Firerova leads Rose and Dogura to the entrance to a cave. "This is where Icerova has made her lair," she says. "I don't think it is very large, but she may has something nasty waiting for us inside."
Firerova motions Rose to go in first, and she does. The cave turns out to not look to much like a cave. Rather, it looks like a square room, for that is what it is.

OOC: You'll notice that i put my RPing to the max in dungeons.
The vagabond entered the cave, nastalgic feeling creeping over him, as he stared at the hollow square room they stood in. It seemed like hours before Dogura's voice cut through the silence like a dagger through flesh.
"Where are we? I know we ventured to the blazing sands of Parapa, but ive never seen this structure before. Its as if the sands themselves just spewed it out."
Dogura looked around the room, searching it furthermore for any of Icerova's tricks.[Awareness check]

Dogura sees two doorways. One is low down on the ground. The other is high up on a ledge. There is no way to get to the ledge, so the three of them have no choice but to through the lower doorway. Rose leads the way down a small hallway that curves to the east and slopes downward. They enter another square room.

Dogura walked across the room, and threw open the hatch. A staircase decended into an identicle room. In fact a little too identical. Perhaps confusion is Icerova's game. Dogura thought. He looked around what seemed like the very last room they had visited, and spoke to Firerova. "So this woman. She's cursed?" Dogura was thinking about so many things, it seemed like a swirling torrent of chemicles inside a beaker of questions.
"I read in an old book of mine back home that there is a techniqe called the curse seal. Although it was used by Hylian ninja's long ago, it may still work if performed correctly. It is sealed into a small symbol on the posessers neck. The only person that i can remember being able to perform it was my father. But that was long ago."

Firerova is not given a chance to speak; a Stalfos (this guy here --->

) jumps from the ceiling and rushes towards the three of them. Rose freezes up, but Firerova rushes forward to attack. However, she is knocked thrown to the northeast corner of the room; a thud is heard, but neither Rose nor Firerova takes notice. Rose wouldn't have noticed if she screamed anyway, for she had seen this particular Stalfos before. Firerova doesn't look like she is getting up soon, so Dogura might want to stop the Stalfos from killing Rose.

The vagabond drew his sword lighting fast, and moved in a fluid like motion toward the stalfos. Swinging his blade in a clean swift movement, he brought the shining blade down on the Stalfos. The sword itself seemed happy to have its hunger for battle quenched. Dogura was not about to let a single stalfos stand in his way to victory, or his eternal debt. "If you think you're getting by me... You must be more incompetend than i first thought." Dogura spoke, smiling wildly for a chance to strike down an enemy. He needed a good workout, and was for maybe the second time in his life, happy to see an enemy.

The ranger's blade slices through the Stalfos's arm. Unfortunately for Dogura, it is the shield arm he has cut off. The Stalfos turns his attention to Dogura and swings his sword in an arc, aiming for Dogura's throat.
OOC: I suppose now would be a good time to tell you this is an RP battle. I might do stat based battles in my next dungeon, depending on if I can get used to it before then.

OOC: Aww man! I wanted to use the new stats and abilites i recently customed Dogura with
IC:
Dogura had fought many monsters at a time, so it was easy for him to fight the Stalfos, especially with its sheild arm gone. Dogura leaned back, and dodged the attack with ease and grace, while maintaining his balance enough to sweep his foot under the enemies feet to bring it to the floor. Once it was flipped ober on the floor, The knight drove his sword hard enough to penetrate the skull if connection was made.

Unfortunately for the Hylian, the magic that reanimates the skeleton is place along the vertebrae. The Stalfos kicks at Dogura's legs, trying to knock him down since a sword was through his skull.

Dogura fell back from force of the stalfos's kick, and landed with a thud on the floor. He quickly pulled out a deku shield, as he would need for stalfos fights. Covering himself with the shield, he braced for impact of the sword. He didnt have to look to know that the Stalfos was attacking. He was already calculating his next move, as his shield took a blow.

The Stalfos lashes out at Dogura, attempting to get past the shield. But now Firerova is up. She rushes forwards and puts all of her strength into her elbow. The force of the blow disconnects the Stalfos's head, killing it. Well, not really killing it, but it is the same concept.

Dogura stood up and dusted himself off. "Thanks Fireova!" Dogura said as he turned to Rose. "Rose, what happened? You're a great fighter! Why didnt you help out here? Well, its okay. Save your strength for later enemies i suppose." Dogura turned to see if defeating the monster had opened a door, or altered the room in any way.

"No problem," Firerova says. She turns to Rose, who is still rooted to the spot. "Shifter, what is wrong?"
Rose finally shakes it off. "That Stalfos. He was the one who killed my husband." Her hand goes slowly to her chest, where she pulls out a golden wedding ring. She closes her eyes for a while, tears forcing themselves out. Then she falls to her knees and begin to cry. When she is done, she says, "I'm sorry. I don't know what's wrong with me. That's the first time I cried over Baris." She swallows and puts her ring back into her shirt. She gets up and walks over to the eastern door, which turns out to bee locked.
Meanwhile, Dogura remembers the thud from earlier and looks over to where it came from. Sitting in the corner opposite of where Firerova landed is a chest.
OOC: Just to let anyone who happens to be reading along know, ZV gave me permission for that bit of god-modding.

OOC: Darn Skippy i did!
Dogura spies the chest in the corner and beams. "Spoils!"
He thinks back to all the adventures he had been on. He approached the chest. "Its most likely a key to get past that door, Rose."
He said opening the chest.

It is indeed a key to the door. "Well, come on over and unlock it," Rose says, gesturing to the door.
