"Ok, now tell me, what's your name?"Kayla said.

"I'm Scooter. I'm a construct made from the soul of master's dog that died on earth, and some metal, dirt, sand, and a rabbit." Scooter said.

Kayla smiled and rubbed his head,"Well it's nice to meet you Scooter."

"Are you going to stay here with Master? he's been very lonely for a long time." Scooter said.

"Of course,"Kayla replied.

"YAAAAAAHH!!!!" howled the small dog as he ran around Kayla several times "FINALLY! NO MORE CHESS GAMES!!!"

Kayla burst out laughing,"Chess? Man, I'm so bad at that game."

"Well then, Wanna go downstairs so Master can sleep some." Scooter said, barking loudly.

"Sure,"Kayla said.

Running downstairs, Scooter atacked a cloaked figue. "YOU!" he snarled as the robed assalant kicked the small dog. " Hello Kayla...long time no see..." Said Mathais, Half-brother of Sovelis.

Kayla froze at the last step. She had a look of confusen on her face. She forgot who he was at first. ANd then she remembered and had a panicked look on her face.

You looked worried. Don't forget, I cannot harm you here, or, at least, I think I can't... he said as he tried to throw a fireball up the stairs. Damn! I guess that the stone must still be in place...Where is brother at Kayla? he asked calmly as he pulled off his hood, showing how much he looked like Sovelis, exept for his eyes. His eyes didn't have the gleam of happyness like Sovelis's, but a tainted hatred showed out of his eyes that seemed to twist his smile into something sinister. "What do you want with master?!?" Barked Scooter, who stood in front of Kayla. "Go get him Mistress, now!" he wispered to her.

"Uh right!" Kayla said, running back up the stairs.

"ZZZZzzzzz....." Sovelis is snoring upstairs.

well...where is he? Mathais sat in Sovelis's chair downstairs.

Kayla started shaking Sovelis,"Wake up."
