OOC: Man alive! I do some other things for Nogare's story, and what do I find but another 2 pages up! Geez!

IC: Noagre clmbed to his feet. He didn't know what was keeping him alive. He had been laying down, holding in his pain, and now had jumped to his feet, ready for the battle to continue. He looked to his companions. Kasei was almost dead. Good riddens. But then... where was the honour in letting him die? He ran to Kasei's side, and cast favour of the Goddesses. He is also on his guard at this time, and is sure to dodge the coming attack.

{Dodge Check}

kasei notices nogare cast fovor of the goddesses, and tuns to him. I don't need your help, if I die here, then I die! Nogare, ya don't understand me, do you? Kasei turned to the pig, pleased that his last attack did damage, he charged, sword raised for another slash... Take this ya fuggin pig!

Nogare's Innate Check succeeds (17+7[Roll+INT]), and three bright lights descend to cover Kasei, returning half of the mercenary's HP to him. His Dodge Check also succeeds (12+7+3[Roll+INT+AGI]), as his preparation will most certainly pay off.

Shada charges the boar, and prepares a sphere of bright blue energy. "Elemental Burst - Water!" The orb splits into countless blasts of energy, which bombard the Kroperg in hundreds of places. A total of 20 DMG is dealt to the beast.

In a violent rage after the Sheikah woman's attack, the pig lets loose another Furnace Storm, covering the area in a raging inferno and dealing 8 DMG to everyone, save Grenada...who looses his last 13 HP to the fire.

Kasei's attack makes yet another dent in the beast's dwindling health (17+5[Roll+AGI]), dealing 8 DMG.

OOC: And so the first of the group falls...don't expect MG to be the last...

Rose winces as she is hit with flames again, but she was one of the lucky ones. She saw Grenada go down, and most of the others didn't look to good. Better not risk another Elemental Burst, she thinks as she draws her sword. She dashes forward, putting all her might into her thrust.

Rose's sword slices into the Kroperg's back (16+4[Roll+AGI]), dealing 7 DMG. The Kroperg snarls as it's health falls even further.

Kroperg: 91 HP

were winning! kasei lets out a yell of joy, then he notices greneda fall unconcious. kasei runs over tho the deku, and carries him to a safe point. he then charges at the beast again, sword raised, he makes his attack...

Kasei's strike is indeed valiant, and the many slashes slice through the Kroperg (9+5[Roll+AGI]), dealing 8 DMG.

Kroperg: 83 HP

Only now did Nogare eye the entire group. They were all in worse shape than him. he shouldn't have done Kasei first. He was to die anyway. I do as much as I can! He looks to the Zora Alex. "I'm coming!" He hurried over, and chanted the favour once again. As soon as his spell was complete, he turned his eyes to the others. Darilan, Link, and Tayro were in the worst shape. Who should I help?! He takes a deep breath, thinking of the answer quickly. I'm coming, Tayro! He the plan should be able to succeed if he manages to not get hit.

{Dodge Check}

OOC: Alpha, this counts as 2 turns, ok?

Nogare's Innate Check succeeds (17+7[Roll+INT]), and the lights descend upon Alex, granting him half of his HP back. His second attempt at the Favor of the Goddesses spell is just as successful (12+7[Roll+AGI]), granting Tayro the life force he needs to continue fighting.

As the Kroperg realizes that its life is being drained, it lets out another bellow as flames erupt out from its mouth yet again, dealing another 8 DMG to everyone in the room. Though it knows that it can't use such a powerful aggresive technique again, it is satisfied when it sees four more of its prey fall unconscious: Link, Denning, Cloud, and Darilan.

Nogare's Dodge Check succeeds (16+7+3[Roll+INT+AGI]).

kasei sees his allie's fall one at a time, knowing that he could be next. This beast was stronger than he initially thought. Kasei runs around, moving his various fallen comrads to safe locations... he charges back into the battle, sword raised, for another attack...

make note, alpha, if you are ever in one of my stat fights, I will make the monster you face very strong!

OOC: Good. You people always make the fights too easy.

Not me. In battle, the joy should come from the challenge of it all. That's one of the main reasons I love fighting Majora's Mask.

IC:
Kasei's charge is perfectly targeted (14+5[Roll+AGI]), and it rips into the skin of the Kroperg, dealing another 8 DMG to the beast.

Kroperg: 75 HP

OOC: Oh, I've been using your beasts as an example for mine, Alpha.

IC:
After taking a short break, Rose moves in for another attack. This thing can't last much longer, she thinks. I just have to keep on attacking.

OOC: Alpha, can I be the one who brings the others back to life? I'm the only one to live, if if the pattern continues, and the Great Pork manages to live quite a bit longer...

IC: Nogare grips his shoulder as he shoots to the ground. He looked around. Darilan is defeated! Sorrow and anger were beginning to take him as he looked to the others. Cloud too. And his friend Denning. Victor is far too close to death. Blood had decorated the room. Their was not as much of the pig's blood. Tears grew in his eyes. This was not how it was to be. They couldn't die. Not now. He needed to save as many as he could. Should he aid the others' wounds? OPr finish off the beast? He knew what to do. He shook off the pain in his now broken shoulder, an hastened to Dogura. he was worsde than the rest. It looked like he was going to die soon. He didn't manage to hold in the tears of pain, and they were set free. He cast the spell, and explaimed afterwards, "Stand fast! You must bne strong if you value life! Hurry! Don't die on us! We need you all!" He turned his gaze at the beast. "You! it's me you want! Not them! Over here!" Ran away from where the others were, and ran at the beast, stabbing it's leg. He closed his eyes, preparing for it's counter attack.

Rose's dagger strikes right on target (11+4[Roll+AGI]), dealing another 7 DMG. Shada leaps up to join in on the attack, utilizing the last remnants of her magical power to fire off another Water Elemental Burst. 20 DMG is dealt to the Kroperg.

The Kroperg instantly turns and bears its fangs wide. Rushing forward, the boar uses its Venom Tusks to take a bite out of Nogare (13+10[Roll+AGI]), dealing 7 DMG and poisoning him yet again.

Kasei's attack is indeed powerful, but the Grunt is too exhausted, it seems, to hit the beast (1+5[Roll+AGI]). His Innate Check succeeds (17+1[Roll+INT]), and the Sheikah fades out of sight as the Shadowmeld wraps around his body.

Nogare's Innate Check succeeds (15+7[Roll+INT]), granting Dogura back half of his HP. His attack is similarly on target (10+3[Roll+AGI]), dealing 8 DMG. And his final success comes when he gets the beast's attention.

Once again, the beast rears back and charges forward towards Nogare, who is just asking to be destroyed. Its Wild Charge hits the Grunt right on (8+10[Roll+AGI]), dealing a full 15 DMG. As if that wasn't enough, Nogare loses 3 HP to the poison.

Nogare: 22 HP, poisoned 2 turns
Dogura: 24 HP

Kroperg: 40 HP

OOC: Are you so sure you'll survive, Nogare?
