Appearence: Tio looks like most Zora, with blue and white skin, the fins, and whatnot. He has blue eyes and usually wears a simple grey traveling cloak, that has no hood and a few pockets for storage. He is around 5ft. 9in. in heigth.

Backround: Tio orignially lived in the Zora's Cove, where his parents still live, and at age 19 he left the cove to adventure, just wander Hyrule freely. He still does so three years later, and has discovered his passion: music. When he was young he had loved music, he just didn't put effort into learning to play music. Now he really wishes that he had put in the effort to learn music, and seeks to become a well known musical figure for later geerations to remember. He has never put full trust in the King and his knights, but doesn't trust the Exiles either. He has, however, taken interest in the operation of Blind's gang, having decided that what they did suited his needs.

Personality: Tio is a fairly carefree guy who enjoys music. He is also somwhat suspicious of the Knights of Hyrule, until he gets to know the knight.
