After his sword had passed through Alpha, Sovelis jumped back and away from the Sheikah mage. "Well... that was unexpected. I didn't think that anyone else could wield the powers of the Void better than I can." he mumbled, his eyes locked on Alpha's face. " I'd fight you longer, but I have a small 'side-quest' that I have to do before this day's battle is over. Goodday to you." He made a mock bow quickly to his advisary, then lept into the air in the drection of the town, and his home. Worru needs to see someone die right before his eyes? I guess that Smiley won't mind if I splatter someone's brains on the kid...
Even though he was about 15 feet in the air, he was far from safe and secure from the battle. Many stray and aimed arrows zoomed by Sovelis as he rushed back to the ground, then kicked off of the ground again, leaping dozens of yards in each bound. After this, I can go on a killing splurge... I guess.

Smiley, seeing the Demonic Tempest General begin on his way to finish the mission the Kings had given him, before this battle had begun. With this, and also the fact the gate was down, he began to attack any foes he found with blasts of truly potent blasts of poison, accidentally hitting the monsters with his blasts as well.
But it was all accidents, he said.
---------------------------
Being, even with full understanding of what the Tempest was going to do, the King of Painful Knowledge felt a pang of guilt for doing this to the young, innocent boy. But he held his position, knowing full well that this must happen.

Worru tried to open the door still, unable to find a way to.

"Oh, crap."
Masakazu stumbled, his knees giving way as he collided with a big fragment of the gate. He hadn't seen it lying there, as he was too excited to get to the enemy beyond. He climbed above it with some difficulty, and jumped with a heavy thud. Not the most flexible person, he winced as his toe popped. Great. Just, great. The mage continued on, however, and grabbed a near Hylian soldier by the head. His outstretched hand covered the man's forehead, one of his veins popping. Masakazu smiled devillishly as the man began to screech in pain, smoke hissing under Masa's hand. After a few seconds, the man had disintegrated into a small pile of ash and armor.
The mage began to run, receiving a blow here and there, but doing more damage than he was receiving. He was up on the walls now, amongst the archers. From his peripheral vision, he saw a bleeding archer, his blonde hair stained with sticky, red liquid. The mage drew closer, wanting to finish up his life. Raising his hand towards the man, a small, swirl of lavender formed on his palm.
-------
Laido looked up, his vision blurred. He squinted, seeing a darkly dressed mage standing over him, casting a long shadow. The archer gripped his profusely bleeding arm tightly, trying to see who the man was. The black hair...the green eyes... His voice was cracked as he hoarsely whispered,
"Masakazu?"
------
Masakazu startled, and dropped his arm to his side. It was Laido. Why hadn't he noticed him before? The mage hesitated, his arm rising again. He was a man of his word. And he had made his promise. To kill, regardless of feelings and the past. That was war. The mage's hand trembled slightly, his fingers quivering like his chin was doing. However, he managed to blast a force of purple at Laido, who raised his arms to protect himself. A blinding flash of lavender exploded as it hit the ground, right next to the archer, not really killing him, but enough to have burnt half of his body. The mage turned without another word, and ran down the stairs.
-------
Zeze looked up, her green eyes wide. She could swear that she saw an explosion where the archers were. The bard hesitated, wondering if she should go up, and check on her beloved. However, she knew Laido could handle himself. Hopefully.
------
Laido gasped for breath, blood gushing from his mouth. He tried to feel his burnt body, but the pain was too strong. Waves of agony washed over his torn body, as he stumbled to the ground, his head colliding with the stone floor. His hazel eyes were no more as he closed his eyelids, all sense and emotion leaving him.

Alpha's eyebrows rise as not one, but both of the idiotic fools who have attacked him directly take their leave. "Huh," he mutters under his breath as he turns to look back at where the city lies, under fierce attack by the Dark Army. He adds one more thing before slowly turning back towards the city and meandering down the dirt road across the now barren battlefield (barren only because the fighting has shifted to inside the walls), speaking the words without threat or annoyance. It is merely an observation that surprises him.
"I had no idea that the Dark Army was led by such . . . cowards."
* * *
A shiver ran up his spine as Cormoros exited his portal, though he had no way of knowing that the dark general was the source of his abruptly startled spirit. The former general of the Hylian Knights turned away from the Wizzrobe he had just killed, withdrawing the blade from its head, wiping the blood off of it, and sheathing it without even sparing a glance in the sword's direction.
'A darkness, unlike that which I have felt in some time . . .' Richarn thinks as he turns his head in the direction that the feeling has sprouted from. 'Koura,' he calls out, using the Goldforce as a conduit to form a direct line of telepathic communication between the Golden Gerudo and himself. 'Get down here; I think I might be wanting some backup on this.'
'On what?'
'Something new has entered this portion of the battle.' Noval purses his lips, his face serious as his fires an Elemental Burst of Light at a Moblin trying to sneak up behind him. 'And I don't like the feel of it . . .'

OOC: Alpha, I hate you and your cool nature.
IC: General Taimat passed by Arrika moments after she had slain a boy, arriving too late to know that she was a cold murderer. The General of Hyrule moved into the north side of Rauru, two Hylian Soldiers protecting him at all times.
The General was almost at a safe destination, however, when a particularly threatening opponent appeared: a Darknut. The armored being was almost almost a head taller than Taimat, and carried a huge battle axe. In one swing, the foe killed both of Taimat's aids, and sent the General himself flying into a nearby building, his blood trailing behind him.
Cormoros was nigh impossible to kill. He simply strolls down the street towards the location he believes is Noval, using a stolen Hylian sword to fell his enemies, who usually fell to their gag reflex before hand.
That man back there had some . . . interesting powers. Even Sovelis would have succumbed to the poison quickly. Oh well, i'll have him later.
As he thinks this, he passes by Aureliano, who is screaming at the top of his lung in a challange. Cormoros, in all his desgusting glory, moves towards the boy. His stolen blade is in his hand. "You have much spirit, boy," The undead says as he opproaches, "I'll make you a servant of mine later." He finishes, stabbing Aureliano in the shoulder, and leaving the blade there. Cormoros then moves on, ready to find Noval....
Once more, however, he came across an interesting thing; a necromancer reviving a fallen knight for his own will. Cormoros opproached this new stranger, and wrapped one of his decayed hands around the boy's shoulder.
"My, my...... you have an..... interesting affinity for this." Cormoros remarks as the knight stands and walks to it's master Xeon. "You stay right here," He says, pinning Xeon's clothes to a nearby wall with a dagger, "And i'll return to fight you." The undead then turns and moves away, killing two Soldiers on his way, finally, to his destination. For now, he simply stared upward, at the Kargarocks that were carrying a few barrels of Powder Keg, a rare explosive in Hyrule. On Cormoros' signal, the deadly explosives would be dropped and detonated, killing several of the Hylian Knights in one quick attack.
Taimat awoke in pain, and pulled himself off the ground, and stumbled out of the house, only to see that a boy he recognized as Laido was dying on the ground. The General of Hyrule quickly ran over and scooped up the boy, and began heading to one of the last safe zones, where he hoped to get medical treatment.
The town was being overrun. Soon, the hoards would win. It was almost as if the enemies army grew larger, dispite the fact that countless of their numbers are being killed every second.
OOC: We can do this two ways: The Powder Keg drops as planned, and the battle ends quickly with a Dark victory. Or we can use certain mages and send the bombs into the enemy hoards, reducing the enemy lines by A LOT. Either way, the bombs drop next post, it's what everyone posts after
this one that affects what happens.
Add 'Succumbed' to the list of words I can't spell....

by Sovelis
Sovelis landed within the walls of Rauru, the wooden baricades around the town that he had adopted as his new hometown. This was the fate of anywhere that the Tempest lived. War followed him like a storm across the fabric of Time and Space. "Now...Where is Worru at?"
Sovelis strode down the street, many dozens of feet behind Cormoros. He watched as Aureliano was stabbed, and Xeon pinned to the wall with a dagger. Damn it! I can't just leave those two there to be kille by that monster... Without hesitation, he ran to his wounded friend and yanked the sword from Aurel's shoulder, then began to cast a healing spell upon him. "Get out of here. Today is not the day for you to die... I'm sorry my friend... Now Go!"
He ran from the young Hylian, and passed by Xeon. Grabbed the dagger in his mechanical hand as he ran past the Necromancer to free him. I have spared two young men from death today... but in order to finish my mission, others must die and one will loose his innocence...
With his sword still gripped in his real hand, Sovelis had to fight off several Hylian Knights and Soldiers as the ran at the man they now knew as an enemy, and a high-ranked one at that. With thoughts of promotions in their heads and swords in their hands, they ran at the Tempest to kill him. "I don't want to do this now... I'm running out of time so out of my way or die!" he shouted at the men. They showed no sighs of slowing or retreating, so the Dark General locked his eyes on the men running at him. First Act: Dance of Thirteen Blades, Unleashed!
Just as it had done when he had battled one of the Seven Stars, Sovelis used his signature sword-technique to kill these men quickly and without remorse. Twelve swords similar to the one gripped in his hand formed in the air around him, floating without anything to hold them there. The Tempest floated slightly of the ground and rushed at the Hylians and Humans that fought to defend Rauru Town, his swords slicing through the air, armor, the soldiers weapons, and the men themselves. Cutting them apart with deadly accuracy and skill.

by Arrika
Streaks of blood were splattered across the Sheikah's thin, pale face- barely any of it being her own. She'd forgotten how many she'd killed so far.
It was as Kobas had described it. You lose count after a while, and you start to become numb. Your brain, your soul, your emotions... everything deadens, everything goes cold, yet your body still goes on fighting. You forget everything else. The blood of the enemy on your hands is all that matters.
Arrika whirled around, fighting a halbeirder and another young myrmidon at once. The halbeirder lunged, nearly gutting her with his lance, but the agile thief dodged at the last moment. The myrmidon, this one female, tried to trip her as she spun on her heel. Arrika grinned- she'd been under the impression that only the Dark and their hordes fell to such low tactics. But she was a thief, and thieves were the masterminds of underhanded tricks.
As the girl swept her leg out Arrika barreled into her and stomped on her outstretched leg, smiling again as she heard a satisfying crack. A quick stab finished her opponent once and for all, her body tossed like a rag doll with the rest of the fallen. The halbeirder, another young man, threw down his lance in complete surrender. He tried to stumble away, his breath coming out in terrified gasps- he knew he was going to die. Arrika's sword glowed with fire as she lunged and slashed at his back, the armor melting and his skin being torn apart.
She could feel the blood lust rising in her, and she knew she was losing her mind already when she heard someone laugh madly. She looked around, confused, then realized that she was the one who had made the chilling sound.
A flash of silver caught her eye- not the gleam of polished weapons, but a length of silvery hair. Was that... Sakiko? Arrika's breath caught in her throat. Of course. How could she forget? This war- by siding with Sovelis and the rest of the Dark, that automatically put her against her friends. Her only friends, who'd been with her through thick and thin. Sakiko, the best friend she'd ever had, even though they had opposite personalities. And now she'd have to kill her. Arrika could easily walk away and slay someone else- but if Sakiko saw her and they made eye contact, they would have no choice but to confront each other.
----------------
Seth pushed his unruly green hair out of his eyes and stared up at the grim sky. A bunch of Kargarocks were grouped together oddly, obviously carrying something. His mouth twitched into a smile- in a matter of seconds the Dark would win. The Kegs would fall, killing countless numbers on both sides- but Hyrule would suffer the greater loss.
A grunting sound got his attention- a Moblin had decided the short thief was an easy target, and had raised its blood stained lance to kill him. Seth's eyes gleamed, similar to the way Sauron's would glow, and the Moblin with its puny brain realized that the young boy was deadlier than he seemed. Seth raised his hand and made a grabbing motion, and the monster started to choke, his windpipe now being crushed. In seconds it was dead at Seth's feet, who jumped over the body and beckoned for Thorne to follow.
"Go, Thorne. Before you die."
The cute archer made his way through the battle nimbly, ducking once or twice as an axe or a sword swung above his head.
Seth knew Thorne wasn't going to die in this war- the kid was a lucky little bastard. He wouldn't die for a very annoyingly long time.
"Go, join the rest of those stupid soldiers. You'll be the last one left." Seth spun on his heel and went to go look for Kobas and Sovelis.

Ooc: ooohhh... drama...
IC: Sakiko held up her smoking hand, tossing back her silver hair with a flourish. She was about to go for another, when she had just noticed Aureliano's shoulder bleeding, with a knife stuck on it. Her stomach dropped with a pang, fear running its icy finger down her spine. Running, everything was blurred to her. The mage stumbled over the corpses as she screamed his name, never feeling such emotion before. Kneeling before him, she was about to clamp her hand down on the wound, when Sovelis had come to his rescue. Her eyes were coated with warm tears as she felt gratitude and dislike all at the same time. It almost hurt her to know that the 'enemy' had gotten there first, before she had.
Her hand on his shoulder, she said not a word, silent and holding unto him as tightly as she could. She wanted to say a million things, but her throat was tight and would not obey. The mage looked up from his shoulder, to look at his face. As she did so, a lone figure in the peripheral version captured her attention. She was fighting byherself, killing an myrmidon with agility and skill. Where had she seen those moves before...? They looked so familiar... Sakiko raised her eyes, staring directly at the fighter.
What she saw was more painful than an arrow piercing her heart.
Arrika.
The mage stood up slowly, and everything seemed to grow silent around her. The death, the screams of pain, the hysterical battle cries were all lost to her, her body frozen. And then, slowly, her legs began to move. Sakiko drew closer to the thief, her grip on her staff growing tighter every second. The mage stood before the Sheikah now, her eyes more black than the midnight sky. Her voice was all lost to her, all sense had left her.
Sakiko raised her hand slowly, her fingers trembling.
slap
The mage shook with a million emotions - mostly anger. She wanted to ask if Arrika was here on a mistake. If she just was killing her allies on mere accidents. But she wasn't so naive anymore. Her voice was strangled as she managed to choke,
"How could you do it?"

by Worru
Worru yelled out, slamming his fists on the door, which still wouldn't open. "ARGH! WHY THE HECK DID SOVELIS LOCK HIS FLIPPIN' DOOR!?" he yelled once more, before turning, laying his back on the door, and sliding down to the ground. Last time I was even here, the door was broken down., he thought, grumbling.
-----------------------------------
Being turned to see the Kargarocks floating above, each holding a Powder Keg, which he knew would, if they fell, destroy whatever it fell on, and anything around it. He thought over his choices: 1) He could light the fuses now, thug destroying the birds. 2) If they fell, he could use wind to blow them over to the Dark side, no Force needed. 3) He could create a shield around the town, protecting it from harm.
-----------------------------------
Smiley also saw the Powder Kegs, and the birds turned bombers. However, though he wasn't nearly as smart as Being, he did have more powers. With a small, unnoticable blast towards each and every Kargarock, he was able to change their density, making both the birds, and the bombs, lighter.
----------------------------------

WARNING:
NEWCOMER APPROACHING

The Stalfos knights ran around, knowing full well to fight only those who fought for the Dark. However, one Stalfos, their leader, stayed hidden, until he decided it was the best time.
And now, it was the best time for him to appear.
With his scythe gripped in one hand, light from torches around him making both the blade, and the sliver Stalfos designed skull hammer on the back of it, glow, he ran off into battle, cape flapping around in the wind.
Reginald was here to fight.

OOC: Cold? You call this cold? Oh, Kasei, Kasei, Kasei . . .
Trust me, bud, you haven't seen anything yet.
Oh, and please do tell me if the following is a little over the top.
IC:
Shada and Koura dart over the rooftops, rushing as fast as their legs will carry them in the direction that Noval has indicated to his fellow Golden One. Her weapons have been sheathed, while Shada's daggers remain at the ready. The Sheikah woman has been darting in front of her companion, effortlessly slaughtering anyone who might stand in their path with a minimal amount of effort.
"Shada, skyward!" Koura cries, just as her ally strikes down a Lizalfos. Her eyes shoot up, expecting to see some creature dive bombing the pair, but instead finds her sight falling upon a group of Kargarocs carrying . . .
"Powder Kegs?! Nayru's Love!" the Sheikah cries out, grabbing at her bow for a second before hesitantly deciding to keep it stored behind her. She could try to shoot the kegs, certainly, but the likelihood of her making such a shot is just as good as the chance of her hitting the Kargarocs themselves, which would cause them to release the kegs early, and in the end that would do the same amount of damage.
Unless . . . in a series of leaps she manages to get up on a building several stories than most in the city, and finds herself slowly grinning. "What are you smiling about?!" Koura yells, frantic at the sight of the bombs and not understanding what Shada is thinking. Then the Sheikah points out to a particular point in the city, and the Gerudo lets her gaze follow the arrow . . .
She joins in the grinning as her eyes fall on the area over which the Kargarocs are currently soaring. Obviously trying to avoid being shot down, it seems their path is unwittingly going to take them directly over one of the larger groups of the enemy forces. She glances back to the Sheikah, about to make a comment along the lines of 'you thinking what I'm thinking?', only to find Shada already letting loose an arrow.
Koura is quick to join. Noval will undoubtedly understand the reason for the delay.
* * *
With a satisfied smile, Wraith withdraws his hand from his latest victim, nonchalantly tossing the head of yet another Moblin over his shoulder. He glances back, raises his eyebrows in pleasant surprise; he's getting quite a collection of heads now.
He twists around, grabbing the shaft of yet another spear as it flashes past him, then decides against another decapitation and just plunges his dragonic claw straight through the face and out the other side of the head. Gory? Very. Intense? You bet. Enthralling for one like Wraith? Absolutely.
But not everything is so great for the battle. With the last of his foes in sight crumpling to the ground in front of him, the Sheikah leaps up to one of the rooftops. A bit of airborne darkness in the midst of white clouds catches his eyes first though, and he quickly finds himself grinding his teeth as he realizes what they are carrying. 'Bombs . . .' he thinks, his mind abruptly racing to figure out some way to do something about the creatures and their baggage, completely unaware of the plans Shada and Koura are already implementing. A thought strikes him, but he takes a moment to consider it. 'Well . . . it goes out of order . . .' he cringes, trying to make up his mind on what action to perform now. Finally, he just shrugs. 'Yes, it goes out of order, which will mess everything up, but I suppose that the end of the world can wait for another day.' That decides it then; no Annihilation Restoration for this battle.
His right hand rises upwards, stretching to the heavens, while his left one drops to his side, descending towards the bowels of the earth. Everything, to his mind, goes silent around him, drowned out by the power being funneled through him and into manipulating the elements. A single thought manages to break into his sudden focus, and it brings a smile to his lips - 'This ought to make things much more interesting around here.'
"Light of Shadow, Shadow of Light,"
"Power from earth, which in skies reign,"
"Come now, aura of loving spite;"
All throughout the cityscape and the surrounding area, a breeze gushes through the streets, strong enough to begin picking up the bodies of the dead, and the injured, and carrying them several feet, and throwing many of those still fighting off balance, including a group of Bokoblins that Noval happens to be walking past. A flash of gilded sword later and he's added another ten kills to his already impressive list. The wind is over as soon as it begins, though.
A white sphere, comprised entirely of the Wind Essence, forges itself within Wraith's hand. The dust of the earth too seems to rise up and collect itself around his left fist, becoming an orb of the Essence of the Earth element.
"Emerge as Earthbound Hurricane!"
* * *
Idarz shoulders slump in sudden relief as he sees the spell being cast and witnesses its effects - though few others will see any sign to relax in the chaos that follows. All over the region of Rauru Town, boulders rise up from the ground, breaking free of the earth with sudden lurches and hurtling skywards, ramming into everything and everything that might impede their progress to the centerpoint of the magic. Over the center of the city, the boulders gather, spinning around as if propelled by a twister - and yet the air is still, silent . . . for the first few seconds, that is.
Then the air's sudden increase of momentum roars through the ears of all present, deafening some of the beasts of Ganon, who rely on such senses as hearing far more heavily than the humanoid species. The clouds in the sky are funneled downwards and condensed, creating a black vortex of rainclouds mixed in with rocks of all size, from pebbles to colossal boulders - and the truly interesting thing is that while the wind spins around the epicenter in one direction, the boulders fly the opposite way. Those who bother to think about it, and who even have time to think about such things, will realize the devastating nature of this setup: the wind will propel you one way, and boulders coming at you the other way . . . if one is caught up in the twister, they will likely be crushed to death as the earth and air join forces.
And with the earth being the part that shall be doing the crushing, the wind must find another way to aid. So it begins pulling on anything and everything in the area, almost seeming to reach forth and grab at the buildings, warriors, and beasts within a several kilometer radius. . .
. . . including the Kargarocs and their cargo. He can't even see what's happening outside any longer, but it will only take a little bit of extra effort to catch the birds off guard and destroy their cargo while still in their talons - or better yet, send it into that Cormoros' stomach. Oh, this will be more fun than he's had in a while.
He takes a step forward, the hurricane following him closer to where the birds soar.

by Arrika
She could have moved, dodged, even struck back- but it was as if Arrika was glued to the ground. The thief didn't raise an arm to block, and only rubbed the sore spot on the side of her face. It stung- not physically, but emotionally stung. Sakiko's outburst had expressed a thousand emotions that couldn't be put into words.
"Sakiko-" she began, her voice hoarse from saying nothing the entire battle, except maybe a battle cry or two. The stormy look in the mage girl's eyes frightened her, and all the Sheikah wanted to do was drop her bloody sword and hug her, say she was sorry, tell her she knew now that if she'd thought for one moment she would have realized she would have to fight her friends, and would have had no part in this...
"How is that- how is that any of your business?!" Arrika said sharply instead, her temper flaring. One swing. One move, and she could be dead at my feet. I wouldn't even have to think about it.. But her momentum was broken, and it was as if she'd woken up to come face to face with another horrible nightmare.
"Just because- just because you forgot what love was, doesn't mean I did too!" Arrika knew it was a cheap shot, reminding Sakiko how she hurt Masakazu by forgetting everything, forgetting that once upon a time a lively, innocent girl with silvery hair fell in love with her childhood friend, only to wake up one day with her memories lost and her feelings for him gone.
Arrika shut her mouth, wishing she hadn't said anything at all- she felt foolish, stupid, childish. "You wouldn't understand, okay?!"
----------------------
Hiyagi looked up and barked, circling the ground as he watched the Kargarocks and the explosives overhead. Rhyss noticed the wolf's odd behavior and looked up as well, understanding the situation at once. "Of course..." he muttered. "This battle is as good as ours now... But it seems almost too good to be true."
"Too easy, isn't it?"
Rhyss wheeled around sharply, raising his scythe in defense, only to look down and realize that a green-haired thief was staring at him with raised eyebrows. "Yes, yes it is..." he said distractedly. "I don't suppose- I don't suppose you can do anything about it?"
"Unless I somehow grow wings, fly up there, and make sure they don't miss...not really," Seth replied simply. "I See the future. I don't change it whenever I want to."

Ooc: Its ok if I use profanity in times where it’s a great emphasis on my writing, right?
Ic: “Dammit!”
Xeon jumped, his arms hanging loosely about him. Great, two people touched him so far, with their bloodstained, or rotten hands. Two people! He suddenly felt exhausted, as if he had ran across the desert for two days in a row without rest. This was just too much. The Necromancer began to pinch his clothes irritably, the idea that Sovelis had just saved his life completely passing him. The place where the dagger had ripped through his jacket created a frown on his face.
It wasn’t the death, pain, or loss of loved ones that created the deep set frown. No, it was the plain filth that just may be hovering on his shoulder. With another sigh, Xeon carefully removed his jacket, and threw it over a dead body. He muttered, “filth loves filth.” The mage breathed in carefully, and paced about as if he was enjoying a nice spring day. He had used up too much power for now. It would be a short while before he could fully recover.
Xeon folded his hands behind his back, and sauntered through the battle fields with a small grin on his face. He observed the killing with approving nods, and moved on. As monsters jumped on him with their weapons held high, Xeon expertly dodged to and fro, his arms still folded behind his back. The mage’s smile grew wider, and one might’ve thought that he was a strange freak.
Perhaps he was.
As he was about to walk forth a bit more, a fellow Hylian soldier – he looked like he was of some importance by that smug look that had been embedded into his face – (this is Sakiko’s idea..*Sighs*) yelled in an overly squeaky voice,
“Hey, you! Stop walking around like an idiot and fight!”
Xeon looked around, his sharp eyebrows raised in a sarcastic innocence. He mouthed with exaggerated motion, me? The soldier looked annoyed as he shouted,
“Who else, fool?”
The Necromancer shrugged, and flicked his finger at the soldier’s heart. Suddenly, the man’s eyes rolled back into his sockets, screaming with unearthly agony. The mage smiled ruthlessly, and scratched his chin with leisure. After nodding at the pains with satisfaction, he flicked his finger at a corpse of a Moblin. Ghostly black smoke drifted from the man’s mouth into the Moblin’s. Xeon breathed in sharp pain, the kind of pain you feel when you ran for miles.
The Moblin stood up, its piggish eyes gleaming in sudden life. Its head head been cut open, but it looked fine. The Necromancer lazily directed the Moblin with his thoughts to go and kill whatever was in its way. The pig began to crash through its fellow monsters, biting, scratching, kicking… Xeon watched in devilish delight, amused that a ‘friend’ could be turned away so easily.

Burlo eyed the ball of energy as his sapped arm muscles ached at his side; That had taken a lot of his strength to deflect. His free arm flew up over his head as a sudden chunk of debris rocketed by, his footing getting lost as the section of the wall by him was blown out. He stumbled upright and away from the chasm, only to have the section of the wall on the other side decimated as well. He fell on his rump as he attempted to change directions, feeling as though he were at the Goddesses' mercy as his small perch teetered slightly. Then he saw a bright light out of the corner of his eye--the shot had been deflected back. "No!" He breathed, at the same time noticing the kargaroc with their deadly payload above. It seemed hopeless--he couldn't take care of the energy attack headed his way and shoot down the powder kegs all at once--he was but one drunk. Unless...His eyes widened as he chuckled defiantly. "Ye're trap ain't gettin' Burlo!"
He leapt to his feet, energy slightly replenished as he delved into his final stores, the aura at the point of his staff returning with a vigor. As the ball of magic came within yards of the cleric, he reared backwards, planting his feet and swinging his arms. The deadly attack and the desperate defence collided once again in a shower of sparks, and Burlo felt as though he remained in that spot, pushing against the ever-approaching orb of death for several seconds, until he was finally able to do it. He changed the momentum of the magic, sending it hurtling at an upward angle--Towards the kargaroc. He did not have time to see the results of his ploy. For every action, there is a reaction; the force he had used to push back the magical harbinger now had an twin, just as great in strength and in the opposite direction. Burlo, and the sliver of stone that had been his perch, dropped backwards, the cleric's feet seperating from the blackened floor as his worn body toppled to the ground below. "Fer Hyrule..." He mumbled once more.

Junter didn't even recognize his own weapon anymore. It had become so masked with blood and innards over the last few minutes that no longer could its rocky texture be seen. He found himself in a small clearing among the warfare, gratefully intaking a few short breaths before hurtling back into the fray, blood splattered over various parts of his body. Whether it was his own or his enemies', he did not know. Nor did he care.

by Sakiko
Sakiko breathed in slowly, getting rid of any emotion that lingered in her face. She wiped her hand that she had slapped Arrika with on her robe, as if she had touched something filthy. The mage stared at the Sheikah steadily, her pale complexion drained of all feelings, just... blank. She couldn't think of anything to say. What should she say? The only words that were on her mind were all hurtful, both to her and most likely Arrika, too. Her voice was steady as she said with a slight hiss,
"This has nothing to do with love, Arrika. If you truly felt love-"
Her voice crackled. It hurt her. It killed her to know that Arrika loved Sovelis more than her. She wanted to fall on her knees and cry, pounding on the bloodstained dirt, strike her again, beat her down with insults...something. And that insult about her amnesia was way below the belt. Sakiko clenched her teeth together, trying to controll her anger that was fuming inside. It wasn't her fault that she forgot. Maybe she should've mentioned that Arrika was hated by all at birth, after she lost everything to a fire. She continued,
"-then, you wouldn't be here, where you stand, holding that filthy sword."
-----
Zeze stood on her tip toes, trying to look for Sakiko. Where had that mage gone to? Honestly, the bard was terrified for the pale girl. She ran back towards the Hylian defenses, yelling out Sakiko's name. The bard saw a small clearing, where two people stood still as stone.
"ARRIKA! SAKIKO!"
Zeze ran up to them with energy, skipping. She skidded to a stop and gave Arrika a rib-crushing hug.
"Goddesses, where were you?"
Her green eyes travelled towards the still mage, and she slightly punched Sakiko's shoulder playfully.
"What's wrong with you, still cold as ever, seeing an old friend in a battle field?"
Sakiko moved away slightly, dusting off the place where Zeze had punched her. She growled,
"Don't touch me with that adulterated hand."
Zapheta raised her eyebrows, and swerved around to meet Arrika's eyes.
"...what's...wrong?"
The mage blinked, her lips sealed tightly. Ignoring the bard, she met Arrika's gaze.
"I don't need to understand. You're right, it's none of my business: you and I, we are nothing now, if there was anything before."
------
Laido awoke abruptly, only to feel that he was being...carried? He could feel the strong, iron taste of blood in his mouth, as he tried to open his lips. Gazing up, he saw that Taimat - the great, honorable general that he had feared talking to before - was holding him. His blood stained face began to melt away from the warm tears (ooc: figuratively speaking...) as he felt the cold wind on his face. Before drifting off to another black dream, he muttered with a hoarse voice,
"Don't let me die, Sir. I have people to protect..."

by Sovelis
Sovelis killed all but the youngest of the soldiers that attaked him. The swirling blades had cleaved and cut through the men with ease and presicion, killing them quickly and efficiantly with no wasted action. The kicking and bleeding Hylian struggled against cold, iron grip of the Tempest's left hand, clawing at the mechanical arm.
"Just kill me...Get it over with, you traitor!"
The young man's beaten body had no way to escape, and Sovelis still had a small task to finish before the battle ended. "No... I won't kill you... yet." the Tempest's smile was dark, and only spoke of the horrible death that was about to befall the young man heald in the grip of his fake hand. Worru has to see someone die? Alright. And my luck is pretty good now... There's my house... and the kid himself.
With the man being dragged behind him, Sovelis walked quickly towards the goal of his little mission. "Sethu Reginald Worruson... It is so good to see you again. Have you been a good boy?" he yelled, that dark, sinister smile still on his youthful face. "Is your mother doing well?"
