied back her curly hair, the pony tail ending just below her shoulders. The pesky lock of hair was too short to be tucked in with the others in the pony, so she tucked it behind her ear.

Looking to Skye she smiled, "What is that?" She was refering of course to the drink, she'd never heard of it. Then the guys came back out..
