Veran gasps. Every thought about doing it with him disappears. She dashes towards Cloud, charging up dark energy along the way.

OOC: I hope you know that thing at the first battle was a trick!

IC:
Aww, man! I was hoping you'd freak out!

Cloud rushed in and used Apocalypse Light Arrow. He sent endless amounts of light arrows at Veran.

Prepare to witness the power of a true demon!

The Light Arrows only negate the Dark energy Veran had formed. Maybe if something was to explode near her, she would reveal her soft underbelly.

OOC: And you said you played OoA.

Cloud got an idea. He aimed a fire arrow at a small bomb he had laid as a trap earlier. He let it go and it exploded next to Veran.

Hah! Take that!

Cloud ran in and shoved a light arrow into Veran's soft underbelly.

Veran screams and scuttles back. She turns around to escape so she can have time to heal, but the man from before blocks her way. "Going somewhere, Veran?" he asks.

"You're dead!" Veran spits. "I know you are. You mean nothing to me." Veran rushes forwards, but the man meets her head on, slowly pushing him back to Cloud.

"I hope you had more than one bomb, lad," the man says.

Oh I do!

Cloud fixed Veran in a bloodlust stare. He threw lit bombs all around her and shot another arrow into here belly.

I'll shed some blood today!

Veran screams in pain. She changes back into her bee form. But she still screams. Soon, she has gone through her turtle form, her Dark Faerie form, and finally her human form. From there, her skin rapidly changes back to white. "Tell Rose I'm sorry," she says, her voice a croak. "And to beware the...." But she doesn't finishes because she passes away.

"It's a shame she changed her ways as she died," the man says. "If she hadn't been so jealous that she was willing to embrace the Dark Arts, maybe things could've been different. But there's no point in wishing the past could be different. It's the present we have to worry about."

Yes...Baris, what happened to you?

Cloud was mysteriously back in his Hylian form, staring down at the dead Veran.

And what happened to Lady Rose!? Where is she?!

Cloud stared at Baris, waiting for an answer.

"Rose is safe in an inn back in North Castle," Baris answers. "She'll wake up soon. And didn't Rose tell you I sacrificed myself so she could live? I'm nothing more than a ghost now."

Cloud's jaw dropped. He didn't look like a ghost.

I...I...I...know. But how could you pick Rose up if your a ghost?
Can you fly?

Clous started to poke at Baris. Then it hit him.

Can you talk to other dead people...can you bring the ghost of someone here!?

"I do not know how I'm able to pick up Rose," Baris says. "If I were to meet other dead people, I could talk to them, but I am only here to keep an eye on Rose. I am only allowed to interfere in Rose's life when it is necessary." He does not sound happy about what he just said. "If you have any more questions you would like to ask me, ask them now. I have to go soon."

Dogura suddenly became light headed. It was just too much for his mint to take in in that state. It was at theat moment that Dogura fainted. Darkness.

Baris nods towards Dogura. "Make sure you help him," he says. Then he continues to wait and see if Cloud has any more questions for him.

OOC: Sorry, Baris doesn't have a lot of time left; he can't take you to an inn too.

Is there a message you would like me to give Rose?

Cloud looked at Baris.

She is alright, right?

Baris smiles. "Yes, she is alright," he says. "Just tell her that I'm sorry I couldn't see her before I had to go and that I love her. And make sure you tell her what Veran said. Farewell, Cloud. Take care of Rose for me." Baris slowly starts to fade away.
