"Yes, let us hurry, we must get there as fast as we can!"
Denning tightens his belt, and places his staff on his back. He gets ready to travel, and travel fast.

"Ha. Try to keep up." Dogura said confidently. "I specialize in speed." Dogura was ready to roll. He had never felt so bent on saving one friend. He felt like he could tear down the base with his bare hands. They were going to save Alpha!

Nogare looked over to Dogura as he ran. "Fool!" hissed Nogare, "Stay with us! If you go to fast they will catch you!"

Rose tries to keep up with Dogura and to grab him. "Slow down," she hisses. "We want to look like we're looking for prisoners. Besides, do you even know the way to Alpha's cell?"

Dogura suddenly stopped at all the hissing. Embarassed, that he really didnt know where he was going, he turned around and shrugged. "I just hate the feeling of helplesness." He sighed, as he walked on, looking at the floor deep in thought.

"But there is a problem" reminded Alex to all "probably by now, the whole base knows that we're out of our cells and killed a whole room of hakiems; so they know that we are on the loose and hostile, so maybe when we go back to the way we took, we're gonna deal with a hell lot of Hakiems..."

OOC: Okay, I'm just going to hurry this along, since I didn't plan any challenges for the next room or two.
IC:
The group returns to the room with the waterwheel, which is still frozen. Walking across, they return to the Moreks' room. The dogs are still sleeping, with an almost peaceful tone on their normally horrendous features. Rest is something that the Moreks are not accustomed to, it seems...
Reentering the hallway, Shada guides everyone back into the room where the river flows...and it is there that she realizes that there's a fairly large problem. The platform they stand upon sits quite a distance below the platform with the stairwell. Anyone with the ability Jump could probably make it...and it's possible that a well-trained Sheikah could do the same, but for the rest there seems to be no chance that they could do so.
Shada turns back to you. "Okay, now what?"

Again, Alex has no trouble jumping to the other side...
"But what about you?" he shouts at the others "There's got to be a way to help you cross easily..."

Dogura is sure he can make it, but then calculates the fact that the others may not. He traces the room over looking for anything out of the ordinary. [awarness check]
OOC: Just in case Makaudes check fails. I recently bought a stat point for INT too, so this is better.

Nogare had to wait for now. Though he looked back at the group to see if there were any Sheikah other than Kasei. He had heard of how amazingly fast Denning was. "Denning. I think you should be able to make it over!"

Kasei barely manages to grasp the ledge of the higher platform, but grasp it he does. For a second, Shada considers leaping up there so that she can step on his fingers, but slowly sighs and shakes her head. Her hand rises to her forehead, and she gives herself a short massage. 'I've got to calm down...' she thinks.
Alex's Awareness Check fails (9+3[Roll+INT] vs. 15), and only the most basic of details jump out at him. Dogura's Check similarly falters (3+5[Roll+INT]). There are only the two platforms, the two obelisks, and the rock-filled river.

"I've got it!" yelled Alex "The obelisks are the answer! If we destroy the base of them we can make a bridge out of them!" he took a strong stance and said "Everyone, step back" he he raised his hands over the general direction of the obelisk and shouted Elemental explosion of earth!

He reentered the River Room, still shivering from the unwanted proximity to the dangerous Moreks. He was thankful, of course, that they did not wake up. Now, not expecting the platform on which the party stood to be lower than the other, Blank prepared to dart towards the edge, leaping as he neared the edge. The perfect, graceful crossing.
Of course, while carelessness was always common in his idiom, the crimson-haired nomad was not particularly moronic. Although his hair crept down his forehead to the level of his eyes, partially covering them, he was still able to notice the raised platform on the other side of the river. Grinding his feet to a quick halt, Blank stopped himself with a decent amount of time to spare. Glancing downwards, the startled Hylian could scarcely feel his stomach as it churned about. He was never one to fear heights, but this was a dangerous situation. The raging river below him was not a pleasant sight.
"Unfortunately, I was never made to be exceptionally skilled with pickles like these. I can be creative, but what we need is a solid tactic, not a foolish venture. Hm..." Blank gazed at the floor of the platform, thinking deeply for a suitable answer. He grinned, trying to make light of the situation by showing how "creative" he could be. "Too bad Alex isn't exceptionally muscular. He would be able to jump each one of us across, one at a time." His eyes clearly portrayed that the foolish notion was indeed a joke. Quieting down, Blank continued to look for ways to cross. [Awareness Check] (OOC: 'Cause all the kids are doing it XD)
OOC: Not particularly pleased with this one. I definitely got back at an inopportune moment

Blank's Awareness Check fails as well (3+4[Roll+INT]), but it is no longer needed. Alex's Elemental Burst flies down and smashes through the obelisk's base. Shada grins at the Zora's tactic and leaps into the air. As the base's stones crumble, Shada wraps a Shield around her body and rams into the pillar, pushing it towards the upper platform.
Even though the obelisk falls into the river, it is stuck among the many stalagmites and remains upright as it crashes into the upper platform. The slant is enough that the rest of the group can now cross with ease.
