"Argh! Not fair!"-the boy mumbled, a bit of anger in his tone of voice.
Sulking for a few seconds, the answer finally came to him.
That's right! It might work!
"Alex!"- Tayro called - "Can you go to the other side and drop two Artic Seeds in the torches on my mark, please?"
The boy grabbed two extra Artic Seeds, and lifted them up over the torches, this time not dropping them in.
"Tell me when you're ready."-the hylian said, with full determination, not accepting a 'no' for an answer.

OOC: No! :P
IC: 'So it won't work, eh?' Alex angered a little as he saw his futile efforts
"OK, Tayro, let's try your plan then; on one condition, if it doesn't work, you'll help me out with my plan"
Alex walked all the way back to the other side of the room ( careful with the pirhells!) and as soon as he reached it, he took two seeds
"When ever your ready!" he said
OOC: you can mod Alex releasing the seeds if you want

OOC: Okay ^_^

IC:
"Sure! If it doesn't work, then I'm all yours in this matter."-he told him, a grin forming in his face.
Yet I doubt that'll be necessary...
Watching the Zora crossing the bars, the boy shivered.
Yeowch! Those Piranhells almost got him!
Thanking the goddesses that he had crossed safely, the boy sighed of relief.
Now turning his attention to the torches, the boy began the countdown.
"Three...two...one...Drop!"-he yelled, as both he and Alex dropped the Artic Seeds into the torches.
Hope this does it!

As the seeds fall into the flames, all four instantly go out, plunging the entire room into darkness. But though the sense of sight has suddenly been suspended, the groups' aural abilities abound (OOC: phew...too much alliteration/assonance there... ). There is a distinct sound of metal scraping against jagged stones, and the rolling of the river waters slowly dies away. As it does so, a great number of high-pitched screeches can be heard.

The flames suddenly come alive again, revealing that the metal Tayro had spotted earlier actually belongs to two large doors, which have slid closed to block the river entirely. The Piranhells have all been exposed to the air, and subsequently perished. As the lights return, the doors reopen, allowing the river to flow freely once more.

The switch at the bottom of the river is now entirely visible, and no Piranhells exist there anymore.

Alex instantly jumps all the way from the torches to the switch, putting all his aditional weight on it...

As Alex steps on the button, a concealed panel at the Zora's feet slides open. A small key sits within.

"Oh yeah!" Alex claims as he picks up the key "I think it's time to get moving again"
he says as he aproaches the door and uses the key on it
"Oh, by the way Kasei, Zora do eat fish, the same way you eat deers and Deku eat plants"
OOC:Pero que mal que nadie esta interesado en mi busqueda  ...

As the Zora steps off of the switch, it rises again to conceal the hiding place. As Alex uses the key on the doorway, the bars slowly fall into the ground below, allowing the group to continue onward again.

Rose opens the door and looks at what is on the other side.

OOC: I hate that short post, but, hey, I don't know what's on the other side of the door. Could it be more Hakiems? Or could it be a pack of some other twisted creation of Zaboorak? Please let it be the Hakiems, Alpha. :D

OOC: But since that zora created the group known as Hakiems, aren't they also a twisted creation from him?

OOC: No, no, NO! Alex, YOU have obviously not read up on the history of the Hakiems Tribe. The Hakiems were founded over one thousand years ago. Zaboorak hired them a mere twenty years ago.

IC:
On the other side of the doorway...is neither beasts nor Hakiems. In fact, the door merely leads into a small room. In the room sits a single peg. On this peg sits a small key. This key is white, and the handle of it has been crafted into the shape of a skull. The Prison Key.

INTERLUDE 4
“So…you’re Horohn’s daughter, huh?” Alpha asked as he brought the rock smashing down on his handcuffs again. Bang!

Calla had long since explained that she didn’t mind talking about her dad anymore. Her tears had been shed weeks ago; now she was happy to think about the things her father had done with her. Still, Alpha was hesitant to approach the subject, knowing that he could unintentionally open up the wound again.

The Rito girl masked her feelings very well. “That’s right!” she chirped. “He was the best father I could’ve asked for. Even though his…duties…always seemed to take him away from home, I knew it was always to protect me.” Her grin widened. “I always wanted to be just like my dad! Hey, could I be the next Golden Rito? Could I!?!”

Alpha stopped his cuff-pounding momentarily to chuckle. “Much as I admire your enthusiasm, that’s doubtful. Did your dad ever talk to you about the Golden Curse?” Calla shook her head, confusion evident. Not surprisingly; most people didn’t think there could ever be a downside/curse to wielding such an incredible force of good.

“The first generation of Golden Ones realized what would happen if a family of Golden Ones ever came into existence - they could effectively become obsessed with their powers, and use it to create a dynasty of Golden Ones. So they had a curse placed upon the Goldforce Powers: the child of a Golden One can never have a potential greater than half the power their parent wielded. It prevented the Goldforce Power from staying within a family line.

“As it is, it’s impossible for you to be a Golden One. The chance of you even being a carrier of the Goldforce are slim to none.”

“A carrier?”

“It’s possible for a person to carry the Goldforce within them without their knowledge. As time goes on they may indeed become aware of the Power, but they are unable to use it.”

“Oh,” Calla said with a saddened tone. Alpha sympathized with the girl; her greatest dream had just been shot down. “Well, at least I can help out people like my dad always did. I already helped out that other group of prisoners.”

Alpha looked up, a focused look in his eye for the first time since the Rito had arrived. “Other prisoners? Was one of them a Sheikah woman with hair in a long ponytail?”

Calla blinked. “Uh, yeah. Friends of yours?” Alpha nodded in satisfaction, and a grin showed the Rito that there was still hope. ‘They’re bound to be searching for us right now. We just have to hold out until then...’

OOC:  I've been busy! I was showing Lock the game, and hanging out with frineds, thus falling behind in FoG. OK, let's get Nogare back in buisness...

IC: Nogare looked down at the key. "I'll wager this key goes to where Alpha is..." whispers Nogare. He grabs the key, and hands it to Shada. "Here. I think you should be it's bearer, since you know Alpha best."

Shada takes the key from Nogare and puts it on a small bracelet around her wrist. "I'll keep it safe," she says as her hand slips back into her robe's sleeve. "I guess we need to head back up now."

Rose starts to head back, wondering if she ever saw a door that the key Shada now has safely tuck away goes to. She then slows her pace so that someone who did see a possible door may take the lead.

Nogare stares at the key, and slowly murmurs, "I think this key goes to Alpha's cell. In fact, I don't think so. I know. We need to find Alpha soon. Let's go. I will be glad to get out of here soon, as do we all. The sooner we save Alpha and get out of here will mean the sooner we are at safety. Hurry!" He turned to Shada again. "Lead us out."
