Brin...?

Lighting flashes. Thunder booms. Raindrops as heavy as axes pelt mercilessly down upon North Castle. Everyone else is huddled inside their dwellings, trying to light fires in their fireplaces to fend of the harsh cold and wet. Dark, angry storm clouds fill the sky, threatening to tear apart the earth by dropping from the heavens. It is as if the goddess Din herself is letting out her anger upon the earth. Only one person stands out in the cold, with the hard rain beating upon his back. He wears long white mages' robes, and has white hair styled into long spikes that stick out at all angles. As you look out from a window from your house in the town square, something about his blue eyes and spiked hair seems strikingly familiar. Could it be...? No, it can't be Brin. He vanished in the Temple of the Forgotten Legends. Lost within its dark maze of passageways. You were there. Besides, Brin's hair was red, and he always wore blue robes. However, you are very curious about this person. He looks around Brin's age, but it can't be him. Just to make sure, you open the door of your house. But will you muster enough courage to speak to this figure, who is so reminiscent of your old friend?

Cloud peeked out the door of the Hotel he had ran into. He saw the figure in white and gasped.
Brin? Could it be?
Cloud opened the door a little more, getting a better view. He was not about to run blindly out into the rain for who he thought was Brin, it could be an enemy.

OOC: Yo! Its good to be back in HA2. I'm won't be continuing the Lost Pages quest, for Brin has given up the desire to finish that legend. I hope you will enjoy the next quest!
IC:
"Is that Sovelis! And Cloud! My old friends!" Brin rushes up and gives them both a big bear hug.
"I suppose you've wondered what happened to me. I have found horrible truths since I vanished within the darkness of the Temple of the Forgotten Legends. To horrible to speak of. So horrible that the stress from it turned my hair white. But I can tell you this, friends. I have changed. First of all, I am no longer interested in studying legends. No, immersing yourself in legends is a way for a fool to waste his time. My grandfather died because of a legend. All I am interested in now is becoming a great mage like my grandfather, and destroying the dark force that caused his death. I know where I must go, but I will need your help. I must enlist the help of many others. Because this is not only a personal quest to avenge my grandfather, this is a quest to stop an evil power from destroying the entirety of Hyrule, and the other realms beyond it. Will you help?"

"NO! SOVELIS!" Brin gasps in astonishment as the ghost of Sovelis vanishes. Then, seeing Azador, turns to greet him. "Azador!" he exclaims. "I'm so glad to see you again. My friends, would you do me a favor and recruit many others for this mission? It take a great army to destroy this dark force. "
OOC: I'm going away for the weekend so if I don't reply soon that's why.

"That's the problem. It's too horrible to describe. It must be shown to you for you to understand."
Brin looks toward his old friends who have gathered here. "Thank you for coming everyone. Meet me in the Town Square. I will be recruiting warriors for this mission there."
And with that, Brin walks off toward the center of town. You feel the rain beginning to lighten on your back, and shafts of sunlight begin to seep through the black clouds. The storm is over, at last. As the sky grows blue, you prepare for the dangerous mission ahead.
