Hyrule Adventures 2

Following the the guard's orders, the group treked through the deku woods, traveled Tantari's brutal sun, and hiked the mountain to it's peak, or almost anyways. As they hike up to Winged Path, the winds were beginning to pick up, just as the Soldier warned. It was blowing lightly, but was soon hard to bear.

Dogura was feeling himself loose balance, as he tumpled backward, and right over the mountain side! A faint scream was all that was heard, until his voice faded away. Then a crimson bold shoots up from where the samurai had just fallen. His feather shimmered in the sun of the not far off Tantari, as Darkin decsended carrying Dogura by his talons. Dogura's feet touched Land, and he motioned for them to head back down the mountain side.

As you back track, the wind dies down a bit, but only by enough so that it wouldnt blow you completely off. "Its dangerouse to continue any further! We should think before we go next time." He smiled at Darkin. "Thanks Darkin, i can always count on you!" Darkin smiled back. "No problem man! And where are you guys headed?"

Rose was breathing hard from her scare. She closes her cloak against the wind. "We're heading over to South Hyrule," she says before Dogura can answer. "Where in South Hyrule, I don't know."

Hello there.. every one has any one seen Mitoh.. i seem to need a orders to travel to south hyrule..so..

Dogura nodded at Darkin after Rose's responce. "Yes, we need to find Mitoh, his the head of the construction project near south hyrule's entrance." Darkin nodded. Well, these winds have been terrible! There has to be something causing them!" Darkin screamed over the howl of the wind. Dogura nodded, and looked to the sky. "Well, we're just going to have to find the source of the wind! Anyone notice anything unusual?

"Jill, the woman who raised me, told me tales of the Hero of Time," Rose says, looking into the wind. "It was said that he went to distant land. Someone from this land came back and told people how he stopped a fierce wind by playing a lullaby, among other tales." She then pulls a flute from her cloak. It is not the wooden flute like some of the other adventurers she has met have. It is a metal flute, made of steel, gold lines forming intricate curves around the holes for fingering. A complex looking, but rather simple, mechanism is on the flute; when Rose presses a key, a small plate covers a hole for her so the metal edges of the holes won't irritate her.

Rose brings the flute up to her lips and begins to play a calming song, a lullaby from the land of Holodrum. One can certainly wonder why she joined the army; it sounds as if she would have been much better suited offering her services as an entertainer for an inn.

The lullaby soothed the soul, and seemed to calm the angry winds. All of a sudden, the winds stop in whole! A giant figure appears on the mountain side. It looked like a goron! It sat there, slowly closing its heavy eyelids, until it began uttering grunts from deep within its belly. It closed its eyes one more time, and toppled off the mountain, into a deep slumber. Dogura was in shock. "Incredible! Ive never sen one so big! The lullaby... worked?" Dogura turned to Rose with a gaping mouth. "G-Great job Rose!" Dogura stammered, still in a state of shock.

"Shall we continue to see the mayor?" Dogura choked out, as the group advenced up the mountain to newpeaktop!

OOC: Ill make the topic later. I have to wait for some people to catch up. Are Dogura, Azador, and Rose the only ones on this quest?

Rose smiles as she slips her flute back into her cloak. "Thank you," she says. "I've been playing the flute since I was six."

Very good very good.! I just love some good music,

now shall we go further

OOC: I guess we can continue this. The enemies wont be as stong, due to lack of RPers.

IC: Dogura smiled, and patted Rose on the back. "Great job Rose! How did you know?" He diregarded the thought, and noticed Kayrin traveling up the mountain side. "Kayrin, glad you decided to join us. We were on our way to get permition from Mitoh, the construction officer of the project near the cave."

OOC: After a few responces, we'll continue. I still hope we get a few of the people that joined to continue.

"Pardon me, kind sir. Do you know of a man named Mitoh? Where he might be, perhaps?"
Says Worru.

eh, I don't do you, dogura? kasei says, finally atching up. he had had the roughest time climbing the mountain, as shiekah aren't suted for such an environment...the mercinary ccatches his breath, then lays down...I finally made it! I'm here! don't worry! he says, exhausted...
