The tall deku chuckled at the little fairy.

'Ah, it wants to be a mage like me. Perhaps us classmates should enlighten each other.'

"Heh, I'd like to see you try to clean a dish. I asked that question of how to become a mage just a bit ago. Appernently, you need to buy 3 Talent points worth of mage restricted spell. Once, you buy those, you' just come here and request to become a mage. By the way little fairy, would you be intrested in buying a deku staff for six rupees? That is only 75% the cost of the deku staffs sold at north castle; a major bargain!"

HOW dare You call me a little fairy? Do you know Who I am.... I am TRISKIT The Flyinf Ball OF DOOOOM. See, my tunic even says so. And If I wanted to I could transform myself into...into YOU! and beat you senceless...but I don't want to. But while you are here how about 4 rupees for the staff, thats All I have you see. and where am I to go to aquire the magic thingys you talk about?

Thanks. All I really need to know is where to get the magic points and how much they cost. thanks

"Surely two rupees aren't too difficult to come across. 6 rupess is as low as I'll go. I'm a deku, but I'm no sap. If you want to get talent points, I'd recomend going over the rules set. But to save you time, I'lll answer your question. You get talent points (TP)from doing quests, and you get a free talent point for every 50 posts you make. You use these points to buy you skills. Once you have 3 TP worth of mage only skill, you'll be eligible to become a mage. I'm on my way to becoming a mage as well, but I'm going to cover the basics before I delve into the intracities of magery."

No, you called him a little fairy, see. By the way, for something like that it should be OOC(Out Of Character) since Pende wouldn't know about italics and the like.

OOC: Oh, i jjust assumed this house was some sort of 'OOC Zone' with all the talk about the rules and such. Kinda reminded me of Red mage from 8-Bit Theater.

IC: O.K. You're not that small. I'm "Pende" by the way, but some call me "Ideyotashi." I was over here to see if my nature as a deku would help me tresist the effects of the nature-element Polymorph Spell.

OOC: soory Its been a whil since this went down and I for got the ettquite for typing, I'll try to doo better.

IC: Right...so... Pen Is what I shall call you then. Pray, where con I go to find these quests of greatness that I must partake on to gain the vast and infinite wisdom that is cheese, or magic, eigther one really I like both. And you sure do drive a hard bargain, how about five rupees.

A random busybody who seems to know too much for his own good adjusts his glasses and peers at the fairy. Yeah right, he "couldn't help but overhear."

"Well, Triskit, you can find a Goron in need over in the North Castle Town Square. Through adventuring a little there (and up north), you're bound to hear about the Mayor of Ruto's plight. And even from the Flats below New Peaktop you may, on a windless night, hear a Rito child crying. About summat."

"Actuly, no-so-little fairy, I just happen to possess extra copies of what you need. Deku wood for the goron, an extra toy for the rito, and a trophy for the mayor. I'll sell them for 10 rupees each."

The busybody stops. He stares disdainfully at Pende over the top of his spectacles. His voice has a scorning tinge to it.

"It is one thing to rob the rich, but do not sell to the poor something that can be found for free. Plus, he did just tell you the state of his financial situation, correct?"

The second sentence sounded a lot gentler. Several in the room relaxed accordingly.

Narrator wrote:Sage Artorius, head Sage and Keeper of Lore for Hyrule's Royal Family sits outside his humble cottage, admiring the warm day that envelopes the Great Crossroads. As you walk up to him, he smiles, "Hello my child. I wonder if you have come to ask me a question about Hyrule Adventures 2? I will clarify any issues you have with the bylaws and details here, if you so wish me to do so!"
How do you get rupees and get items?

Rupees are gained by posting(you'll have to be signed in first ) and you can get items by spending rupees, attaining them in quests, or in some cases, finding them while adventuring... Any other questions?

'Listen to this fool trying to lecture me on business ethics. I'm not running a charity for the less privileged of the fairys among us. I'm just rying to make some honest money.'

Pende tried to explain himself as reasonable as possible.

"Feh, I was just trying to save him the trouble of having to find it himself. You can get anything for free, paying for it just saves you the trouble of finding it or making it yourself.
Well Triskit, if you find that you can't locate the items I'm selling yourself, and if you find the money, I'll still keep my offer on the table, in fact, I'll even sell them for half price."
