Alex's Insight Check fails (10+3[Roll+INT]), and he is unable to discern any weaknesses in the beast or how he should attack it. However, his Dodge Check succeeds (19+3+3[Roll+INT+AGI]). If during the next round the Kroperg heads after him, Alex will have a simple time seeing it coming and moving out of its path.
Alex's seeds fly straight at the beast. No matter how fast it runs, the magical seeds seek it out and follow in its path, soon enough closing the distance. With a splattering noise, the magical weapons smash into the Kroperg...but this time, something different happens. Not only does the ice cover a portion of the monster's leg, it also spreads out and covers part of the soaked hair. With the fur all wet now, the Kroperg is greatly hindered by the additional weight that has been forced upon it.
The Kroperg loses 1 AGI.
Angered by this loss, the beast resorts to a new tactic. A flash of red-hot steam escapes from its nose, and suddenly the entire fur coat seems to magically return to its original, impentrable state.
New ability: Needle Mail – Fur magically dries, becoming impenetrable once again, but only temporarily. Lasts 2 turn; cannot be used again for 5 turns. It's possible this can somehow be negated...

The boy sneered as a small flood filled the room.
"Hehe... now you're ours!"- he said, as he tried to get as dry as it was possible - he was soaked.
He was then remembered of the beast's agility, as he seemed to avoid any or all attacks that were forwarded at him.
Annoyed, he mumbles something of the likes of 'how could I have spent all my magical power', as he temporarily retreats to the back of the party.
He started to capture the boar's movements in his mind, to discover any flaw in his attack and defense pattern. {Insight Check}
Seeing the Zora attempt the Artic Seed trick once again, he sees that the creature is hindered by its effects. Cheering up, the boy attempts to throw a seed at it to slow it even further, but stops at mid-launch as he sees the creature getting dry once more.
The room's very humid and filled with water, so he won't be able to maintain dry for much longer... Maybe...
"Everyone, maybe if we hit him with a water-element attack he will get wet once more and we'll be able to attack!" - he told his companions.
As the mage apprentice's eyes were scrolling through his friends he focused on a blood-spilling person. It was Nogare, who was badly inflicted with poison.
Guess his body didn't react very well with those toxins...
Putting his hands togetherf in a position of prayer, Tayro began praying for the goddesses to aid the Vassal.
Please... aid thy faithful servant, so he may continue to fight for thy cause...
He got up, and eyeing the beast, readied his staff and got ready if any attack came his way. {Dodge Check}
He hoped that Nogare would get better soon, as he seemed to be in excrutiating pain.

Nogare sees it get angry. He knew the blows will be even more powerful now... He needed to suck it up... for the others. He didn't know what was keeping him on his feet, but he stood. He realized he was slowly loosing his sight. He had dreamt that he would die in battle... but not in such a theme... not in the ruins of a tribe he had never heard of. He struggled to keep his balance. He then called at the monster, so it would only see him. It stung his throat to speak. "Argh!" He coughed hard, but knew he needed to last as long as he could. He ignored the shot of pain in his legs, and made sure he could move...

Raven skids along the floor after diving out the way of the charging creature. Only to be knocked to the floor by the torrent of water crashing down from the ceiling. Pushing himself up off the floor a very wet and thoroughly *Navi*ed off Raven shakes the excess water off his clothes although it still continues to stream off the sleeves of his shirt and the edges of his cloak which was no protection against the downpour. Then he just stands there, in a silent rage, his hands clenched so tight his knuckles start to turn white and the red of the Sheikah eye on his hand seems to grow in intensity.
He turns his attention to the Kropberg with every intention of attacking it with all he's worth but when it's fur returns to it's original form he knows all he can do is bide his time and wait for his chance to attack. In the mean time he gets on the balls of his feet and watches the Kropberg closely as he wants to be the one to hit it first. [Dodge Check]

OOC: By the way, Blank... if needs be, Arco can do his little WoF thing and that'll increase your hit chances. Twice, I think. Problem is that I'm not sure that even an 85% hit chance is that great (which is what Blank would have), so unless anyone has a plan, I'll just sorta... bide my time XD. Until something opens up. *grin*
IC: Arco stands where he is by the wall, somewhat stunned after being drenched in a downpour of water and after being slapped in the face by what seemed like a very anguished piranhell.
It all happened so fast... and already he would begin to doubt that it even happened, were it not for the little pile of fish bones at his feet. Now, Arco lifts his arms and legs in turn, and wonders what he ought to do about the uncomfortable squelching sounds and sensations. For an ineffectual moment, he tries to wring out his sleeves, and then seems to give up... at which point he crouches, leaps into the air, and turns slightly at the apogee as if to spin... there's a brief sound like of an uncapped blender full of water--
whop
--and all of a sudden you see Arco standing on the ground once more, looking slightly dizzy. The strange part is that he's now almost completely dry, besides than a mild dampness about his clothes. Weird.
Thus comfortable again and with a renewed confidence, Arco moves in closer to the Kroperg, his attention captivated by the monster's very odd nose--even more so, now that he saw how the water escaped the creature via that... viaduct. He cocks his chin slightly and gives the Kroperg snout an Arco Stare™. (Insight on Nose)
OOC: The "whop" technique should look familiar to at least one person here... XD Oho, and by the way--do you really want us to end all of our posts with "Dodge check"?

OOC: Tayro, I'm not sure if you were trying to use Favor of the Goddesses.
Weien...I actually never said that you guys needed to use Dodge Checks, I merely commented on the fact that no one had ever used one before. You guys can keep using them if you want; it doesn't bother me.
Though I do have some advice: if any of you guys end up moderating a fight that involves Dodge Checks, make the number you compare the roll to greater than 15. XD
IC:
Tayro's Insight Check succeeds (13+6[Roll+INT]). The Kroperg's movements are consistent, always using its Wild Charge first, then, while it is dizzy and its attack strength halved, uses its tusks to poison its targets. Its choice of targets is obviously random. His Dodge Check succeeds as well (20+6+1[Roll+INT+AGI]), so he'll be ready next turn if attacked.
Raven's Dodge Check succeeds as well (16+3+6[Roll+INT+AGI]).
Arco's Insight Check fails (5+3[Roll+INT]), and he cannot discern any information about the boar's nose.
The Kroperg searches the arena for a new target...and its eyes fall on none other than Arco. Rushing forward with a Wild Charge, the pig tries to smash into the bard, but the Sheikah is too swift for him (1+9[Roll+AGI]) and it smashes into the wall again. This time, however, nothing worthwhile happens.
But finally, it seems that the poison in Nogare's system has worn off. The Hylian should have no troubles from now on...unless he's attacked again.

The poison was gone. For this, Nogare was glad. Although still burning with pain, he could still manage to feel his right arm again. He ignored everything that had happened. His legs still burned like a fire only staying on one. He stood, only seconds before running at the beast. He knew he didn't appear as a threat, so he needed to now seem like one. He ran up to it with all the speed his legs would allow. He thrust his sword into the beast's mouth. If this went as planned, it would peirce through Weither this succeeded or failed he left his hoppe in the hands of the goddesses...

OOC: Okay, I've received word from Tayro that he did want to use Favor of the Goddesses. Soooooo I'll be putting that in now.
IC:
Tayro's Innate Check succeeds easily (14+6[Roll+INT]). As his prayers are heard by the goddesses themselves, three hues of glowing light envelope Nogare and granting him back the entirety of his health.
Just in time for Nogare to strike. The Vassal's charge is indeed valiant, worthy of the greatest of Hylian Knights. But alas, it is not nearly enough (15+3[Roll+AGI]), and the Kroperg merely dashes past him as he attempts to attack.

'Come on, wear off already.' Raven remarked - about how the Kropberg had regained its armour. Although seeing it charge full on only to crash into the walls of the chamber was a small compensation.

Nogare was thankful for Tayro's aid. The blood on his arms and legs were gone, and his leg was no longer broken. His face was healed, and the rest of him was put back together. But there was still the effect that the poison had done before it wore off. He looked to Tayro, nodding to him in thanks, and looked back to the beast. I will last longer now. I will last for this fight... if this pattern continues. His sword his his target, although with full strength, was useless to it's armor. He held his sword fast, and pushed it in more...

Nogare's sword fails to get even close to the wild beast (18+3 [Roll+AGI]) as it rushes past, as if seeking out a new target.
Realizing that attacks won't do any good until that magical barrier wears off - which should happen soon - Shada, decides to focus on enhancing her own defense. Bringing her hands together, she looks deep inside her soul for the strength needed to accomplish her plan. Her Innate Check fails, however (2+3[Roll+INT] vs. 15), and her Shadowmeld is unable to be cast over her. Doubtless the lack of focus is brought about by the Kroperg's stampeding self.
The Kroperg charges around the area again, randomly selecting a new target: Grenada. Its Wild Charge smashes into the powerful Deku (14+9[Roll+AGI]) and forces him against the wall, dealing 15 DMG in the process.
That's the bad news. The good news is that, without warning, the fiery magic aura surrounding the Kroperg's body dissipates. The mist in the air instantly clings to the boar's fur, dampening it again and rendering it useless.

Rose has shamefully been sitting on the side lines. But she was at least trying to come up with to defeat the Kroperg. Nothing had came to her but to attack it, and fortunately, it's fur was damp again. She thought she might as well get back into the action, so after tossing her dagger away, she draws her sword (OOC: stat wise, it is a dagger, but Rose is really more likely to use a sword in battle) and rushes towards the beast, bringing her sword up in a graceful arc.
OOC: No, I've been around. But I, like Rose, was trying to figure out a good strategy. As you can see, nothing came to mind.

Rose's attack is graceful for sure, but also futile (18+4[Roll+AGI]). The blade misses by a mere meter as the Kroperg charges past.
Dogura's strike is similarly worthless (2+6[Roll+AGI]), and he barely escapes getting trampled himself. His Dodge Check succeeds (13+5+6[Roll+INT+AGI] vs. 15), and he is very prepared for the next attack. His Innate Check...well, it succeeds (18+5[Roll+INT] vs. 15), but there's no telling what he intends to do with it...
The Kroperg rushes forward, bearing his teeth with a rageful strike. Slashing his jaws at Victor, the beast succeeds in ripping apart the bard (7+9[Roll+AGI]) and inducing poison into his system. 3 DMG is dealt to the Vagabond.
Dogura's Awareness Check fails (7+5[Roll+INT] vs. 15), and he is unable to determine anything of use about the giant pig.
Victor: 38 HP, poisoned 3 turns
Kroperg: 200 HP, 9 AGI

OOC: FLASH POST ON THE WAY!!!!
IC: Watching tha Kroperg's reaction to being wet, Alex decides that it's time to use his natural element; it would be water aganist fire.
Elemental burst of Water!
In case his attack hit the target, the Zora throws his boomerang following the last spell.
[Dodge check]
OOC:Humm... Alpha, we'll be able to like, beat this thing before TLoZTP?
