"You've made the right choice, Alpha. I suggest you not come to this town again. You'll be surprised to what you'll find. Zora, you're lucky that you're friend here is smart. Your life would have ended short if you chose to fight me." The zora looks back to the bard, still standing before the ashes of the oracle. A grin escapes him as he stares in wanton delight. "Victor, as I said before don't waste you're sympathy on her. She has left this world."

He turns around nimbly and sheds an unseen smile to the sheikah and zora.

'This town will fall and none will stop me...wonderful.'

He slides past the two and glides down the corridors as he begins his descent down the stairs, making sure to give grins to those who were still in shock. The children watched him pass by. The woman stared at his swift movements and the men were too busy caring for the rest to look at his defiant gait as he left the confounds of the town.

OOC:Wow, I wasted so much time and we finished my topic in a day. Now, in a few days I'll stick in mt next installment to this town. Feel free to discuss amongst yourselves.

Alex felt like he was fighting himself as he watched the man going away "You must go!!" said this many Zoran heroes "I can't stop him now" said Alex firmly "Then we shall go until you need us again..." this last faded in the air...

Alex was lying on the floor when he gained conscience...
He took on his feet and look to his friend's eyes, he felt ashamed of himself...

" I'm sorry guys, I couldn't stop him"

He looked around again to see the people in the temple...

" What can we do now? Should we go after him; or help this people rebuild the temple and protect them?"

"I doubt we've seen the last of that man, Alex. We allowed him to leave, and he hasn't harmed anyone else, but it's obvious he wanted to destroy this place. He'll be back, and I for one intend to be here waiting for him." Alpha replies calmly. 'I will not allow it again! The last time I was helpless, but this time I will make a difference!'

An old man, clad in white robes, climbs up the stairs, his cane beating rythmically against the marble floor. A smile hangs on his face as he taps the zora's shoulder."Hello, thank you for saving my son from that fallen statue. How can I ever repay you all?"
the bearded man says, his voice void of any sadness and his smile stretching across his face.'Hmm, I wonder where is Akari? Probably tending to the damage I'm sure.'

Victor, still hanging over the woman's ashes, finally wakes from his trance. Turning to face the others, Victor fought back some tears as he said:

"I don't think any rewards are necessary. It was the least we could do."

Then, turning to face Alex, the bard agreed with Alpha's statement.

"Alpha's right, you know. We all allowed him to leave. It's best that we stay here until he gets back. It might as well be our duty now to protect these people."

With his last few words, Victor swept his arm around the temple. The old man, the people outside, everyone in the town needed their help. The Hylian then moved his eyes to the pile of ashes, and he thought of something.

"Maybe you can help us, sir." Victor pointed to the pile of ashes. "Collect Akari's ashes, and put them in a nice urn. She deserves to be remembered..."

"Akari's ashes? What happened? Where is she?" The old man looks around him, searching for any sign of the oracle. His face turns to a moruning frown filled with shock. He paces towards the small pile of blackened ashes at the center of the room. His knees break down, and he collapses in front of the ashes; his hands raking through the powder. 'What happened? What happened?' A tear falls as he stands again, facing the others.

"What happened?! Who did this?! Please...come with me!"

The man begins to exit the chamber, a tired hand beckoning them outside.

"We're going to the inn. You'll tell me what happened there. Oh, and my name is Greystone. Hurry and Hylian, she didn't want to be remembered." The man says out in a strange authoritive voice.

Victor raised nothing more curious eyebrow at the man, and he followed without question; but not before scooping up some of the ashes and dumping them into an empty bottle of his.

"I don't care if she didn't want to be remembered," he thought. "I'm not going to leave her ashes lying here!"

Once he was outside of the temple, Victor strayed away from Greystone and kept out of sight. Opening the bottle, he dumped the ashes out of the bottle, letting the wind carry them away...

OOC: Sorry if I messed anything up, but I just had to do that.

Later on in the afternoon, Alpha walks back into the temple. 'The library is...?' he thinks to himself as he gazes around the room. Even after Akari's death earlier, it seems that the place still holds great beauty within its walls. 'Ah, that must be it,' he thinks as he walks towards a doorway.

After having a drink and some food, Alex went back to the temple; he walked to the center of the structure, and remembered the chaos that happened there...
then he notices Alpha, and shouts at him ( perhaps too loud )

"Hey, Alpha, wait up!"

He aproaches his companion, walking silently across the pilars of the temple

"Are you too, looking for the library? Lets take a look together"

Alex looks back at the door Alpha was trying to reach

"Well, here we go..."

Beyond, the redwood door lies towers of books rising high above your heads, casting shadows across the torch lit chamber. Black tiles match the lobby and centered in a large cirlce of books stands a wooden desk. There, behind a rather large book, sits an old man, clad in white robes. His face is hidden beneath the shadows of his hood and as he rises you can see that he is quite tall, rising a little over six feet. The priest's voice bellows out to you as you enter the ancient library, his voice dry and raspy as it travels across the room.

"Welcome...may I ask what your searching for?

Alpha stares at the man for a few moments, surprised to see someone taller than he is. After a few moments, he regains his composure. "Hello, my good sir. I was directed here by Greystone so that I could read up on the history of this town." He bows slightly to the man to show respect, then stands tall, making sure that his cape is behind his back and his hood is down so that he doesn't look like a walking shadow. As useful as that image is sometimes, among allies it is only a burden.

Alex looked respectfully at the elder, thinking to himself that is better to take it easy and not hurry

"That´s right, we want to know more about the history of this temple, and the beginnings of your town, please would you let us see those books"

The priest, walks towards one corridor of books, his robes dragging across the black marble floor as he stretches his finger out towards the end of the hall.

"Heh, we have no history, newcomers. I'm sure that inn keeper told you that this is just a stop in our pilgrimage to the darkness." His voice strangely optimistic. "These bookstell the story of the past of our pilgrimage and the stories of the previous incarnations of...the darkness."

'Though, I doubt this world will see the true power of the darkness.'

"I'll be here, waiting for your return. This is no mere library. These archives are not written in words but are shown in the memories of other including...it. Good luck with your findings."

OOC:Rp yourself a book and I'll take care of the rest. The bigger your RP the more info you'll get but there is a limit to my knowledge. I'm just thinking of things as I go right now.

Alpha follows along the path that the man had indicated, and comes to several books. He slowly shifts through the books stacked there before choosing one that reads The Path Into Darkness: A Biography of the Evil One. 'Looks like this one can tell me more about this darkness,' Alpha thinks as he slowly opens up the cover...
