OOC: Ow man! <_<
EDIT: By the way, it just feels better using Honourable Kill now, even though he would die anyway, in case you're curious...

Sorry to disappoint, Weien. But my posting doesn't mean you won't win.
OOC: ^_^ (what more can I say?)
EDIT: By the way, it just feels better using Honourable Kill now, even though he would die anyway, in case you're curious...
Absolutely; go for it. It'll let you do something spectacular for RP purposes, at least... if you want to, that is. *cough*

OOC:

I believe you, Nogare. I was kinda hoping you'd use that, actually.
IC:
Nogare's blade shines like gold as he invokes the power of the Honorable Kill, driving his sword towards Dyquis. The squid, now blinded in both eyes by Shada and Arco's assaults, has no way of seeing the attack coming as it blasts through its defenses (5+10[Roll+AGI*]). The glowing blade penetrates the mutated freak, and the creature lets out a last pained cry as its last ounces of life are drained away...
...and yet, if you listen closely enough, you can hear a note of happiness in the cry, as it thanks the adventurers for finally putting an end to its miserable, pained existence...
Dyquis slowly sinks back into the depths from which it came, never again to rise forth and do battle. As if by magic, the poison that has long infected Rose and Blank disappears. The icy covering for the door melts away just as quickly, and the bars covering the group's entrance slide away.
At long last, everyone is given a chance to rest and recover...unless they're in a rush to see what the next door holds.

Thank you...

But why the cough?
And, guys, I'm gonna be gone YET AGAIN to cut the lawn. Be back in a few minutes...

IC: Raising his slimy, bloody, and altogether damaged blade to the sky, Grenada starts making his way around the room congratulating all of the participants for their contribution, perseverence, and a battle well fought. When he has succeeded in that, he puts the hearts to the foreground again:
"So, anyone ready for a delicious heart?"

Shada nods. "I could sure use one...but you know, we could all just take our fill from that room back there," she comments, indicating the room stuffed full of hearts and jars. She seems to be in doubt about whether to go on first or head back for healing.
OOC: I hereby go get supper. See y'all in a few minutes.

OOC: At 8:00 at night? I guess that's your business, though.
IC: Grenada thinks about it for a second, 'we've been here a while, they could have someone in the previous room, it is, however very tempting.'
"I say we have two options, we can all go back, or we can send a few back to bring some, since we have someone(adds a glance to Raven) who might be able to get some even with them there. Democracy time..."

OOC: Back from work and hankerin' for a good RPin'

Oh and Nogare, what I meant was I was going to work (at a grocery store XD) and then going to see a movie afterwards. Hence the reason I said "The Ballad of Ricky Bobby was hilarious"

Anyway, glad that Blank's finally stopped dieing a little each turn. I'll have to be especially mean to Alpha from now on in my own topic... although, that was the plan for quite some time. Victor needs a rest!
IC: Blank slumped against the wall again, spitting at Dyquis after his failed attack. He knew his attack would undoubtedly fail - he was in a terrible condition at the time, and was surprised he even had the strength to pull himself up off the ground. (OOC: I realize that HNS hasn't made any real complaints about the poison; I'm just having Blank express the real agony behind it. Really now, who would enjoy being poisoned?) He closed his eyes and listened to the horrible battle, cursing the enormous squid. But most of all, cursing Zaboorak and the Hakiems.
His eyes snapped open when he heard Dyquis' defeated noises of anguish, feeling better about the whole situation as he watched it drown - or at least, sink back down to where it belonged, obviously dead. He began to clap his hands, a wide smile presented on his face. Clearly, the poison had lifted; the disgusting taste and feeling of the intoxication had disappeared, and he felt good as new, save for the hunger in his stomach (he had lost almost everything he had eaten in the past days, after all) and the general lack of health. He sprang from the ground, waving to Grenada as he did. "I'll take one of those, if you're giving 'em out." He changed his mind, of course. He felt like a million rupees! No amount of laziness could keep him from backtracking to get his share of hearts.

"I say go back and get some healing items," Rose says. And it is quite understandable; she had been close to death.
OOC: Hurray! I'm not poisoned for the rest of the dungeon!

And thanks for healing me, Nogare.

OOC: You. Guys. Are. Barbaric.
IC:
"Phew... And that's that!"- Tayro said, sitting down to recover some of his energies.
Stretching his arms and legs, the boy sighs, exhausted.
This was short lived however, as he couldn't stay sitting n the same place for long. He then kneeled, bringing his hands together, as he began thinking, speaking inside him a prayer in Ancient Hylian.
Please... Din, goddess of Power... Farore, godess of Courage... Nayru, goddess of Wisdom... grant me thy aid in such time of despair. {Favor of the Godesses}
As Grenada came up to him, he thanked, and also congratulated him for his efforts. Everyone's aid was invaluable against this might beast.
The hylian the got up, and watching his step, walked slowly to the previous room. The floor was soaked, and a bath wouldn't be very nice right now. Who knows what else appeared when the oversized beast showed up.
Going through the passage, he grabbed one of the green-toned jars with the suculent substance that he had left by the side of the door.
In one big gulp, the mage apprentice drank all of the goopy substance, this time tasting like strawberry.
Hmm... I love strawberry!
As soon as he drank it, his magical energies flowing inside him quickly felt revitalized, the boy able to call them once more to his help.

Alex looked sadly as the Dyquis disappeared slowly into the darkness of the pool, wondering how could a Zora, a sea creature himself, could be capable of making his brothers suffer; it was hard to believe(even for Alex himself) but he felt a little sorry for the cranhas, the Dyquis and the moroks, all living life in pain because one of his own race
"Right now, a few hearts and a magic jar would be perfect" he said redirecting his thoughts , knowing that he was right just by looking at the others state.
'How long can we last fighting like this? Every time we turn around there is even a more dangerous trap, I don't like this'

OOC:
At 8:00 at night?
Yeah, that's normally when I eat. Along with the multiple snacks I have as the night goes on.
IC:
Shada follows Tayro back into the hallway, and from there back into the previous room. Though the main exit remains locked, the side room still contains multiple healing items which allow the Sheikah woman to regain every ounce of energy that she had previously held.
