OOC: Hi, KockyKo. You can only buy weapons at this shop. That quartermaster must have a thing for instruments of death. To find other items, go to different towns and locations. You should be able to find what you need.
IC:
Blank strolls casually into the shop, he hasn't been here for some time. He feels a rush of memories of his early adventures as he eyes the 1H Weaponry and shields. Straightening up, he approches the Quartermaster.
Hithos, it's me, Blank Fireside. A while back, I came in here and promised I would train to be a nomad. I have learned the ability Level Three Find Sustenance. Tell me, Quartermaster, do I have your blessing as a true Nomad now?

Find areas where you can be awarded TP, there are many around Hyrule. When you fulfill the request, Royal Guard will award you a TP. When you have 3, talk to the Quartermaster.

Hithos frowns, seeing that you did not value deku weapons. Well, young fighter, I might be able to help you, but you should get your weapons first. I sell not better weapons than Deku, which do 5 DMG, but try going to another twn, because there are no others other than Deku here. Chainmail can be found in Ruto, and other Deku in Rauru, but no other. Sorry...

He bows his head.
"Thank you for your assistance."
The hylian turns and begins the trek to Deku Forest.

Ok, you may have figured it out after posting that, but you simply post something, and get one rupee per post. But don't just write 'blablablablablablabla!' on it, cuz that woul be pointless for your story. Does that help. good.

Now, Nogare had helped 3 people, and had gained 3 TPs. He knew that, to officially become a Vassal, he needed to gain 3 TPs. Now that he did, he came to the Quatermaster Hithos. As he entered the Building, he saw Raru sign. "Raru, is that you? What a great thing to come upon you here. Thank you again for your help before in Ruto. We never would have saved the village if you hadn't come. He looked at bhios rupee bag. "... Try counting your money again." And he did. 8 rupees were inside; just enough to buy a staff. Nogare patted his shoulder. "There you go, lad." And so he approached Quartermaster Hithos. But, before speaking to him, he turned back to Raru. "Young lad, have you spoken to Sage Artorius yet? Help afew people around Hyrule, then speak to him. Right now, you are not a mage; you are only a scholar." He smiled, and looked back at Quatermaster Hithos.
The man sat, crafting his swords, sheilds, and staffs. Nogare smiled. "Hithos. I've heard much about you. You are the creator of the weapons in North castle, and the Grunt Class Leader. I have helped the Rito Child on New Peaktop. And, I found Din's Bracelet, as well as helped a Goron find Deku Wood in the Town Square. I did those for the TP, but I have also saved Ruto Town froma gang of bandits, and protected the caravans going to and from Parapa and North Castle, and helped save Vordan from a group of Bokoblins. I plan to do much more for Hyrule, but now, I wish for the class of a Vassal. I will protect this land well." The Hylian bowed deeply.

The Quartermaster looks over Nogare once...twice...three times, before looking the adventurer straight in the eye. He lowers his head and sighs. "I sense that you are very close to becoming a Vassal. You have indeed done many admirable deeds that prove your loyalty to the king and this kingdom of Hyrule, but you still lack a true understanding of what a vassal is!"
He turns and walks back to his selection of blades and staves. "I sense you know the skill of killing honorably, which takes 2 TP to master. Spend at least one more TP on a skill restricted to the Vassal class, and you shall have the rank that you desire!"

Nogare bows deeply, nonor being one of his main virtues. "I will do as you desire, Quatermaster." Without any further words, he left the building.
He left the Smithy, and thought back to the book of the Rules Set. He read it when his father was still alive. I have mastered Honourable Kill. I don't know... there is The King's Banner I have not learned. I will look into that move. He leaves to the Town Square, and entered the Library...
OOC: The post will continue in the North castle Library, and will continue in the same post below.
IC: Nogare returned. He had learned The King's Banner, after a while of studying in the Library. His heart was beating hard; for his entire life, he had dreamt of becoming a Vassal; to serve North Castle, and to defend the kingdom from the Exiles; his father had trained him well for this. A Nobleman. A Lord. A Vassal. He approached the Quatermaster, his chin raised, looking noble, even as he was only a Knight as of now. He would promise to fight well in the battles to come. He entered the arsonal, and said, "Hithos, I have returned, and have learned The King's Banner." He smiled, not widely, but still honoured.
